Abstract

This study aims to describe the manifestation of the politeness of the movement used as a salvation goal in the Hindu communication era in Karangasem, describing the communication strategy through politeness in Hindu communication in Karangasem, and describing efforts to maintain politeness in Hindu communication. The collected data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman flow model, starting from data, data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion reduction.The results in this study indicate that (1) face-saving strategy through language politeness in communication of Hindus in Karangasem is carried out through fulfillment of politeness maxim/conversation maxim (which includes wisdom maxim, generosity maxim, praise/appreciation maxim, maxim of humility, maxim of agreement/approval, and maxim of conciliation), avoidance of taboo words, use of euphemisms, and use of honorifics (forms of respect). (2) The use of advance rescue strategies through politeness in this language can have positive and negative implications for Hindus in Karangasem. The positive implication is the creation of living harmony in the community, mutual respect between people, avoiding social tensions that may occur in the context of society, strengthening the peaceful behavior of the brethren, preserving the concept of paras paros sarpanaya, and suppressing the occurrence of offense among communication actors. Meanwhile, the negative implications are the emergence of a culture of not being forthright in order to safeguard the feelings of others. (3) The efforts that can be done to maintain or advance this language politeness are the presence of a culture of good manners among Hindus in Karangasem, the existence of Awig-awig in the village which regulates the Sukerta Tata Pawongan, and the existence of Balinese language instructors entering the village in charge of fostering the community and village manners, as well as efforts to foster positive attitudes of speakers towards their language.

Abstract

Nationalism needs to be planted to the next generation of this milestone of struggle which will then be continued by the next generation. Drug abuse becomes a problem that cannot be overcome. Many cases illustrate the more terrible problem. Many cases illustrate the horrific problems. To solve the problem of drug abuse cannot only be solved by one party. In accordance with the formulation of the problem and the purpose of the study, the focus of the research was the cultivation of millennial nationalism without drugs applied in the Texmaco Pemalang Vocational School which included personal and procedural procedures. Current millennial students with good technological mastery can access information quickly but with negative impacts that also need to be watched out. There have been many patterns of drug abuse prevention. The pattern of drug prevention continues to be developed as a form of our concern in overcoming the threat of this country. Students have the opportunity to explore information, process and convey to others as their role in education

Abstract

This research aims to help the village head and village apparatus in the financial management of the village with the recording of financial transactions are correct and balanced to produce financial reports. This type of research is the research field to the villages which receive funds village (DD), village fund allocation (ADD), and local tax and regional levies (PDRD) fiscal year 2016 in Banggai Central Sulawesi Province. Sampling method was purposive sampling. Analysis tool used is models accounting for the village. The result of the research was the revenue village is derived funds transfer Central Government and provincial government and financial aid. Shopping village consisting of shopping areas: the Organization of Government, the implementation of village development the village, the construction of the community, community empowerment, and unexpected expenditures; accounting model villages will produce financial laporaan village that consists of budget revenues and expenditures to the realization of the budget report, the village, the village belonged to the initial wealth report, balance sheet and notes to financial statements.

Abstract

Comparison of Accountability in Murder Against the Law of Abortus Provocatus Due to Rape in Court Law and Health Law It is necessary to consider the legal instruments contained in Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning the Criminal Code, then the Provocatus Abortion Act is justified in the Criminal Code Submitting Article 48 of the Criminal Code concerning forced power. Article 75 of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health provides normative space for the implementation of Abortus Provocatus due to reasons for medical change and rape with conditions set out in Article 76 of Law Number 36 Year 2009 which reads Before being responded to 6 (six) weeks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of credit agreements, especially for Civil Servants with a guarantee letter of appointment of the Civil Servants. The benefit of this study is that it can provide information to the public, especially Civil Servants, about legal construction in the implementation of credit agreements with collateral PNS / Civil Servants Appointment Decree, as well as efforts in credit settlement in the event of default by debtors. In this study, the author uses the Normative research method, where data is collected through library research, by reading and examining books, other written works that are relevant to the writing of this thesis to obtain secondary data and primary data and then analyzed by qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the provision of credit by banks requires a requirement as outlined in the credit agreement. In the bank credit agreement contains clauses that are important for the implementation of the agreement. A clause is an agreement or promise, consisting of rights and obligations to be carried out by creditors and debtors in a bank credit agreement. The main issues discussed in this proposal, which are regarding legal construction in the implementation of credit agreements with collateral PNS / Civil Servants Appointment Decree, as well as how to resolve credit in the event of default by debtor.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to describe: (1) the form of communication in the Balinese language in the paruman adat in Bunutan Karangasem Village; (2) the obstacles faced when communicating Balinese in the paruman adat in Bunutan Karangasem Village; and (3) a strategy to overcome the obstacles of communicating Balinese language in the paruman adat in Bunutan Karangasem Village. Data collection methods use the look and interview method. The referral method is done with basic techniques and advanced techniques. The basic technique, namely tapping technology assisted with recording instruments, while the follow-up technique, which is using competent involvement-free listening techniques and note taking techniques are assisted with notebook instruments. The interview method uses a standardized interview. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) the form of communication in the Balinese language in the paruman adat in the village of Bunutan Karangasem, namely using Balinese Madia language and pointing at the dialect of Bunutan Karangasem Village; (2) constraints when communicating Balinese language in paruman adat in Bunutan Karangasem Village are influenced, namely: directly (lack of knowledge about anggah-ungguhing basa Bali, no Balinese education, Indonesian/English language use is cooler, spontaneity due to forgetfulness, and habits) and indirectly (the impact of tourism, economic demands, and population heterogeneity); (3) a strategy undertaken to overcome the constraints of communicating Balinese language in the paruman adat in Bunutan Karangasem Village, namely: empowerment of Bali Provincial Bali Language Instructor; giving dharma discourse or counseling of Hinduism; free tutoring at the Indonesian Children's Foundation in Lean; and further study to college.

