Abstract

Drying is a way to remove or partially remove water from a material by evaporation through the use of heat energy. The water content is reduced to some extent. Drying in the industry usually uses one of the tools by using a rotary dryer. At PT. Petrosida Gresik Sumedang on the manufacture of organic fertilizer granule drying process using the rotary dryer.The rotary dryer works by flowing hot streams in contact with the material to be dried. Rotary dryer dryers are used to dry powder-shaped materials, granules, large solid particle clumps. The drying of the rotary dryer is repeatedly rotated so that not only the top surface undergoes a drying process, but also on all parts of the top and bottom alternately so that drying using the tool is more evenly distributed and more shrinkage.

Abstract

Untuk menunjang proyek tersebut memerlukan bangunan pendukung, seperti PLN maupun Air Bersih yang siap pakai. Untuk itu Dinas BMCK selaku owner bekerjasama dengan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Majalengka, untuk membangun konstruksi jaringan air minum. Hasil running epanet dan pembentukan sistem loop menunjukkan bahwa pipa dapat memenuhi standar dalam hal kecepatan aliran, tekanan, dan unit headloss. Pelayanan kebutuhan air bersih dapat dilayani sampai 89,37% pada tahun 2026. Kapasitas produksi yang digunakan adalah 150 Liter/detik. Kapasitas produksi tersebut digunakan untuk melayani Perumahan Sindangkasih yang dikelola olej  PDAM Kab. Majalengka sampai tahun 2026 kapasitas produksi tersebut masih cukup untuk melayani kebutuhan air penduduk yaitu sebesar 142,77 Liter/detik. Hasil simulasi pada kondisi eksisting dengan perlakuan penambahan kebutuhan pada zona 1 sebesar 50 persen menunjukkan hasil pengaliran air yang kurang baik bahkan mempunyai tekanan di bawah nol (negatif) terutama pada zona 2 dan zona Pengaliran air yang kurang baik dengan tekanan rendah yang terjadipada kondisi jaringan eksisting PDAM Kab. Abstract

Simulation of the manufacture of liquid vegetable pesticides for plants from cigarette butts waste is an information system on how to manufacture vegetable pesticides from waste multimedia cigarette butts. This study aims to provide awareness and knowledge about the manufacture of vegetable pesticides from waste cigarette butts that have more advantages than chemical pesticides in the use of natural substances that improve the structural soil and plant growth and kill pests that exist in plants. This simulation is used by Farmer Group Cipta Raharja Cibunut Village to be a medium of information about the manufacture of liquid vegetable pesticides for plants from waste cigarette butts. This development uses the model of the stages of multimedia development according to Luther (1994), multimedia development is done through 6 stages, namely: concept, design, material gathering, assembly, testing, and distribution. By utilizing the existing facilities on the simulation of the use of cigarette butts waste into vegetable pesticides against the vegetable pesticides for plants from waste cigarette butts, especially farmers and generally for the community.

Abstract

Estimation, in the general sense, is an attempt to assess or estimate a value through calculation analysis and based on experience. Likewise, with the estimated cost in a construction project, it is certainly intended to estimate the value of financing a project.The construction cost analysis process is a process for estimating direct costs which are generally used as a basis for bidding. One method used to estimate construction costs is to calculate in detail the unit price of work based on index or coefficient values for analysis of material costs and worker wages. The construction project of the Satpol PP building in Majalengka Regency is located on Jl. Raya Tonjong - Pinangraja No. 50, in Cicenang Village, Cigasong District, Majalengka District, West Java. with a contract value of Rp. 2,454,894,000.00 within 150 calendar days

Abstract

Potential villages are all natural resources and human resources contained and stored in the village that can be utilized for the sustainability and development of the village. the potential of existing villages in the village of Banyusari large enough both already utilized and which have not been utilized to the fullest. Banyusari village has diverse potentials, but not so well known by the wider community due to lack of information and applications in the potential data collection of the village. The data on the potential of existing villages in Banyusari village is difficult to analyze because there is no special application for the potential management of the village so to get information about the potential in the village takes time to perform a long enough analysis. By looking at these problems, the authors build a potential village management application as a means of publication using the Codeigniter framework. The research methodology used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The end result of the built application system is used to assist in managing the potential of the village, disseminating information about the village and various potentials of the village to the wider community, so as to produce accurate data. With this application system, it is expected that various potential management problems can be solved well and can be useful to help rural development.

