Abstract

Knowledge is a commodity or intellectual assets. Knowledge have characteristics such as, use of knowledge will not spend, transfer of knowledge will not eliminate, the amount of knowledge is abundant but has limited in use and a lot of knowledge just disappear. Two important categories of knowledge that is tacit knowledge andexplicit knowledge. Knowledge management is the process of capturing (capturing knowledge), find or create (discovery knowledge), sharing and transfer, and apply knowledge to encourage the innovation process. Knowledge management is a multidisciplinary field that covers a lot of things. While the knowledge management system is a virtual storage of relevant information critical to daily tasks in a company or organization. Knowledge management take a systematic approach in the use of information to supply flow of knowledge for decision making efficient and effective. Knowledge Management in charge of ensuring that both categories of knowledge (explicit and tacit) can be maintained, developed and applied to the progress of an organization or company. Therefore, knowledge management has become crucialfor the development offood security in Indonesia for the community active and healthy individuals

Abstract

The tire has an important role in transport because they have a lot of functions and duties such as to sustain the burden of holding the entire vehicle, at full load and empty load when stopped or running. Therefore, tire must be inspected at any time to know the condition of tires fit or not. Vehicle tires basically have two types: Bias tire / diagonal consists of outer and inner tube tire and inner tube type without tire (tubeles). The model of many both bias tires and radial tires is motives groove / trench and the soles of rib. Basically, rib tire tread motif has two kinds: the transverse groove motif and motif longitudinal groove, but along with the development of manufacturing technology, palm motif groove / rib tires combine or modify them. Nowdays, rib tire tread motif modification has made oblique, straight italic, straight across the curve and combination. With a variety of motives model rib tire now, in this article I introduced a new model tire rib motif with the patterns of rib tire model/ triangular groove profile tire designed circular shape on the sides of tire edge. The purpose of the triangle rib model is to provide the tires grip the road surface, particularly when bikers turn with a certain tilt angle. It is very influenced by the speed of the motorcycle itself on the road when turning, but bikers are expected to keep stable speed and controlled

Abstract

Technical Junior High School Students majoring in Automotive, doing practicing in authorized workshops such as Suzuki, Toyota, Hyundai, Daihatsu, Mazda and others. The mechanics and supervisors praised about the discipline of the students when working, but the mechanics and supervisors are still confused about working speed and accuracy of work done according to Operation Prochedure Standard (SOP). Advice from some mechanics and supervisors about good teaching in order to be productive must be considered. How should the attitude of teachers for creating the productive students? It is wise to hear the critisism from mechanics and superviseors or other stakeholders. It also become a feedback about what they have done in the school. Have learning materials are delivered in accordance with the needs of students and the community? Are all the potential strongs and abilities of students in the theory and practice produktip been developed to its full potential? Is it true the lack of success was due to errors in selecting methods and learning strategies?

Abstract

Land is a very complex material. We must improve physical and mechanical properties of the soil if it is found that the soil does not meet the technical requirements to be used to support buildings or roads. Therefore, before using it as a support building, the ground must be stabilized. One method for stabilizing the soil is chemical stabilization as an effort to increase strength, reduce declination, and improving physical and mechanical properties of others. In this study, we use chemical stabilization method to perform a series tests of physical properties and compressive strength test on the land unfettered native land and soil soaked with a chemical solution between the Na2C03, CaCl2, KOH, and Na2Si03 (Water-glass) as much as 2 g / liter for 24 hours at the Laboratory of Soil Mechanics of Unisma Bekasi and Soil Mechanics Laboratory of the Public Works Department of Irrigation at Central Jakarta Physical properties of a series of tests concluded that the soil has a high development and graded poorly because it does not meet the criteria for the coefficient of gradation and uniformity coefficient. Land, including the type CH (inorganic clay with high plasticity), and within the category of very soft clay and a bit sensitive. The test results unleashed a strong compressive (qu), the highest value obtained on clay soaked in a solution ofpotassium hydroxide (KOH) 2 g/liter is equal to 84.21% of the value ofquof original land

Abstract

Radicalism and religious pluralism are two conflicting paradigms in religious life, but in the political, social, economic and cultural rights, for both are referred to as the Opposition binner in addition, also the two things that are difficult to compromise and separated in religious life. On the one hand, radicalism based on the paradigm of the exclusive negate someone else (the other), rigid, closed, the extremism and militarism are not uncommon; was emphasizes pluralism paradigm based on human values, openness and inclusiveness, fenomema focus of research related to the rejection of religious radicalism in the form of construction of places of worship, especially church, significance of this research are expected to: provide objective information and data-scientific community and the government over the issue of religious radicalism as embodied in the form of denial of the construction of houses of worship in a number of areas in the district of Jakarta. The research was conducted in the district of Jakarta, particularly among civil society organizations (NGOs) Islamic national and local, other stakeholders such as the Christian religious leaders, among industrialists, and government district Bekasi yourself by using methods grottnded Reaserch. Since the first, the public has been taught and lived side by side with non- Muslims, Buddhists and Hindus in particular. Between a religion with people of other religions to respect and appreciate each other Respect the laws and regulations governing the construction of Worship. But ironically, the industry appears to be less instrumented in building inter-religious harmony in the midst of the community

Abstract

Future technological developments are now demanding concrete action to improve the performance of concrete produced, both in terms of quality, materials and how to apply, it is not free from the demands and needs of the community towards a more advanced infrastructure facilities. It is therefore necessary to find an alternative as the base material is replaced with a grain of sand concrete waste ceramics. Attempts to utilize the waste form ceramic grains will not only reduce environmental problems but it can provide economic value for development, as well as efforts to conserve natural resources. The study was conducted at the Concrete Laboratory of the University of Islam "45" Bekasi using the IS and ISO standards, the quality of K-175 concrete plans. Level of addition of ceramic granules 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% of the weight of sand. Press firmly on the treatment of testing performed on concrete specimens at the age of seven days, 14 days, and 28 days. The test results of concrete compressive strength at 28 days of treatment, showed normal concrete compressive strength (•without mixture of ceramic granules^ is 187.21 kg/cm2. There was a decrease the value of concrete compressive strength of concrete on the ceramic granules are added to the mixture of 5% is 147.99 kg/cm2, the mixture of 10% is 140.08 kg/cm2, the mixture of 15% is 131.40 kg/cm2, the mixture of 20% is 124.43 kg/cm2.

Abstract

The use of E85 fuel (mixture of 85% ethanol and 15% premium) for gasoline engines requires some changes in the parameter to keep arid improve engine performance. It is caused differences in physical and chemical propertie between Premium, E85 and Ethanol. The purpose this research was to determine the appropriate compression ratiothat can produce high performance at 113.7 cc gasoline engine fueled E85 (Ethanol85% and 15% Premium). Variations do increase the compression ratio of 0.25 ranging from 9.25 to 10.25. The results of this research supports that the best compression ratiofor the motor 113.7 cc 4 stroke gasoline-fueledE85 is 10.25. In the compression ratio isobtained by a maximum engine power 4.5 HP (revolutions 4500 to 5000 rpm) and the average engine power of 3.4 HP. The average specific fuel consumption (BSFC) 0.34Kg /HP Hour. Average CO emissions by 5.8%. Average HC emissions by 240.5 ppm, the average AFR by 0.8
