Journal of Spirits is a scientific journal run by Faculty of Psychology Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The Spirits journal aims to create a space for exchange of information on psychology. The Spirits journal aims to support the growth of new ideas and ideas about psychological knowledge in both contemporary psychology and selfbased psychology. Spirits journal is also expected to be a space for the development of Ki Hajar Dewantara ideas on psychology in Indonesia. Spirits Journal has a focus of study results with qualitative, quantitative and mix methods on the field of psychology.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is a correlation research that is intended to determine whether there is a correlation between emotional intelligence and resilience of the junior nuns. The method used is the Pearson Product-moment method of correlation studies. The sample was 85 nuns who live in the city of Yogyakarta. This study used two scales as a measurement tool, namely the scale of emotional intelligence and resilience were prepared by the researcher in the form of Likert Scale. Number of all items is 55 items consisted of 38 items from resilience and 17 items emotional intelligence. The scale emotional intelligence has a reliability of 0.790 resilience andscale of resilience has reliability of 0.899.The results were analyzed using SPSS for windows version 16 release. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience, with a coefficients correlation of 0.870 and significance level, 0.00 (p<0.05). With this it can be said that the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience acceptable. Effective contribution to the study of 75.7%, amounting to 75.7% meaning that resilience is determined by emotional intelligence. Higher emotional intelligence also increasingly steeper resilience. Keyword: Recilience,emotional intelligence, the Junior Nuns

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan komitmen organisasi anggota unit kegiatan mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif yang mengikuti unit kegiatan mahasiswa (UKM) di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya yang berjumlah 100 orang.  Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Probability Sampling berupa proportionate stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan komitmen organisasi pada anggota unit kegiatan mahasiswa dengan nilai korelasi (r) = 0.808 dengan p < 0.01. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi tingkat kohesivitas anggota organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat komitmen organisasi anggota unit kegiatan mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, begitu juga sebaliknya. Selanjutnya, bila dilihat dari hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 yang berarti < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima. Artinya, ada pengaruh antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan komitmen organisasi anggota unit kegiatan mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya.Kata kunci : Kohesivitas Kelompok, Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract

ABSTRACT Implementation of relocation of street vendors (PKL) has now become the spotlight of public attention. Frequent clashes in various cities in Indonesia between government officials are generally represented by the Pramong Satuan Polisi Praja (Satpol PP) with street vendors. However, this did not happen in Solo, Central Java during the reign of Governor Joko Widodo in 2006. This study aims to find an answer to how Joko Widodo's leadership style (also known as Jokowi) as Mayor of Surakarta to approach the street vendors In Monument '45 Banjarsari Surakarta so they can move without risk or resistance effectively. To understand the concept of leadership style used in the relocation process done by Jokowi in Solo, the researcher conducted a qualitative analysis to develop typology and found five main interpretations of his leadership style from the point of view of street vendors. Leadership style is: populist, sembodo (consistent), nguwongke (appreciate), ngemong (care) and visionary. The results show that street vendors with a background in Solo need a psychological and cultural approach to conduct relocation without resistance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of work group cohesiveness on employee morale The method used in this study was a quantitative correlational nature that aims to determine how much influence the work group cohesiveness on morale. This study sampled KSB Regional Financial Advisor V Yogyakarta some 111 people. Measuring instruments used in the form of two scales, namely scale morale and group cohesiveness scale. Scale morale value reliability (rxx) = 0,912 and the value of the work group cohesiveness scale reliability (rxx) = 0, 903.The results of the analysis of research data using regression analysis shows the coefficient of determination r2 = 0,536 and 16=0, 732 with a significance level of p <0,01 (p = 0, 000), so it can be concluded that no effect of group cohesiveness significant work on morale. Keyword: group cohesiveness, morale, work