Abstract

A student organization is an organization that consists of students to embody the talent, interests and potential students were held in extracurricular and curricular activities. Organization of Student Affairs College is a vehicle and means of self-development of the students towards the expansion and enhancement of intellectual insight and integrity of personality to achieve the goals of higher education On the research writer choosing the University of Australia as an object of research. As for the goal of the research is to build student organization website at Faculty of the Engineering University of Majalengka. The methods used in this study i.e. is interviews and observations in developing this system, the author uses the method of RUP (Rational Unified Process), which consists of several stages, namely the stage of inception, elaboration phase, stage construction, and phase transition.Based on the results of the study can be made on the website of the Organization of Student Affairs Faculty of the Engineering University of Majalengka using PHP and MYSQL Server.

Abstract

Electrical energy is the most effective, easiest, and most efficient form of energy in the way it is used. Electrical energy can be produced in different ways from different sources of water, oil, gas, coal, wind, solar, geothermal, and others. As the non-renewable reserves of energy (coal, oil, and gas) are declining, it is time to turn more intensively and be directed to the alternative energy available on earth with water (Hydroelectric Power).The famous Parakan hydropower plant is one of the sub hydro units under the Saguling Generation Business Unit. Hydropower is a process of changing potential energy of water into kinetic energy then water rotating the water wheel (Runner), by the kinetic energy runner converted into mechanical energy which is then forwarded by the turbine shaft to rotate the generator. A generator is a device that can convert mechanical energy into electrical energy by intermediate induction of the magnetic field.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang penggunaan zat admixture accelerator sebagai bahan kimia tambahan pada mortar busa yang berfungsi untuk mempercepat proses ikatan dan pengerasan. Zat admixture accelerator yang ditambahkan yaitu Beton Mix. Mortar busa merupakan campuran antara air, semen, pasir dan foam agent. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksperimental yang dilakukan di laboratorium. Benda uji yang digunakan berupa mortar busa berbentuk silinder dengan ukuran diameter 10 cm dan tinggi 20 cm sebanyak 24 buah. Yang terdiri dari 12 buah mortar busa yang tidak memakai tambahan zat accelerator dan 12 buah yang memakai tambahan zat accelerator. Persentase penambahan zat accelerator  beton mix terhadap berat semen adalah 3%. Sedangkan perbandingan antara air dan foam agent yang ditambahkan yaitu 0,010 : 0,060 kg untuk satu silinder. Sebelum penuangan campuran ke dalam cetakan benda uji dilakukan terlebih dahulu pengukuran nilai flow untuk menentukan jumlah air yang optimum agar menghasilkan mortar busa yang mudah dikerjakan dengan standar ketetapan 180 ± 20 mm. Pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan pada umur 7 hari, 14 hari, 21 hari dan 28 hari. Sedangkan pengujian absorpsi dan density dilakukan pada mortar busa yang sudah 28 hari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada pengaruh kuat dari penambahan zat accelerator terhadap kuat tekan, lamanya waktu pengerasan dan penyusutan pada mortar busa.

Abstract

Majalengka Regency is located at the foot of Ciremai Mountain, where there are many waterfalls such as Muara Jaya Waterfall in Argamukti Village, Argapura District. The potential of this waterfall cannot be utilized further, only new to the utilization for the tourist area. Another possible utilization is the creation of Micro Hydro Power Plant (MHPP), which will be an efficient alternative energy solution because it only utilizes the available water drops. In writing this Job Training Report discussed on maintenance of Micro Hydro Power Plant, the influence of the nozzle valve openings to turbine rotation, the effect of turbine rotation to the voltage generated by the generator, generator rotation for the resulting voltage stable on 220-240V. Turbine velocity value of the largest of the test conducted is at 414.2 rpm, while the lowest is at 210.5 rpm. The turbine spinning test is subjected to a nozzle valve opening position. The result of the effect of the turbine rotation on the voltage generator, when the speed increases then the voltage will increase so vice versa. The effect of the generator spin on the generator voltage is the weaker the generator the weaker the voltage generated and vice versa.

Abstract

Application development can facilitate daily activities where one of them reserved a bus ticket to facilitate customer ordering tickets without having to come to where the destination bus. The research that will be done will make the design of widia tourism bus application with feature e-booking of the web-based ticket is to build a ticket booking system for PO bus. WIDIA TOURISM BUSINESS to a website so bus ticket bus transaction can be done online and easy to get information about bus number, date of booking, bus facility and information about a company without having to go to the company.The method used to build an apliksi is waterfall model. Then the development phase will use PHP programming language. Next use HTML and CSS, as well as the proposed template to design this application using bootstrap. The database used is MySQL.The result of this application development in the form of web-based applications that will be used in the application of e-booking bus, which can be done online. In addition to facilitating the customers in accessing information, also improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the bus, because there is a data management system that is done by the admin.
