Abstract

The purpose of this study is first to analyze the rupiah stress deposit index where the annual average for Kerinci Regency is 0.04% and Merangin Regency is 0.78%. Then for Sarolangun District by 0.16% and Batang Hari Regency by 0.34%. For Muaro Jambi Regency it was 0.31% and Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency was 0.58%. Furthermore, for Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency by 0.82% and Tebo Regency by 0.36% and Bungo Regency at 0.35% and Jambi City by 0.15% and for Sungai Penuh City by 0.13%. In general, the stress index value of the rupiah deposit on micro, small and medium business loans was the highest in three regencies, such as the districts of West Tanjung Jabung, Merangin, and Tanjung Jabung Timur. Where for the rupiah deposit stress index the highest occurred in 2017 at 0.40% and the lowest in 2016 which was 0.36%. Then the second research objective is to analyze the effect of the rupiah stress deposit index on small and medium micro loans through a panel data regression model with a constant value of 0.37, meaning that if the rupiah deposit index increases by 1%, the value of micro, small and medium business loans in regencies / cities in Jambi Province increased by 0.37% with a significance level below 5% or 0.00% negligent, meaning that partially the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable by 47.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the variables of firm size, asset structure, profitability, liquidity, and sales growth influence the capital structure of non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study was 55 non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019, while for the method of determining the sample in this study using a purposive sampling technique, as many as 25 companies. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with panel data using the Eviews 9 program. The results show that the variables of firm size, asset structure, profitability, liquidity and sales growth have a negative and significant effect on capital structure. These results indicate that the variables of firm size, asset structure, level of profitability, liquidity and sales growth have increased, it will cause the level of the company's capital structure to decrease. Contribution to this research is expected that the company can increase company size, asset structure, profitability, liquidity and sales growth so that the use of debt in the company's capital structure decreases. This study only examines five independent variables, namely firm size, asset structure, profitability, liquidity, and sales growth. This study focuses only on examining Consumer Non-Cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Future research is expected to be able to add other variables that affect the capital structure by using company external variables such as taxes, economic conditions, interest rates with research objects in other companies, as well as with a longer research period so that the results obtained can be generalized.

Abstract

This research has several goals, first analyze and prove the influence of leadership styles on performance of employees. Second, analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture on performance of employees. Third, analyze and prove the influence of employees ' performance against organizational communication. Fourth, analyze and prove the influence of leadership styles towards job satisfaction. Fifth, analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture towards job satisfaction. Sixth, analyze and prove the influence of communication towards job satisfaction. Seventh, analyze and prove the influence of job satisfaction on performance of employees. Eighth, analyze and prove the influence of job satisfaction as a medition on the influence of leadership styles on performance of employees. Ninth, analyze and prove the influence of job satisfaction as a medition on the influence of organizational culture on performance. Tenth, analyze and prove the influence of job satisfaction as a medition on the effect of organizational communication on performance of employees. The research of this population are all employees of Bank Danamon Cluster padang, while being sampled is 110 people respondents searched for using the formula Yamane. types and data sources used are primary data by means of questionnaires, further spread the use of secondary data. For testing data analysis using structural eqution model (SEM) through the course of AMOS while for testing the influence of variable pemediasi used sobel test. In accordance with the hypothesis testing on the model structure found that leadership style has no effect on performance is significant. Second, the culture of the organization significant effect on performance. Third, the influential organization communication was found significantly to performance. Fourth, it was found that the leadership style of influential significantly to job satisfaction. Fifth, it was found that organizational culture effect significantly to job satisfaction. Sixth, it was found that the Organization's influential communication significantly to job satisfaction. seventh, it was found that job satisfaction the significant effect on performance. Eighth, job satisfaction as medition significant kepemimipinan style has no effect on performance. Ninth, job satisfaction as medition significant influential culture on performance and job satisfaction as the tenth, medition has no effect significant organizational communication on performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to model the growth and contraction in Indonesia's export-import trade against destination countries, where for countries like China are in an average import contraction of $5,649.13 or 0.26%. Then for Japan, with an average export contraction of $8,387.62 or a growth of 5.31%. Furthermore, for Malaysia, where the import contraction amounted to $6,391.08 or with an average contraction of $291.51. Then for Singapore it experienced a contraction of imports of $3,489.52 with an average contraction of 8.69%. Furthermore, for the condition of Indonesia's export-import against Thailand, where there was an import contraction of $2,173.41 or an average contraction of 26.17%. Meanwhile, Indonesia's export-import conditions against India with an export contraction of $5,195.32 or an average contraction of 15.96%. Furthermore, the export-import condition of Indonesia against the US with a contraction value of exports was $6,355.70 or an average contraction of 6.15%.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of population on the economic growth of Batang Hari Regency in 2010-2020. Variable population as the independent variable, and the variable economic growth as the dependent variable. The population has a role in various economic activities. Not only on the production side, the population also affects the level of consumption of an item which can have an impact on the economic growth of a region. To determine the influence of population on the economic growth of Batang Hari Regency in 2010-2020, a simple linear regression analysis tool was used with the application of the t test with the aim of knowing whether the population variable had a partial effect or not on the economic growth variable. After processing the data and analyzing it, it can be concluded that based on the results of the t test, the population variable has a partial (partial) influence on economic growth. From the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.708. This means that the population affects economic growth by 70.8%. While 29.2% is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of HC mediation and individual performance in the relationship of MSDM practice with organizational performance in the context of IMK. To achieve this goal, a set of questionnaires was distributed to 300 respondents. They consist of 40 entrepreneurs and 260 craftsmen selected with multi-stage random sampling techniques. The collected data is analyzed by the SEM-PLS method. Data analysis results in that (1) MSDM practices have a positive and significant effect on HC, individual performance, and organizational performance, (2) HC and individual performance mediate the relationship of MSDM practice with organizational performance. The findings of this study have implications for the theory that the relationship of MSDM practice with organizational performance is increasingly clarified. This finding suggests that IMK actors, especially those engaged in the Jambi batik industry, to further streamline HC development and improve individual performance through more effective MSDM practices to achieve more effective organizational goals.

