Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out the application of the CTL model in the arts and culture subject to manage the soft skills of students at MTsN 1 Jombang which has the goal of becoming an inspiring batik madrasa. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the CTL model in the arts and culture subject and explain the inhibiting and supporting factors for the application of the CTL model. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Sources of data are Arts and Culture teachers, Head of Madrasah and others. Collecting data using interviews and observation. Data analysis using triangulation. The results showed that the application of the CTL model in arts and culture subjects followed the steps of the CTL model (constructivism, inquiry, questioning, learning community, modeling, reflection, authentic assessment) and the inhibiting factors obtained were the obstacles, namely the lack of human resources and natural resources, motivation lacking, differences in enthusiasm between students, inadequate infrastructure, insufficient funds, less time allocation. The supporting factors are support from madrasa organizations, collaboration between art and culture teachers and calligraphy, good responses from batik craftsmen, good responses from various parties, students are more active and focus on learning with group friends, providing insight into job opportunities and training skills. the spirit of entrepreneurship and learning is more colorful and varied. The conclusion is that the application of the CTL model is able to manage students' soft skills well in arts and culture subjects at MTsN 1 Jombang.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education must begin at the lowest level of the education unit. Effective, efficient and collaborative principal leadership is needed in schools so that the quality of Education is maintained and also improved. In the issue of independence and creativity in school education management is very dependent on the reliability of a principal, where the principal has greater authority to make decisions related to school management policies compared to the education management system managed by the central government. Meanwhile, in terms of openness, accountability of school management, the principal as a manager in managing and managing the school should pay attention to school management inputs. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of school principal leadership on the quality of Education. This research is a type of literature study with descriptive method. The results of Synergy Research and collaboration between the leadership of the principal with all school residents absolutely must be done. Because the results of synergy and collaboration have a great influence on the process of improving the quality of education within the educational unit. Things like this need to be committed together. So that the impact of these results can be felt throughout the school community, especially the quality of schools in various aspects.

Abstract

Moral crisis such as violence, brawl, damage the environmental, vandalism and lack of concern for the environment showed the low character of social responsibility in children. Various ways have been tried to deal with this problem, one of which is cultivated character from an early age. The purpose of this study was to develop a social responsibility character education guidebook based on traditional games for children aged 10-12 years. This study used the ADDIE Research and Development method involving 10 certified teachers, 10 validators, and 8 children aged 10-12 years. The results of the study stated that 1) a traditional game-based social responsibility character guidebook for children aged 10-12 years was developed based on the ADDIE steps. 2) through expert judgment by the validator, this manual was classified as excellent with a recommend of no revision with an average of 3.81. 3) the implementation of the guidebook influences the character of social responsibility for children aged 10-12 years. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the final self-assessment score (M = 3.7500, SE = 0.07319) higher than the initial self-assessment score (M = 2.0875, SE = 0.14447) which is clearly seen at t (7) = 9.435 and the difference is significant, p = 0.000 (p <0.05).  H0 is rejected.  The magnitude of the effect is classified as a large effect, the percentage of 92% and 85.59% on the N-gain score test is included in the high effectiveness category.  Thus, traditional game guidebooks could be said to be effective in developing socially responsible characters.

Abstract

The increasing role of information and communication technology in human life has an impact on the development of learning activities in educational institutions. Both lecturers and students are required to master and have insight regarding learning models that have been integrated with information and communication technology, one of the integrated models is the blended learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of the flipped classroom type blended learning model on the learning independence of Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng University students, Jombang. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type (none equivalent control group design). The research subjects were 2 classes in semester 3 class of 2021 totaling 50 students, 2 class samples in the form of an experimental group, there were 25 children and a control group, there were 25 children. Collecting data using a Liket scale questionnaire related to learning independence. Data analysis used the normality test, then homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence of the flipped classroom type model on the learning independence of Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng University students in Jombang significantly with the results of the independent sample t test value of 0.006.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial literacy on student entrepreneurial intentions. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Gorontalo. The sample of this research was 200 students, the sample was taken using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial literacy on entrepreneurial intentions, this is shown by the t count of 12.266 and the Sig. 0.000 < α 0.05, it can be stated that Entrepreneurial Literacy has a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions. The value of the effect shows positive, indicating that when entrepreneurial literacy increases, the entrepreneurial intention also increases. Thus it can be concluded that entrepreneurial literacy has a contribution to building entrepreneurial intentions of students of economic education at Gorontalo State University.
