Abstract

PT Bara Energi Lestari merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan dari PT Media Djaya Bersama yang bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan dan penjualan batubara. Umumnya, kegiatan penambangan di suatu perusahaan tambang terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan kegiatan. Tahap awal pada kegiatan penambangan yaitu pengupasan overburden. PT Bara Energi Lestari melakukan kegiatan pengupasan lapisan tanah penutup di area Pit IV menggunakan fleet kombinasi yaitu excavator CAT 340D2 yang melayani 4 dump truck IVECO 682 dan Mitsubisi Fuso 220 ps dengan kapasitas 30 ton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji produktivitas dari excavator CAT 340D2. Berdasarkan target rencana produksi harian alat gali muat excavator CAT 340D2 dapat menghasilkan 210 BCM/jam. Hasil perhitungan secara teori didapatkan nilai produktivitas untuk excavator CAT 340D2 adalah 298,76 BCM/Jam dan secara aktual produktivitas excavator CAT 340D2 tidak mencapai target rencana. Setelah mengetahui faktor yang menghambat produktivitas maka dilakukan peningkatan produktivitas dengan cara mengurangi waktu edar alat gali muat dan alat angkut serta meningkatkan nilai match factor menjadi 1.

Abstract

The fuel ratio target at PT. Mifa Bersaudara has been determined. The ratio is the comparison between the equipments fuel consumption in overnurden removal operation from the loading location to the dumping location to be 0,875 Litre/ Bcm. However, it was found that the actual fuel ratio in June and July 2017 was 1,4 Litre/ Bcm and 1,3 Litre/ Bcm which higher than the target ratio. Observation in the field showed that the greater the grade, the more fuel being consumed by the trucks. The highest calculation of road grade on LP3-DP2 lane was 10% and the highest fuel consumption in LP3-DP2 lane for CAT 773E and CAT 775F were 56,5 litre/hours and 62,2 litre/hours respectively.

Abstract

AbstractPT. Adaro Indonesia is a coal mining company in Indonesia which implements Pit Crushing and Conveying (PCC) for overburden removal. The implementation of the PCC due to overburden removal combines shovel and truck, crusher, and conveyor in the operating system. Trucks are needed as a supplier of overburden to pit crusher station of the PCC. By implementing this system, there has been a difference (deviation) between the value of overburden supplied by truck and the value of overburden received (detected) by PCC. Based on the issue, an analysis is needed to minimize the deviation and to determine the accuracy of deviation supply of truck and PCC. This research was conducted to solve the problem by observing and analysing the factors that cause the difference (deviation) of the overburden supply value. The results of this research defines that the value of overburden received (detected) by PCC is generally higher than the value of overburden supplied by truck with a deviation in the range of 11% to 37%. The deviation can be minimized by using the density value corresponding to the overburden, by changing the calculation method of truck production and PCC production, and by establishing the accuracy deviation supply to truck and PCC.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini telah dilakukan di kawasan  panas bumi Jaboi, Sabang. Daerah penelitian memiliki potensi panas bumi yang cukup prospek berdasarkan penampakan manifestasi di permukaan. Manifestasi ini terdapat diantara dua sesar aktif yaitu sesar Leumo Matee dan sesar Ceunohot. Penelitian bertujuan    untuk    menentukan    gambaran   bawah  permukaan, keberadaan sesar dan mengetahui nilai resistivitas pada lapisan lintasan pengukuran. Metode resistivitas konfigurasi Wenner digunakan di penelitian ini untuk memetakan bawah permukaan. Akuisisi data menggunakan alat Super String RES-IP dengan  dua   lintasan  masing- masing panjangnya 330 m dan spasi antar elektroda sebesar 6 m. Pengolahan  data  dilakukan  menggunakan Software Res2dinv dengan menggunakan metode least square invertion. Hasil pemodelan pada lintasan 1 dan 2 diperoleh nilai resistivitas (ρ) 5 – 150 Ωm dengan kedalaman 50 m. Pada lintasan 1 terdapat lapisan batuan alluvium dan tufa yang diperolah nilai resistivitas. Lapisan alluvium memiliki nilai resistivitas (ρ) 5 – 20 Ωm dengan  kedalaman 50 m. Lapisan tufa nilai resistivitas (ρ ) 0 – 150 Ωm dengan ketebalan lapisan 10 m. Berdasarkan data resistivitas pada lintasan 1 dan 2 diduga terdapat sesar dan rekahan yang berkorelasi dengan aktivitas panas bumi. Pada lintasan 1 keterdapatan sesar memiliki kedalaman 35 m dengan jarak lintasan 63 m. Pada lintasan 2 terdapat rekahan dengan kedalaman 25 m pada jarak lintasan 228 m. Keberadaan sesar pada daerah penelitian yang digolongkan sesar minor sebagai bagian dari sesar Ceunohot. Kata Kunci: Sesar, Metode Resistivitas, Panas bumi, Konfigurasi wenner. ABSTRACTThis research has been carried out in the Jaboi geothermal area, Sabang. The research area has enough geothermal potential prospects based on the appearance of manifestations on the surface. This manifestation is found between two active faults, namely the Leumo Matee fault and the Ceunohot fault. The research aims to determine the subsurface picture, the presence of faults and find out the resistivity value in the measurement path layer. The Wenner configuration resistivity method was used in this study to map the subsurface. Data acquisition uses the Super String RES-IP tool with two trajectories each of which is 330 m long and the inter-electrode spacing is 6 m. Data processing is done using Res2dinv Software using the least square invertion method. The results of modeling on tracks 1 and 2 obtained values of resistivity (ρ) 5 - 150 dengan with a depth of 50 m. On track 1 there is a layer of alluvium rock and tuff that has resistivity values. The alluvium layer has a resistivity value (ρ) 5-20 μm with a depth of 50 m. The tuff layer has a resistivity value (ρ) 0 - 150 μm with a layer thickness of 10 m. Based on resistivity data on tracks 1 and 2 it is suspected that there are faults and fractures that correlate with geothermal activity. On track 1 the faults have a depth of 35 m with a distance of 63 m. On track 2 there is a fracture with a depth of 25 m at a 228 m track distance. The presence of a cesarean section in the study area was classified as a minor fault as part of the Ceunohot fault. Keywords: Fault, Resistivity Method, Geothermal, Wenner Configuration.

