Abstract

Pengembangan mesin cetak paving blok merupakan cetakan beton dengan menggunakan sistem getaran, gaya inersia pada playwheel yang berputar sehingga menghasilkan getaran. Gataran yang dihasilkan sebagai media penggetar akan mengurai material beton yang lebih kecil mengisi ruangan sehingga tidak ada udara terperangkap, dengan tidak adanya udara yang terperangkap sehingga diharapkan kualitas beton meningkat. Sebagai alternative telah dilakukan Perancangan Pra-Pabrikasi cetakan paving blok yang menghasilkan berbagai bentuk dan dapat digunakan pada berbagai kebutuhan pembangunan dengan harga lebih murah dari cara konvensional. Pendekatan penelitian ini diawali dengan kerangka pendekatan program, yaitu suatu kerangka untuk dapat mengetahui permasalahan dan pemecahan. Gaya inersia flay wheel yang digunakan pada meja getar cetakan paving blok dalam pelaksanaan sebagai proses produksi, meja getar cetakan paving blok dilanjutkan dengan langkah kerja mesin pencetak yang akan dibuat.Pengembangan mesin cetak paving blok merupakan cetakan beton dengan menggunakan sistem getaran, gaya inersia pada playwheel yang berputar sehingga menghasilkan getaran. Abstract

Pemilihan jenis alat pengangkat yang akan digunakan harus disesuaikan dengan tingkat kebutuhan yang meliputi kapasitas yang diinginkan dan daerah pemindahan material (jarak dan tingkat kesulitan medan). Di PT. Petrosida Gresik Sumedang alat pengangkatnya berupa bucket elevator. Pentingnya suatu alat pengangkat ini juga dapat ditunjukkan dengan kenyataan bahwa aktivitas alat  pada suatu industri mencapai 60% dari kerja total proses produksi. Dan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk aktivitas alat pengangkat bisa mencapai 85% dari total biaya produksi. Dengan alasan-alasan itulah diperlukan suatu perhitungan agar alat pengangkat tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik dan efisien.

Abstract

Management of assets is a management about stuff or inventory located on an office or agencies certain where goods on inventory it should be in the data and arranged. Assets village as assets active managed by institutional village can achieve independence of the village. Independence village in the sense of the village has initiative, the ability to, and the collective to manage assets village donate on prosperity and welfare. Through the management of assets village, the village can be helpful in the provision of public services and develop assets belonging to local and assets together as a source of living economy.

Abstract

Dalam pembuatan suatu kontruksi diperlukan material dengan spesifikasi dan sifat-sifat yang khusus pada setiap bagiannya. Sebagai contoh dalam pembuatan jig. Diperlukan material yang kuat untuk menerima beban diatasnya. Material juga harus elastis agar pada saat terjadi pembebanan standar atau berlebih tidak patah. Salah satu material yang sekarang banyak digunakan pada kontruksi bangunan atau umum adalah logam. Dalam penulisan laporan ini akan dibahas mengenai cara menentukan safety factor kontruksi jig menggunakan software solidwork, Bagaimana mencari beban maksimal kontruksi jig menggunakan software solidwork. Setelah dilakukan analisis menggunakan software solidwork untuk mencari beban maksimal dengan angka safety factor 2,5. maka untuk safety factor 2,5, diketahui bahawa kontruksi jig tersebut dapat menerima beban maksimal di 22.000 N, oleh karena itu kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kontruksi jig memiliki safety factor 2,0 dengan beban maksimal 22.000 N.

Abstract

Informatics Engineering Study Program with the aim to make information engineering scholars possible, integrated, and implement integrated systems for various fields such as education, banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, or other industries. Interactive Learning Media Algorithms and Programming Languages made with Macromedia Flash Player are designed to find out how much information is used in programming languages and programming languages. The development of instructional media uses development systems that exist in concepts, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results of this study are interactive learning media applications, lectures, algorithms and languages that can assist in the learning process and students' understanding of algorithmic courses and programming languages.

Abstract

Organic fertilizer is a fertilizer with basic ingredients taken from nature with the amount and type of nutrients contained naturally. Organic fertilizer is one of the most important ingredients in an effort to improve soil fertility safely, in the sense that the agricultural products produced are free from chemicals that are harmful to human health so they are safe for consumption.At present, there are several types of organic fertilizer as natural fertilizers based on the basic ingredients, namely manure, compost, humus, green fertilizer, and microbial fertilizer. Whereas in terms of its form there is a liquid organic fertilizer made from liquid organic material and there is a solid organic fertilizer. For the manufacture of organic fertilizers originating from feces, it requires a chopping machine called a crusher machine. This machine functions as a destroyer of raw materials that will be used as organic fertilizer production, destruction by using a crushing device to form the size of the desired gradation or softness.In this process/stage, it also functions as a process of mixing the raw materials used. After obtaining the appropriate gradation, the process will continue to the next stage or be stored first in accordance with the work acceleration in the field.