Establishment of Regional Regulation Mechanisms in Konawe under Law No. 12 The year 2011 can be seen through the elaboration of the stages of the formation of local regulations in general. Starting from the planning, preparation, preparation techniques, formulation, discussion, approval, promulgation, and to the dissemination of local regulations, which kententuanya is to make local regulations, among others, the discussion should be held publicly and academic texts as a basic foundation in making perturan area. Mechanism preparation of Regional Regulation Konawe start of stages: a) Preparation of the Draft Local Regulation Local Regulation at the Environment Council; b) Preparation of the Draft Regulation on Environmental Regional Local Government; c) Process for Obtaining Approval of Parliament; d) The process of approval and promulgation; e) Regional Gazette and Regional News. Factors Inhibiting Formation Implementation of Regional Regulations in Konawe under Law No. 12 The year 2011 is: internal factors (the Executive and Parliament) which comprises: a) Human Resources inadequate; b) Discipline. As for the external factors (people) are: a) The substance of the Community Idea Less Participation Right; b) Low Public Awareness to Participate. Establishment of legislation that is ideal in Konawe under Law No. 12 The year 2011 refers to the substance by regional regulations should contain the following principles: a) The principle of aegis; b) The principle of humanity; c) The principle of nationality; d) The principle of family; e) The principle kenusantaraan; f) The principle of unity in diversity; g) The principle of justice; h) The principle of equality in law and governance; i) The principle of order and legal certainty; j) The principle of balance, harmony and alignment; and k) other appropriate Principle substance Regional Regulations concerned. Design of Local Regulation shall able to describe the social problems. One way to explore this problem is to move the observation and research. Furthermore, it should involve the public more aware of environmental conditions that exist in a society.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Historical and Aesthetic Study in a Collection of Shame Poems (I) Become Indonesian People by Taufiq Ismail". The background of this research is based on the researchers' interest in poems written by Taufiq Ismail in the period May - November 1998, which has been anologized in the book Malu (I) Becomes an Indonesian (MAJOI). The poems contain events that took place during the final days of Soeharto's rule. Poems in MAJOI are full of historical and sociological anxieties of poets over the situation that occurred during the period May - November 1998. This research was conducted with the aim of answering two main problems, namely: (1) revealing historical values; (2) revealing the aesthetic value of Taufiq Ismail's poems in MAJOI. To be able to answer these two problems an eclectic approach is used, namely an approach which is a combination of several approaches. The several approaches used are structural approaches and stylistic approaches. Because the focus of this research is on the extra-aesthetic study of literary works, the approach first used is the sociological approach to literature. This approach was chosen in relation to historical and aesthetic values. The study of the aesthetic structure of poems by Taufiq Ismail in MAJOI is done by integrating structural and stylistic approaches. From the four poems used as research data, the following conclusions can be obtained (1) Taufiq Ismail's poems contain various social, economic and political problems that occurred during the final days of Soeharto's rule; (2) Themes relating to student movements, poverty, national debt, injustice in the field of law, and corruption are a number of social, economic and political issues expressed by poets with "a style of preaching". Even though he uses a "preaching style," Taufiq Ismail's poems can be enjoyed aesthetically because in expressing his ideas poets use compelling aesthetic means, such as the use of a number of rhymes to achieve euphemism, the use of distinctive language styles and unique typography. Taufiq Ismail's poems in MAJOI not only have power in terms of history, but also have advantages in terms of aesthetics.

Abstract

This research study investigated a study about improving student’s vocabulary ability through talking stick technique at grade VIIA of SMPN 3 Tongauna. The objective of the study was to find out whether talking stick method can improve students’ vocabulary ability. This research applied classroom action research design. Focus on four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subject of was students grade VIIA of SMPN 3 Tongauna with the total number of students was 30, consisted 12 females and 18 males. This research was conducted temporary in two cycles where each cycles consist of one meeting of treatment and one meeting for evaluation. This research also implemented vocabulary test (qualitative) and observation sheet (quantitative) as the data of the research. The expected target of students‘ vocabulary ability was 80% the students got standard score 65. Based on the result of this study, it showed that there was an improvement of students’ vocabulary ability at grade VILA of SMPN 3 TONGAUNA the result in the pre-observation 1453 (20%) or 6 students improved, next in the cycle I, there was only 2032 (60%)or 18 students improved. Those are reflected an improved to the next cycle. In the cycle H there researcher found that was more progress than in previous cycle. The percentage of students vocabulary achievement in second cycle was 2359 (87%) or 26 students improved, the result of post test was 2372 (90%) or 27 students improved. Which the vocabulary of students is very good categories. Because the target plan was achieved. There for the treatment stopped based on the result of data it can be conclude that talking stick technique could improve students’ vocabulary ability.
