Abstract

Along with the development of information technology and telecommunications, evolving pulse function is not just used for SMS, telephone and internet, but also as a payment of transactions such as electricity prepaid, postpaid electricity, home phone, internet telecoms speedy, payments and other groceries. In credit sales, the chip can only be used by one agent, so it can not optimize the sales deposit balance both in terms of time, place and income because the chip can not be used by another person who made the sale of pulses is limited by time and place. Based on these problems, we need a resful architectural style web service as a liaison between the client and the server using the Java programming language, apache tomcat server and MySQL. The design of this application is done by using a waterfall methodology, which is a method of developing a system that begins with the analysis stage, then the system design, implementation and testing. With a system that can process one chip for all carriers from different places and platform, and also owners can optimize Wincell sales deposit both in terms of time, place and revenues

Abstract

College of Informatics and Computer Management (STMIK) Bumigora Mataram, for Computer Network competencies are elective courses that network security system which addresses the cryptographic material using a lecture and power point as a medium while studying in the classroom. Those problems led to the idea to create teaching aids media applications using cryptographic message digest algorithm 5 (MD5). Cryptography is the science that is used to encrypt a message, so the message private. On the application every student can learn and try to direct the activities of the MD5 algorithm program in step by step. This algorithm has a characteristic that the message is converted into a message digest can not be restored into the original message. Two different messages always produce different hash values. So as to facilitate faculty to improve student comprehension. Based on the results of questionnaires to the lecturer stated that the application can assist the lecturer delivered material MD5 cryptographic algorithm. And the results of the questionnaire of the student that can be assisted in doing to learn anytime and anywhere as long as the application can access media learning aids such as web-based applications online.

Abstract

Te procurement of infrastructure for Faculty of Engineering, University of Mataram was conducted through the direct of purchasing, but the process as such ofen remain the administrative obstacle in the process. To avoid the intricate troubles, such as; the number of packets, limited resources, and time issued during the process as well, needed the client server-based information system rather than the computerization manually. Te method implemented was the waterfall for information, and the result was the system of direct purchasing with the client server-based that implemented on Java Netbeasn 8.0 and PostgreSQL 9.0 using Model View Control (MVC) concept for diminishing the false.

Abstract

Based on interviews with staff nutrition Health Offce (Dikes) West Lombok, that is not currently available information systems that can be used to input data monitoring nutritional status of children. So it still takes a very long time to get the right information related to monitoring the nutritional status of children and families aware of nutrition per each district. The primary data sourced directly from the community gathered by Puskesmas offcers. Analysis of the data needed to meet the needs of data input, process and report to the monitoring system of nutritional status include: site identifcation, the identity of the household, the habit of weighing the family members, the question for pregnant or postpartum mothers, the nutritional intake of the family, the identity of a toddler, a child’s weight. The expected benefts of the outcomes defned as follows: enhance the ability to analyze the situation of food and nutrition in every region, able to set the priority handling of food and nutrition, able to monitor and evaluate the development of food and nutrition, improve community health status is marked as well as out of the category of problematic areas of health, especially malnutrition and less.

Abstract

STMIK Bumigora has fve internet hotspot access point which can be used by students. Fifth hotspot wireless access point includes faculty, labs, students, faculty and for management purposes. The use of wireless networks for internet access led to the illegal activities that can not be monitored by the network administrator. Activity is mainly on the use of the router that serves as a proxy router connected directly to the ISP (Internet Service Provider). Illegal activities are often done by the students is trying to log into any network devices using bruteforce method. Techniques used include using remote access such as ssh, telnet and ftp. In addition, the activity of port scanning is often performed by the students to observe the security gaps that are still weak in a hotspot, especially at the port still open on the network. To overcome this problem, researchers built an application that is capable of managing and monitoring security hotspots making it easier for network administrators to take action against such illegal activities. Research method used is SDLC, in which the system is intended to develop a system that has existed previously in PUSTIK STMIK Bumigora Mataram