Abstract

AbstrackThe aim of this research is to know how far is the resiliency of the pre school educator in Semin, Gunungkidul. The subyect of this research are four educators of pre school in Semin, Gunungkidul. The data analysis method that is used in this research are used in this research are data collection, data reduction, triangulation and conclusion.The result of the data analysis can be conduded that there are two aspects which are found in 17 categories of the pre school educators resiliensi variabel in order to develop the pre school in Semin, Gunungkidul. The aspects are resiliensy of capability and 34 sub categories. And the second aspect is the characteristic resiliency which has 18 sub categories that influence the resiliency. Keywords : Resiliency, pre school educator.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konflik psikologis wanita Hindu Bali yang mengalami turun kasta “Nyerod”. Pernikahan yang identik dengan kebahagiaan tidak sepenuhnya dirasakan oleh wanita Hindu Bali yang mengalami turun kasta “Nyerod. Hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya berbagai peraturan adat yang harus dihadapi setelah turun kasta. Peristiwa turun kasta yang dialami setiap wanita berkasta bukanlah hal yang mudah, dimana akan ada banyak perubahan dan pertentangan dari keluarga besar maupun lingkungan serta perasaan dilematis terhadap orangtua yang akan berpengaruh pada konflik psikologis wanita tersebut. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumalah tiga wanita Hindu Bali yang mengalami turun kasta “Nyerod”. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi non partisipan serta melihat keterkaitan antara konflik psikologis dengan narasi masing-masing informan melalui metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan setelah menikah dan turun kasta ketiga subjek secara umum mengalami keadaan dilematis yang bersifat temporer saat dihadapkan dengan adat istiadat dan stigma negatif dimasyarakat. Hal tersebut telah menjadi kosekuensi bagi seluruh subjek yang dianggap telah melanggar peraturan adat. Namun disatu sisi subjek merasa bahwa berbagai hal negatif yang dialami setelah turun kasta, seimbang dengan kompensasi yang subjek dapatkan yaitu berupa cinta, dukungan dan pekerjaan/karier yang dapat subjek tunjukkan sebagai jati diri.Kata kunci: Konflik Psikologi, Kasta, Wanita Hindu Bali, Nyerod

Abstract

ABSTRACT             The aims of this research are for knowing the relation between self-image and “selfies” attitude to students of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Faculty of Psychology and for knowing how big the self-image role towards “selfies” attitude.            The subjects of this research were 18-23 years old female of Psychology Faculty from academic year 2009 until 2014. The sampling taking technique is used by Purposive Sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research was Product Moment Correlation.            The results from data analysis of self-image variable towards “selfies” attitude showed that the value r 0,322 with p = 0,001 (p < 0,05). Based on those results of correlations, it stated that were significant positive relations between self-image and “selfies” attitude to students of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Faculty of Psychology. It means that, the effectives impact of self-image towards “selfies” attitude were 10,4%. This was also showed that 89,6% “selfies” attitude determined by the others influencing factors. Keywords: Self-image, Attitude, Selfie

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi dalam berbagai bidang seiring dengan perkembangan zaman berpengaruh terhadap tatanan dan nilai kehidupan individu maupun organisasi khususnya di lingkungan dunia industri yang di tuntut untuk selalu dapat beradaptasi dan berkembang sesuai dengan tantangan yang di hadapi. Salah satu yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam usaha memajukan organisasi adalah efektivitas organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan. Efektivitas organisasi adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh individu dan organisasi untuk memenuhi tuntutan dalam lingkungan organisasi sehingga mampu mencapai tujuan dari organisasi. Hasil penelitian terhadap 50 karyawan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas organisasi secara signifikan dengan nilai F=7,595 dan p<0,01 dengan sumbangan 2efek tif nila R sebesar 0,244 yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 24,4% kepada efektivitas organisasi. Pengujian secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan hubungan positif terhadap efektivitas organisasi (t=2,526, p<0,01) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 13,1% dan budaya organisasi hubungan positif terhadap efektivitas organisasi (t=2,297, p<0,01) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 11,3% terhadap efektivitas organisasi.Kata Kunci: Efektivitas Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and tendencies of cyberbullying behavior on twitter user. The hypothesis, there is a negative relationship between emotional maturity and cyberbullying behavior tendencies on twitter user. The subjects are students at the University Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Under graduated program, 18-24 years old, male and female, and have a twitter account, amounting to 82 people. The measures used tendencies of cyberbullying behavior scale and emotional maturity scale. Data processed using the Product Moment of Pearson technique with the help of statistical program SPSS version 20 for Mac. The results of relationship values obtained relationship between emotional maturity and tendencies of cyberbullying behavior of (r)= -0283 with p = 0.005 (p < 0.05). This shows that the hypothesis shows there is a negative relationship between emotional maturity and tendencies of cyberbullying behavior are acceptable. It means that the higher the emotional maturity of students twitter users then the lower the tendencies of cyberbullying behavior. Conversely the lower the emotional maturity of twitter users, the higher the tendencies of cyberbullying behavior. Key words: Cyberbullying, emotional maturity, twitter users