Abstract

As one of the intermediation institutions and also a source of regional income, regional development banks (BPD) are currently faced with increasingly fierce competition. This study is titled assessment of the health level of bank DKI using RBBR ratio (Risk Based Bank Ratting) with the main focus in this study is to know and analyze the health level of regional development banks by using rbbr ratio as an assessment tool. The research method used is quantitative analysis that uses secondary data sourced from the bank's annual report in the period 2016 to 2020. The results of the study showed that the health level of DKI bank based on the overall RBBR Ratio showed good health performance in this study period. In 2016 the health assessment was good, in 2017 in 2018 in 2019 and in 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence financial distress in manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption industry sector. This research uses five variables, namely liquidity, leverage, profitability, firm growth as the dependent variable, and financial distress as the independent variable. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption industry sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period, amounting to 52 companies. The data collection method uses purposive sampling by using financial reports on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods and industrial sector. listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The results show that liquidity, leverage, profitability, and firm growth simultaneously affect financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019, liquidity has a significant effect on financial distress, leverage has no significant effect on financial distress, profitability has a significant effect on financial distress and firm growth have no significant effect on financial distress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio dan Firm Size terhadap Price To Book Value melalui Return On Equity pada Indeks LQ 45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ 45 pada periode 2015-2019, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana ada dua puluh satu perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Debt to Equity Ratio dan Firm Size secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Equity. 2) Debt to Equity Ratio dan Firm Size secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Equity. 3) Debt to Equity Ratio dan Firm Size secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. 4) Debt to Equity Ratio dan Firm Size secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. 5) Return on Equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. 6) Debt to Equity Ratio melalui Return On Equity secara tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value, sedangkan Firm Size melalui Return On Equity secara tidak langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value.

Abstract

The reason researchers chose the brand image against the decision to buy an iPhone smartphone in students of the Faculty of Economics, Batanghari University. To find out the brand image influences the decision to buy iPhone smartphones in students of the Faculty of Economics, Batanghari University, 2. To find out the influence of brand image on the decision to buy iPhone smartphones on students of the Faculty of Economics, Batanghari University. This study is descriptive to test hypotheses, this study sample is a student of the Faculty of Economics, Batanghari University which numbered 95 respondents by spreading questionnaires collection techniques using questions. Apple inc. It is a multinational corporation based in Silicon Valley, Cupertino, California and engaged in the design, development, and sale of goods that include consumer electronics, computer software, and personal computers. Apple Inc. It was founded on April 1, 1976 and was incorporated into Apple Computer, Inc. On January 3, 1977. On January 9, 2007, the word "computer" was removed to reflect Apple's focus on consumer electronics after the launch of the iPhone. SPSS Results equation Y= 1.190 + 0,607 X from this equation, it can be said that brand image variabel can be used as aa tool to predict purchasing decisions smartphone iPhone. The influence brand image on purchasing decision smartphone iPhone is 0,607. The relationship between variable brand image on the purchasing decision of smartphone iPhone the strong relationship has an effect on the strength of the influence between the two variables which can be seen from the correlation coefficients of 0,969 This model is able to explain 0,940 based on purchasing decision variables while 6% explained of this study is that the overall influence brand image on purchasing decisions is very good based on the hypothesis it is a positive known that there is relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions.
