Abstract

God, is one of the most important parts of a person's religious life. Godless means human nature as human beings have been violated. For every mankind that God is transcendent unity so belief in God itself occupies a primordial position in the level of one's faith. However, the current conception of the existence of the primordial relationship between humans and God that has been replaced by the new idols that materialism, capitalism, and other isms. Which is then set aside God in concrete reality, this is in line with what is perceived by Karl Marx about God itself. And how he position God in someone's life and someone’s religious life about importance of God in life. So, in the belief of modern humans, religion is only seen as something that only has a purpose for life in the hereafter, but not in this world.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal leadership and the teacher’s Attitude toward job satisfaction in MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung. Leadership is the ability of a school principal in influence and mobilize subordinates in an organization or school institutions in order to achieve school goals. Attitude of teachers to work is a teacher’s tendency to respond his pleasure or displeasure to his job. Teacher’s job satisfaction is a delightful emotional state that is owned by teacher. The data obtained from the School is analyzed using SPSS in phases: Preparation, Test and SPSS Analysis. Through the research can be concluded that there is a relationship between the principal leadership and teacher’s performance with job satisfaction.

Abstract

Various complaints to the learning outcomes of Indonesia language at the National Examination submitted by students who claimed that the Indonesia language test is very difficult and resulted in a relatively low value from year to year than any other subjects at every level of education is an issue that immediately overcame. This paper describes solutions to the various problems in carrying out an assessment of the Indonesian learning through Mueller’s authentic assessment. The implementation of the authentic teaching on the subjects of Indonesian constrained in the number of materials or sub-oriented materials on aspects of skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). To measure these skills, it is believed that the authentic assessment appropriate to be applied. The application of the authentic assessment in the form of performance assessment, portfolios, and observation can not be separated from the element of teacher’s subjectivity. For gaining the goal, this formula was implemented to reduce the subjectivity done by the teacher.

Abstract

Umar Baradja’s education concept of character has been adjusted to the concepts and objectives of national education. The result of the research on Umar Baradja’s thinking of character education is originated from Umar Baradja’s concept of interactions among social being. It was designed to prepare the next generation to be a virtuous, good, and noble human being. It was designed to able to be applied in all ages as well, from early childhood up to old age. Morals can be generated by the exercise and the struggle in the beginning, until it became a character. For example a person who wants to have a beautiful writing, the first time he had to force himself to imitate the beautiful writings, until the writing is his character. It is not strange to the man who was given by God a reason and understanding. Even, Similarly, it is not strange on wild animals, because their instinct can be transformed to be benign by exercises. It is evident that the dog can be taught to hunt and guard. Umar Baradja is a muslim leader from Surabaya. He was famous in his day until today. Alhamdulillah, his works still exist, taught in almost all pondok pesantrens (boarding schools). He offered education concept of character and by instilling and familiarizing a good behavior to Allah, His Prophet, and fellow human beings interact, and uphold the values ​​of brotherhood. Thus character education according to Umar Baradja’s as defined in this study are the concepts or moral message and the process of instilling to humans from themselves, to others, to God and even to inanimate objects. According to Umar Baradja people must try to get good behavior although at the beginning it seemed difficult that they will get used to the good behavior with constantly implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to find practical methods in the division of inheritance in a situation where one heir dies before the inheritance of first mayyit allocated, with one practical step, without counting the manual portion of each heir of first mayyit and second mayyit. This munasakhat method has several supporting theories discussed to help solving the cases easily, those are four nasab (النسب الأربعة) theory and inkisar.

Abstract

The Marriage Act No. 1 of 1974 Article 2 paragraph (1), regulates that a legal marriage is a marriage conducted according to each religious law and belief. It stressed the rules concerning the minimum age limit for someone to be able to enter into marriage. The marriage issue is closely related to the population problem; the rate of population growth, following derivatives issue; health, housing, food and employment, and so on. Until now, marriage at an early age (under age-limit marriage) are still rampant in this country. While the population is still adhering to the tradition, although the Marriage Act has long been firmly set. This law stipulates that a person who wants to marry must have reached the age of 19 years for men and 16 years for women, and if not yet reached that age should get dispensation from the court. The regulation is for the benefit of both prospective spouses. Fostering households need their biological and psychological readiness in order to realize a good, eternal, and happy marriage,
