Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat isu mengenai keinginan untuk berhenti dari pekerjaannya dari karyawan kalangan milenial dan non milenial pada PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan person organization fit terhadap intention to quit dengan usia sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan yang telah di rekrut oleh perusahaan PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry selama dua tahun terakhir (2018-2019). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, yakni teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data penelitian secara tidak langsung atau melalui google form. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan program statistik Smart PLS versi 3 (for student). Hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa komitmen organisasi dan person organization fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to quit secara parsial, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap intention to quit secara parsial, dan usia tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan person organization fit terhadap intention to quit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the motivation organizations change and organizations development on the performance of employees of PT Metindo Erasakti, The population in this study is a permanent company, PT Metindo Erasakti, which collected 130 people with a sample of 98 people. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple regression with the Product Statistics Service and Solution 23 (SPSS) program. The results of statistical research on the results of research organizations change and organizations development on the performance of employees of PT Metindo Erasakti, this is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic β1 (4,754) with a significance level of 0.000 <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the value of t arithmetic β2 (3,093) with a significant level of 0,001 <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The multiple regression equation is obtained with the positive regression coefficients β1 and β2, which means that organizational change and organizational development variable increase the performance results will increase. For the coefficient of determination (KD) = 38,0% means organizational change and organizational development for the performance of employees together with ownership of 38,0% while the remaining 62,0% (100% - 38,0%) is needed by the lying factor. Abstract

Financial distress is a decline in the company's financial condition that occurred before bankruptcy. This research was conducted to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, activity leverage and agency cost on financial distress. This research was conducted at retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sample used in this study were 14 companies selected using purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The results of the analysis of this study state that liquidity and leverage have a positive effect on financial distress, activity has a negative effect on financial distress, profitability and agency costs have no effect on financial distress.Keywords: profitability; liquidity; leverag; activity; agency cos; financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of dividend policy, investment decisions, managerial ownership, profitability, leverage, and firm size on firm value. research methods using quantitative research methods. The data source used secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The population in the study were all companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period from 2016-2019 as many as 59 companies with a sample size of 16 companies. The data analysis method uses panel data regression model using Eviews 8 software. The results of study indicate that dividend policy, investment decisions, managerial ownership have no effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value, and size. company has a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company strives to maintain employee satisfaction during the pandemic. One of the dominant factors that affect employee satisfaction is reward. Rewards are divided into intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards. This research was conducted on sales over the counter or OTC in pharmaceutical companies. Sales are usually independent of time and have a high workload. Therefore, companies must know which of the reward systems can increase employee satisfaction. This research is an explanatory qualitative research using SPSS software. The sample in this study were 37 OTC employees. The results of this study are interesting when it is found that extrinsic rewards have a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, then intrinsic rewards have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. There is a simultaneous influence between intrinsic and extrinsic rewards on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Value is one of the important indicators in a company. This study aims to determine the faktors that affect firm value and analyze the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on firm value in the restaurant, hotel, and tourism sub-sectors. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis through a quantitative descriptive approach. The company sample consists of restaurant, hotel, and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019 and 2020. The variables observed include aset growth, profitability, capital structure, and firm value. Hypothesis testing was conducted to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The different test of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is intended to compare conditions before the pandemic and during the pandemic. The results show that aset growth, profitability, and capital structure have a significant simultaneous effect on firm value. However, partially, aset growth shows a negative effect on firm value. The different test shows that the profitability, capital structure, and company value before the pandemic is significantly different when compared to during the pandemic. This indicates that the pandemic has had a huge impact on the company.