Abstract

PT Semen Padang is a cement factory which uses limestone as the main raw material. This companny located in mining area of Bukit Karang Putih, Lubuk Kilangan Idarung district, Padang, West Sumatera. Currently, PT Semen Padang has 3 (three) units of the crushing plant for limestone crushing. Units of the crushing plant are The Limestone Crusher II, Limestone Crusher IIIA, and Limestone Crusher IIIB. The research aims to know the working system of crushing plant units and evaluate the performance of the crushing plant. Another purpose of this study is to analyze the size of limestone feed material, which goes into limestone crushing plan unit using Manual photography analysis method, as well as to assess the effectiveness of the crusher towards the production target. PT Semen Padang currently has a monthly production target of 555.505 tons/month. Based on the measurement of performance parameters, the Mechanical and Physical Availability, each unit of the crushing plant has been working quite well. However, based on the Use of Availability and Effective Utilization parameters the performance of each crushing plant is still considered bad. The results showed that the presence of the value of underperformance of crushing plant unit has no effect on the company’s planned target of 555.505 tons/month, it can even reach above the target: 625.412 tons/month. Abstract

Estimating the cost of ownership and operating costs incurred in operating a miningequipment is essential to see the equipment’s capabilities. This research aims tocompare the ownership and operating costs of stripping PT Mifa Bersaudaraoverburden with the cost of hourly equipment rental based on the employmentcontract of the contractor. This study resulted in a large cost calculation, hourlycost, and cost per BCM imposed on equipments when OB removal equipmentactivities and also support equipment work in October to December 2017. Owningcost per hour was US $ 523.84, of the cost of depreciation, interest, taxes, insurance,and storage, for an hourly operating cost of US $ 2,697.10, consisting of fuel, oiland grease, tire, maintenance and special items. Total owning costs and operatingcosts in October, November and December were respectively US $ 1,133,768.72-,US $ 1,053,245.37-, and US $ 953,396.42, and cost per BCM of US $ 1.49- , US $1.42-, and US $ 1.42- ,. In this research, the owning cost and operating cost iscompared with the operational cost obtained based on the hourly cost of equipmentrental at BCM cost in October of US $ 2.35-, November US $ 2.25-, and DecemberUS $ 2.25-. So as to produce the difference in cost per BCM in October US $ 0.86-, November US $ 0.82-, and December US $ 0.82-.
