<![CDATA[The process of purchasing a laptop is not difficult enough to provide some money and go ketoko who sell it and buy a laptop. But there is a more difficult is to determine which laptop will be purchased in accordance with daily needs that is difficult, there are four major variables studied in the process of purchasing laptops in this journal is the processor, memory (RAM), hard drive and price. Researchers want to know by processing the data using software WEKA (Algortima C, 45) Which will be the main choice of buyers in buying a laptop which means it will be known which will be a top priority buyers in buying a laptop with the object is a student of SMK Batam city who has bought a laptop . From here it can be concluded later whether the buyer prefer the processor than the RAM, hard drive or price or other patterns will appear like RAM, processor, hard drive and the price or other patterns that can not be reviewed because all assumptions may appear depending on the data obtained. So please note that the conclusions are taken is not the most correct answer but based on the development of data obtained from students SMK processed using Software WEKA.]]>

<![CDATA[Salah satu dari pengenalan pola yang umum dikenal orang adalah pengenalan tulisan. Pengenalan tulisan yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karakter aksara tulisan Incung. Tulisan Incung memiliki keunikan dari bentuknya yang berbeda dengan tulisan lainnya. Ekstraksi ciri karakter dilakukan dengan metode backpropagation. Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan algoritma Backpropagation dibentuk dengan membuat generalisasi aturan pelatihan dan pengujian dengan cara menambahkan lapisan tersembunyi atau Hidden layer. Hasil dari percobaan menunjukkan bahwa Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan algoritma Backpropagation yang sudah dilatih dan diuji dengan baik akan memberikan keluaran yang masuk akal jika diberikan masukan yang serupa dengan pola yang dipakai untuk pelatihan dan pengujian. Sifat generalisasi ini membuat pelatihan dan pengujian lebih efisien karena tidak perlu dilakukan pada semua data.]]>

<![CDATA[With the development of e-commerce, the sale and purchase transaction more and more. The scope of e-commerce is very wide because internet access is spread all over the region. The development of e-commerce users is affecting business in the delivery of goods. To know the goods have been processed for delivery or not the courier service delivery of goods provide trace and tracking system. In this study will examine how the accuracy of the quality of information on trace systems and tracking as a service system that provides convenience to users and customers in knowing where the goods we send or receive. The research variables as the direction of measurement are Interest (importance), Clarity (clarity), Relevance (relevance), usefulness (usefulness). Research method by means of descriptive research that is method used to analyze data by way of describing or describing data that have been collected. The samples taken are batam city people who have or are using the system trace and tracking courier services. The purpose of research to know how the quality of information displayed so as to provide information assessment for the community.]]>

<![CDATA[This can make irresponsible parties libel the company because everyone or customers who join it can read and comment freely on what the customer complained about. Therefore, PT Indoritel Makmur International Tbk (Indomaret) Batam is advised to have an application that can arrange and provide services to complaints or criticism and customer suggestions. To overcome these problems then designed a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information system. This design aims to facilitate customers in delivering criticism and suggestions or complaints to the service company. This design uses UML modeling diagram (Unifed Modeling Language) such as, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram and Sequence Diagram. In addition, the technologies used in this design system such as Dreamweaver, PHP, and MySQL. The end result of this design is a Web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information system that can be used to manage customer complaints submitted to PT Indoritel Makmur International Tbk (Indomaret) Batam. The Extreme Programming method is the most widely used approach to software development.]]>

<![CDATA[Database appeared and began to develop in line with the needs of processing and data storage to meet the information needs. Database is part of an important building block in an information system. In addition to a relational database (SQL), which stores structured datas in tables with defined schemes, there is a non-relational databases (NoSQL) with a dynamic scheme or unstructured. This study will compare the performance between NoSQL database (MongoDB) and SQL database (MySQL) for a web-based multimedia file storage application that stores files as BLOBs. Performance comparison is based on the speed of execution and the computer resources usage (CPU, memory, and virtual memory).]]>

<![CDATA[Teknologi informasi yang semakin lama semakin maju dan setiap saat selalu ada perkembangan sangatlah mempunyai peranan penting dalam segala aspek kehidupan, salah satu aspek yang tidak bisa lepas dari teknologi informasi adalah aspek perekonomian terutama dalam sistem penjualan produk. Perlu sebuah kreativitas dan inovasi dari produsen agar penjualan produknya bisa ditingkatkan, apalagi melihat masyarakat sekarang yang mempunyai tingkat konsumtif tinggi terhadap barang-barang baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan algoritma apriori pada penjualan tiket pesawa dan untuk Penetuan penjualan tiket pesawat yang paling banyak terjual berdasarkan jenis dari maskapainya .Metode yang digunakan mencari melalui proses yang metodis untuk menambahkan pengetahuan itu sendiri dan dengan yang lainnya, oleh penemuan fakta dan wawasan tidak biasa. Hasil dari penelitian ini Penerapkan algoritma apriori pada penjualan tiket pesawat efektiv untuk melihat pola pembelian konsumen dimana pada saat pengolahan data dapat kita ketahui tiket yang sering di pesan oleh pembeli yaitu tiket Garuda, Sriwijaya dan Lion sehingga pihak pemilik travel dapat mengatur strategi pemasarannya, seperti mengadakan promo untuk meningkatkan penjualan tiket pesawat tersebut. Penggunakan data mining algoritma apriori untuk menemukan pola kombinasi itemset dan association rules pada Terminal Tiket Batam, dengan penjualan yaitu dengan support dan confidence tertinggi adalah Lion dan Sriwijaya serta Garuda dan Sriwijaya dengan nilai support 50% dan confidence 70%]]>

<![CDATA[Media sosial dapat membantu seseorang untuk melakukan interaksi dengan yang lainnya. Munculnya berbagai macam platform media sosial mempengaruhi model interaksi termasuk interaksi yang dilakukan di perkuliahan. Masalah yang timbul adalah model perkuliahan yang sebagian besar masih dilakukan secara konvensional tanpa didukung oleh teknologi ataupun media pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran ini dinilai kurang menarik bagi mahasiswa dan tidak efektif serta menyebabkan suasana perkuliahan menjadi tidak interaktif dan materi hanya bersumber dari dosen pengajar. Daya serap yang berbeda juga menjadi faktor kurangnya respon mahasiswa terhadap materi pembelajaran. Edmodo adalah jejaring sosial yang memiliki kemiripan dengan facebook dan didesain khusus untuk kemudahan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media edmodo sebagai penunjang pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa disalah satu perguruan tinggi yang mengambil mata kuliah Komputer Aplikasi dan terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas yang menggunakan edmodo dan kelas konvensional. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, kesamaan dua rata rata dan uji t. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa edmodo efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran edmodo lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional.]]>

<![CDATA[Kredit Pemilikan Rumah merupakan salah satu jenis pembiayaan dari perbankan. Pembelian rumah sebagai tempat tinggal atau investasi, selalu diminati oleh setiap orang sepanjang jaman. Masyarakat Batam yang berkeinginan membeli properti, umumnya tidak mengetahui berapa besar uang muka (dp) yang perlu dipersiapkan, berapa cicilan per bulannya dan pendapatan minimal yang harus dimiliki calon kreditur, agar proses pengajuan Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) disetujui oleh pihak bank. Pada beberapa bank, mensyaratkan beberapa surat-surat keterangan sebagai syarat administrasi. Metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah SDLC dengan model waterfall. Tool yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi adalah Android Studio versi 2.1.2 dan pemodelannya menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Sedangan tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana membangun aplikasi KPR berbasis Android .]]>
