Abstract

Health services are one of the most important facilities and help improve the quality of life and social welfare of modern society. Recent advances in the field of health geography have greatly enhanced our understanding of the role that geography of health care distribution plays in the maintenance of population health. This study presents a two-stage methodology for evaluating the location of existing health facilities in Pekanbaru City and estimating the area of buildings that are not covered by health facilities. The results obtained during the study resulted in the finding that several facilities were close together so that the measurement results overlapped to form a wedge, while the estimated built-up land that was not covered by health facilities was 3,259 hectares. This condition is expected to be able to develop health facilities that will be useful in settlements on the outskirts of the city, this hopefully can be one of the initial conditions to determine the development of health locations in the next planning.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is a contagious disease that often occurs in Indonesia. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, caused by the Dengue Virus, has four serotypes : DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3 and DEN-4. Someone can be infected four times, once for each serotype. After recovering from one serotype, a person gets a lifetime of immunity against that serotype. In this paper a model will be created for modeling the spread of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever with assumption there are only two serotypes, namely DEN-1 and DEN-2. Model formed based on SIR Model (Susceptible, Infected, Recovered) and SIRS Model (Susceptible, Infected, Recovered, Susceptible). The changes in populations over time are written into a system of differential equations. The system of differential equations is then used to do an equilibrium point analysis. The numerical solution for the system of differential equations can be found using the Runge-Kutta Method. Genetic Algorithm are used to find the values of parameters in the model that are unknown. A series of simulations are performed to get the combination that produces the Genetic Algorithm system that will produce the best approximation solution. The combination includes population size, selection value, crossover value and mutation value. This best combination then will produce an approximation solution with the smallest error.

Abstract

The best and qualified employees will make the company increase in its operations and can grow rapidly. But the constraints that exist in the CV. Maju Jaya Award for the best employee is still not optimal in its implementation. Therefore we need a system that can assist companies in evaluating the best employees optimally. Decision making to determine the best employee can be done by the company by assessing the performance that has been carried out by its employees at CV. Maju Jaya is influenced by several criteria, namely Knowledge, Discipline, Responsibility, Attendance, Teamwork. This decision support system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method where the decision-making process can be calculated based on the calculation of the weight of each criterion, so that the best employees in the company can be selected quickly.

Abstract

The rapid development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) makes the number of motorcycle vehicles increase every year. It was recorded that in the last 5 years from 2015 – 2019 there was an increase in the number of motorcycles by 24.12 million. With this, the riders also experience an increase. So with this increase, it must be balanced with SIM C ownership so that motorists can understand traffic regulations and are skilled at driving motorized vehicles. On the other hand, Information and Telecommunications Technology is progressing rapidly. One of the technologies that are currently busy is Augmented Reality. Therefore, this study makes an application that aims to provide information and Simulations regarding practical tests on SIM C making by utilizing Augmented Reality technology will be much easier. Making this application using Unity and Vuforia by using the Marker Based Tracking method. This study uses the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method as a Multimedia application development. The final results will be tested using the system performance test and user satisfaction using the System Usibility Testing (SUS) method. In the SUS method, there are 10 questions with 5 answer options for each question, ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The SUS questionnaire involves at least 10 system users.

Abstract

In recent years, a disease that is often avoided by humans is hepatitis. Hepatitis is a disease that spreads to the human liver which becomes inflamed so that the function of the liver is stagnant. With the sluggish function of the liver, it will affect other organs in humans and result in blood flow not reaching the liver so that blood pressure becomes abnormal and blood vessels rupture. This study uses the clustering method with datasets contained in the UCI Repository and then compares the three algorithms namely Hierarchical, K-Means, and DBSCAN which aims to find out which algorithm is the best of the three algorithms. the results of this study indicate that the algorithm Hierarchical is the best with a value of 0.7779 without using any scaler.
