Abstract

Practical activities carried in the laboratory which aims to support the learning process of each semester. There were 500 participants of practicum utilize this activity at every level of education D3 and S1. Therefore, it was necessary that proper schedule of system so that the process runs smoothly in the laboratory practicum. But seeing the phenomena that occur in the feld, the schedule has been collated not corresponding with time of lecturers and students so that researchers trying to model the laboratory practicum of STMIK using Maxplus algebra. Based on the model and the simulation by results of Scilabwas scheduling in the Lab II that eigenvalues for 800 with an initial value x (0), its mean the period of transition participants of practicum and the other participants of practicum is 800 minutes. Therefore, there was only one lab are scheduled every day in Lab II because the process of practicum fnished at 12.00.

Abstract

Ujian National (UN ) is one tool evaluation issued by the government which is the appropriate measurement tool to measure the level of achievement of educational goals that have been set. One of the challenges for students of schools during the school beforehand through the UN process be it elementary, junior high and high school. As is known, to fnish his previous students have to face the evaluation process, namely Ujian Nasional, and to pass the evaluation of the value of the good is not easy. That requires a media that can help students in the learning process before the Ujian National. Media made using multimedia elements such as text, images, sound, and animation. The development method used by the authors in this study is the method ADDIE which has fve stages, namely stage Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The instructional media of Natural Science for Yunior School to prepare UN ” From the results obtained during this study, the authors conclude that the media are built to help students in the learning process before facing Ujian National (UN)

Abstract

The implementation of quota policies to limit the use of the Internet, such as limiting the use of streaming media applications, download and upload activity has a purpose in order to maintain the performance of computer networks, especially companies / organizations that have low Internet bandwidth capacity. Implementation of Policy Based Routing (PBR) means choosing a path or a different route from the routing table to reach the destination address of data packets transmitted. Router device without applying the PBR will choose a path based on the IP address of the destination.This research was conducted by adopting the method NDLC in comparing the routing policy. The stages through which the problem analysis, design and simulation prototype network topology. At this stage of prototype Simulation is done by confguring and testing the Quality of Service (QoS) for network design. Results achieved in the form of comparisons PBR application on the router and use of NON PBR for the implementation of a policy to optimize traffc transmission of data packets or internet traffc usage by users.

Abstract

Spatial analysis is a technique or process that involves a number of counts and evaluation logic (mathematical) were performed in order to seek or fnd potential relationships or patterns (probably) are among the elements of geographical contained in the digital data with limits certain study areas. One of spatial analysis to build support layer around the layer within a certain range is the proximity analysis. Proximity analysis is an analysis based on the geographical distance between layers. In GIS proximity analysis uses a process called buffering to determine the proximity relationship between the nature of the existing sections. Buffer allows to make a certain area limitation of the desired object. West Lombok district is one of the districts with the potential for tourism and a large plantation in the province of West Nusa Tenggara besides Central Lombok and Lombok to the east. Community or inverstor have many options to choose according kriteia gardening location they want. The results of spatial operations conducted as buffers, unions and the query will help to determine the required location. Spatial analysis is helpful to get the location in accordance with defned criteria, such as the distance from roads and settlements, and its land area as needed. Based on the analysis that has been done, a spatial map of plantation land in accordance with the criteria of very petrifed decision makers.

Abstract

Changes in retinal blood vessels feature a sign of serious illnesses such as heart disease and stroke. Therefore, the analysis of retinal vascular features can help in detecting these changes and allow patients to take preventive measures at an early stage of this disease. Automation of this process will help reduce the costs associated with the specialist and eliminate inconsistencies that occur in manual detection system. Among the retinal image analysis, image extraction retinal blood vessels is a crucial step before measurement. In this paper, we use an effective method of automatically extracting the blood vessels of the color images of the retina using a length detector line in several different scales, in order to maintain the strength and eliminates the weaknesses of each detector individual lines, the result of the detection lines on various scales combined to produce a segmentation of each image of the retina. The performance of the method is evaluated quantitatively using DRIVE dataset. Test results show that this method achieve high accuracy is 0.9407 approaching measurement results manually by experts, and this method produces accurate segmentation in detecting retinal blood vessels with effciency by quickly segmenting time is 2.5 seconds per image.

