Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know about life motivation of lupus sufferer when an individual face difficult periods and comes up from the cobdition which is full limitation after the doctor diagnoses lupus disease. Subject of the research is someone who is attacked by lupus. The range of age is from 25 until 35. This research will be held at subject’s house which is in Gombong sub distric, Kebumen district. The methods that are used are observation, interview and the use of triangulation technic to strengthen the result. The result of analyzing data is based on three aspect of motivation, it is concluded that having positive attitude, oriented on achievement of a goal, and streng that motivates an individual becomes one influence that supports life motivation for the subject. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian psikologi positif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesejahteraan subjektif ditinjau dari pemaafan dan coping proaktif pada ibu tunggal karena perceraian yang bekerja sebagai PNS pada Pemerintah Provinsi Jateng. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 34 orang yang dipilih teknik purposive sampling, dengan karakteristik berusia 25 s.d 45 tahun, pendidikan terakhir minimal setingkat SMU, memiliki anak yang diasuhnya, lamanya menjadi ibu tunggal adalah lebih dari 1 sampai dengan 4 tahun. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah adaptasi dari Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) oleh Diener, Emmons, Larsen dan Griffin, Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scales (PANAS) oleh Watson, Clark dan Tellegen, Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS) oleh Thompson dan Snyder serta Proactive Coping Inventory oleh Greenglass, Schwarzer dan Taubret. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan program SPSS for windows versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) pemaafan dan coping berperan positif dan 2signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif (F= 19,515; p < 0.00; R=0.747 and R 2= 0.557), (2) sumbangan prediktor (R) pemaafan dan coping proaktif adalah 55,7 %, (3) pemaafan memiliki peran positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif (B = 1,320, p < 0.05, dan sumbangan efektif = 31,4 %), (4) coping proaktif memiliki peran positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif (B = 0,288, p < 0.05, dan sumbangan efektif= 24,3 %).Kata kunci: coping proaktif, kesejahteraan subjektif, ibu tunggal karena perceraian, pemaafan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study are to find out the role self-efficacy and self regulated learning of mathematics in term gender. The subjects of this study are 166 students at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The methods in this research are interview between teacher and students, observation and test. The instruments used in this research were regulation and self-efficacy scale. Analyzing data were done by Correlation Product Moment and independent sample t-test with SPSS for windows release version 17.0.             The result shows coeficient correlation r = 0,802, p = 0,000 (p<0,05) and r² = 64,4%, 35,6% of self regulated learning was defined by the other factors such as gender, knowledge, motivation, self willingness. Research shows there is a significant positive correlation between self efficacy for self regulated learning at students and there are differences in self regulated learning by gender.Keyword: self efficacy, self regulated learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of the study is to determinethe influence of procrastination and childperceptionon parenting to the student achievementat 3thSMK Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. As additional, the syle of parenting was assessed in improving student academic achievement. The subjects of the research are the students in the grade eleven at 3thSMK Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is regression analysis. The results of this research shows the relation of procrastination and the perception of the child on parenting to the student achivement was not significant in the meanwhile the influence of procrastination (p: 0, 000) and child perception on democratist parenting (p:0,031) to the student achivement showed significant result. The determination coefficient (R2) of this research was 0.622. As concludedon the procrastination and child perception on democratic parenting contributed amoung 62,2% of the influence to the academic achievement. Keyword : Procrastination,perception of the child on parenting, academic achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the self identity in terms of adolescent attachment to parents in SMKN 4 Yogyakarta. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 130 students of class X SMKN 4 Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The analysis of the data used in this study is the Pearson product moment correlation Results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between attachment to parents of adolescent self identity in SMKN 4 Yogyakarta. In a correlation test on adolescent attachment variables to adolescent self identity, there is a significant positive correlation. It can be seen from the coefficient of r = 0.599 with p = 0.000 (p <0,05). For variable self identity among young women and men there was no difference between the two. This can be seen with sig t 0.211 which means> 0.005. and independent simple t test.  Keywords: self identity, attachment to parents