Abstract

Education management is an important part of human resources management in the governmental region. Local government is using spatial information in the SIGDa to support composing of development program planning. A part of SIGDa is spatial information of education feld in which authorizes by agency of education youth and sport of government of West Lombok Regency. Spatial information of education feld is able to support governmental decision making and development program planning for education feld. Basically, web-SIGDa Lombok Barat can be equipped with spatial data information based on governmental agency. Spatial information for development program planning of government needs comprehensive attributes. The comprehensive attributes are needed to build good spatial information what used for composing of development program planning. Requirement of spatial information attributes can be used for reference in the sub system development of SIGDa Lombok Barat. The sub system of SIGDa Lombok Barat development constitutes spatial information for governmental agencies on the government of West Lombok Regency.

Abstract

One type of cancer that is capable identifed using MRI technology is breast cancer. Breast cancer is still the leading cause of death world. therefore early detection of this disease is needed. In identifying breast cancer, a doctor or radiologist analyzing the results of magnetic resonance image that is stored in the format of the Digital Imaging Communication In Medicine (DICOM). It takes skill and experience suffcient for diagnosis is appropriate, and accurate, so it is necessary to create a digital image processing applications by utilizing the process of object segmentation and edge detection to assist the physician or radiologist in identifying breast cancer. MRI image segmentation using edge detection to identifcation of breast cancer using a method stages gryascale change the image format, then the binary image thresholding and edge detection process using the latest Robert operator. Of the 20 tested the input image to produce images with the appearance of the boundary line of each region or object that is visible and there are no edges are cut off, with the average computation time less than one minute.

Abstract

Information searching based on users’ query, which is hopefully able to fnd the documents based on users’ need, is known as Information Retrieval. This research uses Vector Space Model method in determining the similarity percentage of each student’s assignment. This research uses PHP programming and MySQL database. The fnding is represented by ranking the similarity of document with query, with mean average precision value of 0,874. It shows how accurate the application with the examination done by the experts, which is gained from the evaluation with 5 queries that is compared to 25 samples of documents. If the number of counted assignments has higher similarity, thus the process of similarity counting needs more time, it depends on the assignment’s number which is submitted.

Abstract

Area yang digunakan untuk mengelola proses komersialisasi dalam pengisian ruangan disebut sebagai area komersial. PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) menerapkan proses tender dalam pengelolaan area komersial berdasarkan Commercial Space Plan yang telah disepakati. Banyaknya ruang kosong di Area komersial di BandaraSepinggan Balikpapan menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya pemanfaatan area komersial di area Bandara sehingga tidak maksimalnya pendapatan perusahaan yang didapatkan dari pemanfaatan area komersial.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ialah mengetahui komponen Sistem Informasi Tender Area Komersial dan mengetahui Perancangan Sistem Informasi Tender Area Komersialdi PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Bandara Sepinggan Balikpapan. Perancangan menggunakan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) sedangkan analisis dilakukan pada proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan yang selanjutnya hasil analisis dituangkan dalam perancangan sistem informasi Tender Area Komersial berupa aplikasi web yang dapat membantu kegiatan pelaksaan tender. Sistem informasi Tender Area Komersial ini memudahkan bagi PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) dan calon mitra usaha dalam memberikaninformasi tender yang sedang berjalan dari mulai pendaftaran, pemilihan paket tender, pengumpulan dokumen dan pengumuman hasil tender.

Abstract

This research aims to develop multimedia learning in computer graphics courses. The development method used is ADDIE (Analysis Design Develop Implementation Evaluate) which is a method usually used for the development of multimedia learning. The process of analysis is done by looking and studying the process of teaching and learning that runs during this, at the design stage used Adobe Photoshop software. In the process of developing the author using Adobe Flash CS6 for display, writing and animation, as well as Visual camtasia video creation. After the development process is complete, the implementation stages are tested using white box and black box test method. In evaluation prooses involving multimedia experts and students who have followed or are following the course of Computer Graph. Based on the results of experiments and evaluations can be concluded that multimedia learning Graphics Data meet the criteria very well include operational aspects and teaching materials and can be used to help students and lecturers on teaching and learning process, and can be used by students to learn independently.