Abstract

Dalam pembangunan desa yang berkembang sentuhan teknologi internet seperti website harus sudah menjadi kebutuhan bagi lembaga pemarintahan desa di zaman sekarang ini. Lembaga pemerintahan desa bisa menggunakan website tersebut untuk memberikan layanan dan informasi yang berhububungan dengan masyarakat dan pemerintah desa, atau pemerintah desa melakukan komunikasi dengan lembaga pemerintahan lainnya. Pengelolaan data di Bagian Tata Pemerintahan masih menggunakan secara manual, ini menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang ada di Bagian Tata Pemerintahan, karena banyaknya desa kalau dikelola menggunakan aplikasi umum sehingga masih banyak kekurangan yang terakomodir, hal ini menyebabkan sulitnya masyarakat mencari data yang diinginkan karena masih menggunakan cara manual dan lambatnya informasi mengenai pengangkatan dan pemberhentian masa jabatan kepala desa. Pada bagian tata pemerintahan belum memiliki sistem informasi geografis desa sehingga masyarakat belum bisa mengetahui administrasi desa dan administrasi kepala desa di Kabupaten Majalengka. Algoritma dijkstra digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi geografis desa ini bertujuan untuk menemukan jalur terpendek berdasarkan bobot terkecil dari satu titik ke titik lainnya. Misalkan titik mengambarkan gedung desa dan garis menggambarkan jalan, maka algoritma Dijkstra melakukan kalkulasi terhadap semua kemungkinan bobot terkecil dari setiap titik. Sehingga menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi geografis desa untuk memberikan informasi desa yang berada di Kabupaten Majalengka seperti administrasi desa dan administrasi kepala desa.

Abstract

The construction of the Paralayang Bridge is a new access road bridge between Cibatu and Ciande. In the process of building a bridge, there are using the old technology of concrete girder bridge and new technology is a composite girder bridge that has its own advantages and disadvantages, to determine which methods and technologies will apply the researcher must be smart to sort out and choose for the planning of paralayang bridge construction. This study aims to design a paralayag bridge looking for shear forces and momentsThe result of this research has the difference of heavy concrete bridge because girdle and diaphragm made of concrete obtained the ultimate shear force of 627.02 KN and ultimate moment of 1601.77 km. While the composite bridge is lighter because the girder is made of IWF steel and there is no diaphragm, the ultimate shear force is 549,92 KN, and the ultimate moment is 1393,66 KN.

Abstract

The management of data through the Paguyuban Otomotif Majalengka in managing existing data effectively and efficiently. If only relying on the system used, Paguyuban Otomotif Majalengka will not experience significant and at risk of data loss. Therefore, the system application manages this data in the design to minimize existing data. The application of this data management system is designed using PHP and XAMPP programming languages. This data management system is built as a medium that can assist in the process of data management on Paguyuban Otomotif Majalengka.

Abstract

The condition of project performance that is quite good is the conformity of the product to the plan that is fulfilled, the realization of costs and time is possibly lower than the plan. An approach to the ideal condition of performance evaluation is conducted as a study of the Cideres Hospital VIP building construction project with the earned value method which is one of the tools used in project management that integrates costs and time. The purpose of this study is to obtain a project performance evaluation from cost and time management with the earned value method with cost variance (CV), schedule variance (SV), SPI, CPI, EAC, and ECD indicators and find out what costs and schedules do not match from the plan also get corrective action what can be done by PT on costs and schedules that are not in accordance with the plan. The chosen research method is a quantitative approach in the form of archival analysis to the field. The Archival analysis is a quantitative study that is used to examine the application of earned values in the construction project of the Cideres Hospital VIP Building. The results of this study show ECD graphs vs. time of project completion plans and EAC vs. RAPK charts, from the analysis of accumulated time performance each month, the latest type of work is preparatory work, land, building foundation VIP building. While the type of work that has the most loss island work, the foundation of the VIP building. Then from some of the latest and disadvantaged types of work, a comparison was made between the project efforts in the field and the efforts made by experts in the field.
