Abstract

World War ll knilled many more civilians than the soldiers As a Hezbollah freedom fighter point out for example, that the only difference between his bombs and Israelli bombs is that he delivers his by truck or hand, while the Israellis deliver theirs  by bomber or tanks.The Israellis might reply that the onlyreason they (areforced) kill civilians and children is that the Hezbollah people operate among them.Even for the majority who are unlikely to bicome Freedom fighters, the question of justivication is important. We know war is organized killing of other human beings. Virtually everyone is against that. Yet war continous to are binding according to the doctrine of Pacta Sunt Servanda (the treaty must be carried out). The general priciples of law recognized by civilized nations moralty to be considered. As developing International legal system in a now days dynamic wold Political system.International law such as the International Humanitarian law is developing affirmatively in the area of defiling human rights today aggression is outlawed by the U.N Charter and the legimate reason to resort to violence are in self-defencean aspart of a u.n or regional peace keepingefort. There have also been extensive effort to regulate the conduct of warfare. But, haw about Israellis bombing innocent Libanese people and killing children?

Abstract

Undang-Undang No. 40 tahun 1999, Tentang Pers dan Undang-Undang No. 32 Tahum 2002 Tentang Penyiaran Mendorong terjadinya suatu dinamika di dunia pers dan Penyiaran, utamanya dalam hal kemerdekaan mencari, mengolah danmempublikasikan suatu peristiwa oleh wartawan.Kemerdekaan dalam dunia kewartawanantidak bolehdiartikan”suka-suka”, tetapi harus mempunyai tanggungjawab yang tinggi terhadap pelaksanaan Etika Jurnalistik.Mel;ihat kecenderungan perkembangan wartawan Indonesia dalam era informasi yang terkesan sedemikian “bebas” atau bahkan sering dikatakan “kebablasan”, maka kedepan para wartawan Indonesia diharapkan mempunyai Standar Kompetensi dan Sertifikasi Profesi Wartawan, maka wartawan akan bisa memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan rakyat.

Abstract

Terdapat perbedaan cukup signifikan antara pesan yang termuat pada butir 3 Sumpah Pemuda dan yang disampaikan melalui lagu” Satu Nusa Satu Bangsa”. Pada butir 3 Sumpah Pemuda dinyatakan “Kami Putra dan Putri Indonesia menjunjung bahasa persatuan Bahasa Indonesia’.Sedang pada lagu “Satu Nusa Satu Bangsa” hanya dinyatakan”Satu Nusa, Satu Bangsa, Satu Bahasa kita”,tidak dinyatakan adanya kewajiban menjunjung bahasa persatuan Bahasa Indonesia.Pada umunya orang lebih tertarik dan lebih senang meresapi pesan yang disampaikan melalui lagu dibanding dengan pesan yang disampaikan melalui pembicaraan (dialog).Itulah kemungkinan besar yang menjadi salah satu penyebab mengapa masyarakat merasa tidak perlu berupaya ke arah penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Akibatnya, berbagai bentuk penyimpangan/ kesalahn bermunculan, dari kesalahan ejaan, morfologi sampai pada pembentukan kalimat.Penyebarluasan kesaharan mengenai bunyi dan makna butir tiga Sumpah Pemuda”........ menjunjung bahasa persatuan Bahasa Indonesia,” Kiranya merupakan upaya yang layak ditempuh.

Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini tujuannya untuk menjelaskan proses dasar komunikiasi teori-teori yang berkenaan dengan tekniknya, dengan kata lain untuk menolong siswa memformasikan dan menyebarkan ke efektifan pesan.Komunikasi adalah implementasi dari ssebuah keputusan, dengan kata lain komunikasi adalah proses dana tujuan yang dicapai secara obyektif. Hal ini bisa dibentuk berita release, berita konferensi, Peristiwa khusus, brosur, pidato, stiker, parade, poster dan semacamnya.Dalam sebuah rencana program, langkah ini dikenal sebagai strategi dan taktik, hal terswebut juga dikenal sebagai komunikasi yang berjalan keluar.Tujuan   dari proses komunikasi adalah untuk menginformasikan, membujuk memotivasi atau mencapai pengetian berbalas-balasan.Untuk menjadi seorang komunikator yang efektif, orang itu harus mempunyai pengetahuan mendasar tentang bagaimana menyusun suatu komunikasi, dan bagaimana masyarakat menerima pesan.Yang juga diperlukan adalah suatu pengertian tentang cara orang-orang memproses indormasi, dan kemungkinan memodifikasi tingkah laku mereka, opini dan tindakan mereka.

Abstract

Like Horkheimer, habermas contends that knowledge is historically rooted and interest bound. But he understands this in quite different terms form his predecesoor. In Knowledge an Human Interest and Theory and Practice, Habermas develops the theory of cognitive interest(or knowledge-constitutive interests), the importent first stage in his elaboration of the relationship of knowledge to human activity. In more recent work he has extended this inquiry and formulated the theory of ‘communitave competence’ . This complex theories have been developed in order to justify the critical enterprise. In this theory Habermas argues that all speech is oriented to the idea of a genuine consensus – a discursively achieved consensus – which is rarely realized.

Abstract

There are several alternatives of economic system that can be applied in Indonesia, including three well-known economic system : liberal/capitalism economic system, social economic system and mixed economic system.The monetary/economic crisis which hit Indonesia in 1997, has becomea multidimensional crisis. The major real economic sector which has survived during this time is the middle low sector white the social gap bicome widened. In relation with the application of economic system in Indonesia, the best economic system to be applied in Indonesia in the future is that based on social fairness.