Abstract

Otorhinolaryngology is a group of diseases that infect many people including Indonesians, especially in West Lombok Regency in West Nusa Tenggara. This disease is very dangerous because it disrupts the respiratory area such as polyp and sinusitis in the nose.This research is discuss about the making of expert system by fuzzy logic concept to diagnose the otolaryngology. The amount of otolaryngology that used to be sample for this research is 18 type of disease which consisted of 10 diseases in ear, 5 diseases in nose and 3 diseases in throat. While the patients who used to be test cases are 50 people. Inference system method that used in this research is Mamdani with deffuzifcation process by centroid method. From the results of the test system with the number of patients of 50 people, the results concluded that the level of match between the application result and doctor’s diagnosis achieve an accuracy of 82% for this type of disease analysis. As many as 64,85% of the 82% of the application test data are in accordance with the doctor’s analysis namely disease’s name and degree 34,15% of them match the disease’s name but there is a difference between the applications values with doctor’s analysis. Trial data that do not match doctor’s analysis is 18%.

Abstract

The accuracy of type, number, price, place, time and quality are the expectations that every farmer expects in the process of distributing and procurementing subsidized fertilizer. But the various alternatives which have already given or designed were not be able to solve the scarcity of fertilizer and it was happening very frequent in our environment. The usage of control card (farmer card) has been designed by goverment in 2007-2008 but it was not well distributed to all regions in East Nusa Tenggara. Whereas the usage of this card can be a good solution that can help in controling (managing) the fertilizer distribution so the fertilizer can be given to the appropriate farmers. The implementing of farmer card along with the making of information system of fertilzer distribution in Gerung is designed to solve the inaccuracies of subsidized feltilizer distribution. Every farmer registered in famer groups and RDKK (which is used by retailers to get the fertilizer) will get the identity card. By using the identity card farmers can come and show the identity card to retailers and then the retailers will see the identity and check the amount of fertilizer that each farmer has. By this system retails can distribute the fertilizer accurately in the term of target, quantity and price. Besides, this system also can help in observing the redeem that retailer did and the numbers of fertilizer sold.

Abstract

Design of System Monitoring Unit in the framework of Good Governance Provincial Government of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The research is a survey research, namely by taking a sample of the population using questionnaires as a means of collecting. Research survey conducted for the purpose of explanation (explanatory or confrmatory) that provides an explanation of the relationship between variables through research and Examination formulated earlier. Methods in building these systems use System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with structured techniques and engineering Prototyping with master data is divided into 5 form Stuffng the data, to 5 the form will each have a relationship, then the data is prioritized in advance in accordance with the following sequence: a .formulir workplace; b. Costs form; c. Data form barriers; d. Data form Projects Agency; e.formulir Barriers Project. This application is made does not mean that everything can be solved by good, so that what is desired by the government of NTB can be contained in this system. Constraints that occur are minor adjustments to the user desires with the rules that exist in programming and easiness in operationalising can be implemented as quickly as possible. The use of the control system must be properly addressed, either physical control, hardware control, device control, database control, and control brain ware, so that the system can be run in accordance with desired.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology and telecommunications, evolving pulse function is not just used for SMS, telephone and internet, but also as a payment of transactions such as electricity prepaid, postpaid electricity, home phone, internet telecoms speedy, payments and other groceries. In credit sales, the chip can only be used by one agent, so it can not optimize the sales deposit balance both in terms of time, place and income because the chip can not be used by another person who made the sale of pulses is limited by time and place. Based on these problems, we need a resful architectural style web service as a liaison between the client and the server using the Java programming language, apache tomcat server and MySQL. The design of this application is done by using a waterfall methodology, which is a method of developing a system that begins with the analysis stage, then the system design, implementation and testing. With a system that can process one chip for all carriers from different places and platform, and also owners can optimize Wincell sales deposit both in terms of time, place and revenues