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the interest and motivation of choosing senior high schools. Subjects in this study were students in 1 Krayan East Kalimantan, with the purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this study is Product Moment .Motivation variable data analysis choosing a school with a variable interest in showing the value of r =0.475 with a significance level of p =0.000. There is a significant positive relationship between interest and motivation in students choosing school SMP Negeri 1 Krayan. The determinant coefficient of 0.225, meaning interest variable contribute effectively in motivating choose schools as 22.5 %, while the remaining 77.5 % is influenced by other factors such as the intrinsic factor consisting of passion and desire to succeed, hopes and ideals of extrinsic factors that consists of awards in learning, conducive learning environment and engaging learning activities .Keywords: Interests, Motivation Choosing Schools.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi dukungan sosial terhadap kepercayaan diri pada atlet pencak silat di Pondok Pesantren IT Bina Umat Yogyakarta. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat korelasi yang positif antara dukungan sosial dengan kepercayaan diri pada atlet pencak silat di Pondok Pesantren IT Bina Umat Yogyakarta. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri pada atlet pencak silat di Pondok Pesantren IT Bina Umat Yogyakarta dan sebaliknya semakin rendah dukungan sosial maka kepercayaan diri atlet pencak silat di Pondok Pesantren IT Bina Umat Yogyakarta semakin rendah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah atlet pencak silat yang berada di Pondok Pesantren IT Bina Umat Yogyakarta, yang berusia 12-17 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan yang berjumlah 74 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala kepercayaan diri dan skala dukungan sosial. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dengan Program Statistik SPSS Versi 16.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien korelasi Product Moment antara variabel dukungan sosial dengan kepercayaan diri yaitu 0,467 dengan taraf signifikan p=0,000 (p<0,05). Dengan sumbangan efektif (r2)=21.8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan terdapat korelasi yang  positif antara dukungan sosial dengan kepercayaan diri pada atlet pencak silat di Pondok Pesantren IT Bina Umat Yogyakarta dapat diterima, artinya semakin tinggi dukungan sosial, maka semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri, sebaliknya semakin rendah dukungan sosial, maka semakin rendah kepercayaan diri. Kata kunci : dukungan sosial, kepercayaan diri, pencak silat

Abstract

                                                   ABSTRACTThis research is aimed to produce a treatment method for bullying in high schools/vocational schools in the city of Yogyakarta. More specifically, the research is expected to (1) describe the intensity of bullying among students, (2) identify problems that occur in the field, (3) describe the perceptions of teachers, students, and parents on the implementation of the handling of bullying.The study was conducted at six senior high schools/vocational schools in the city of Yogyakarta as a whole, amounted to 353 students, 115 school staffs and 47 parents of students. Data obtained using the documentation, the scale, in-depth interviews, and observation technique. The scale is designed to identify the victims and perpetrators of bullying and the perception of teachers, learners, and parents to acts of bullying in schools. Observation technique is used to examine the teaching and learning process. While interview is used to dig deeper understanding in matters related to the handling of bullying. The study will conclude by outlining a treatment model whereby to meet the challenge of school bullying.Key words: model, bullying, senior high school / vocational school

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the relationship between hardiness and self-efficacy of lansia (elderly) who still works in Banguntapan Bantul. The Hypotheses in this research is the relationship between hardiness and self-efficacy of lansia (elderly) who still works in Banguntapan Bantul.Subject of this research are working lansia (elderly) to men and women working lansia (elderly) with ages around 65 until 70 years old they are men and women that has total of 70. The the data was collected by using instrument used hardness and self-efficacay scale. The data was analysised using pearson product moment correlation with program SPSS Version 16 for Windows.The result of the analysis, showed that the correlation was between variable hardiness and self-efficacy 0,713 with P=0,00. This result and true the hypotheses was accepted meaning there is a relationship between hardiness and self-efficacy. It means that whenever the self-efficacay in lansia (elderly) are highest so the the hardiness are highest too. And the other way, if the self efficacy in lansia (elderly) are lowest so the hardiness are lowest too. Keywords : Hardiness, Self Efficacy, and Lansia (Elderly)

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kesejahteraan psikologis keluarga penyintas bunuh diri di Desa Karangrejek Wonosari Gunungkidul. Subjek penelitian adalah empat orang anggota keluarga dengan salah satu anggota keluarga sebagai penyintas bunuh diri. Metode penelitian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data, triangulasi, dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil analisis data adalah terdapat enam aspek yaitu penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup dan pertumbuhan pribadi yang mewakili kesejahteraan psikologis pada keluarga penyintas bunuh diri. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa keluarga penyintas bunuh diri memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang baik dengan dipengaruhi oleh kepribadian dan dukungan sosial, serta adanya filosofi ‘digelar digulung’ yang ditanamkan dalam keluarga.Kata kunci: bunuh diri, kesejahteraan psikologisbunuh diri, keluarga
