Abstract

This research aims to determine kinds of istihadhah blood in islamic law and its implications in worship through studying on the literature of the classical books of fiqh Shafi'ites. The first step is to analyze the istihadhah problems experienced by some women, and then classified them in several cases so it can be distinguished among menstrual, childbed, and istihadhah blood, and ordinances of worship that be held in conditions of istihadhah, either prayer or fasting. This research use two approaches of introduction, first, the introduction of blood color and secondly, the introduction of menstrual cycle as well as a method to count, so based on the blood color and its cycle, it can be known about each woman’s classification of istihadhah blood case and its legal solution.

Abstract

Education is the main institution that plays a critical role in establishing and cultivate civilization. Reciprocation of a nation is strongly influenced by the existence of education. So it is necessary to note how the views of the marginalized (pedicab driver) about the value of education and how their ideals to the future of their children through educational institutions are. To find them out, this research uses field research by qualitative method using inductive data analysis. From the field data is then acquired answers about the meaning of education, and their ideals about the education of their children. And for that, the marginalized (pedicab driver) think that education has a very important meaning, their ideals are same, that they want their children to be better human beings through education.

Abstract

The tenure of attorney general of Indonesia Republic that is not strictly regulated in the prosecutor law has created legal uncertainty. By descriptive analysis, this issue will be studied in fiqh siyasah (islamic political law). In the Indonesian state administration, the attorney general's tenure that is based on the constitutional convention, which was later confirmed by the Constitutional Court decision, is 5 years old. This assertion is intended to eliminate the legal uncertainty over the conditions governing the tenure. The regulations are in line with the general principles and rules of islamic law which are principle mashlah mursalah and tasharruf al-imam 'ala al-ra'iyyah manuthun bi al-maslahah.

Abstract

Several points in the fatwa of DSN-MUI about buying and selling murabaha are still a debatable case among Islamic economists because it is deemed to violate the sistem of buying and selling murabaha contained in the books of Islamic jurisprudence. And there are some things in the Islamic banking operations that do not apply the fatwa of DSN-MUI.

Abstract

This scientific paper is a result of literature research on talfiq in the implementation of the four mazhabs in the turots, especially, presented by scholars of the four mazhab (Shafi'i, Hanafi, Maliki and Hanbali). Talfiq in the implementation of worship is one of the phenomena that often occur in our daily lives, especially in the implementation of worship and muamalah among human beings. The Issues concerning the permissibility of talfiq can occur in dzhaniyah case, not the the obvious and definitive one according to islamic law. it is forbidden as well for some ones doing it by reason tala'ub (playful) and deliberately take the opinion that is light because of solely following their own lusts. So, the conclusion is that as a servant let us always strive to examine and explore the validity of the law in the Shari'ah through texts or sunnah or by asking someone who is an expert in his field of science.

Abstract

This research studies about problems of full-day school implementation in SDIT Al Huda Sangkapura Gresik. The focus of study is how the impact of full day school to the social development of students is. It also discusses about obstacles faced by many teachers and solutions that teachers were doing in helping social development of students. This study assessed qualitatively by a phenomenological approach. The whole is descriptive studies in which researchers describe the research activities carried out at the object clearly and systematically. The Results of this study showed that the implementation of full day school in SDIT Al-Huda in its learning system, in general, is similar to that implemented in the pesantrens. The difference lies in the proportion of the learning system that is quantity of learning between general and religious matter each 50%. Another difference is the students do not live in school dormitory. The problems faced by the students in SDIT Al-Huda when compared with students who attend school regularly is the lack of social interaction with the community. The students have a feeling of inferiority, and lack of social sensitivity. In another side, the problems faced by teachers in helping social development of the students is the lack of parental support in motivating them to participate in school activities, lack of funds owned SDIT Al Huda, and lack of professionalism of teachers in a fun method. The solutions which teachers were doing to solve the social development problems, among other learners accustomed salutation, formed a partnership with parents, study visits to other institutions, familiarize prayers in congregation, held a talent development program and interests, and to visit a sick friend’s home. Hopefully, through this research arose an idea to improve the condition of existing education. The development of students like to be balanced between the academic and social.

Abstract

This study is an examination of the concept of critical education that is reviewed in a paradigmatic framework and see it in the perspective of Islamic education. Based on this, the fundamental issues of the study include the relevance, elaboration, and application in Islamic education. Therefore, this study is then expected to synthesize a more comprehensive educational paradigm and have scientific / theoretical and practical contributions to the development of the concept of Islamic education. Methodologically, this research is a study of qualitative analysis (literature) by maximizing philosophical, normative, pedagogical and interdisciplinary approaches to be developed in looking at how the concept of critical education and its actualization in Islamic education. Education aims to work on the human reality that has consciousness, free will, critical reason, and creativity. Therefore, methodologically critical education must rest on the principles of action and total reflection. That is the principle of acting to turn a static reality into a dynamic state for individual educators (educators and learners) as well as society as a whole. Based on the critical education paradigm, then education is expected to generate critical reasoning, creative ability, freedom in appreciation, and critical awareness of learners. Therefore, the pedagogic pattern that becomes the main patron used in the teaching and learning process in the education system so far has to be replaced by the pattern of andragogical education which is more open to the learner to actively participate, critically and creatively in teaching and learning process. Referring to the concept of Islamic education, basically Islamic education emphasizes humanization and liberation as an education orientation, and puts learners and educators alike as subjects in the learning process. Therefore, the Islamic educational paradigm base all the ideas, goals, and educational process on the foundation of spirituality and a solid faith to God and His Messenger. Or in other words, Islamic education combines aspects of vertical (spirituality) and horizontal (social) as the orientation of education. This is in contrast to the paradigm of critical education which emphasizes only the orientation of its education on material matters, and does not pay much attention to the aspect of spirituality which is the most sublime side in man

Abstract

God, is one of the most important parts of a person's religious life. Godless means human nature as human beings have been violated. For every mankind that God is transcendent unity so belief in God itself occupies a primordial position in the level of one's faith. However, the current conception of the existence of the primordial relationship between humans and God that has been replaced by the new idols that materialism, capitalism, and other isms. Which is then set aside God in concrete reality, this is in line with what is perceived by Karl Marx about God itself. And how he position God in someone's life and someone’s religious life about importance of God in life. So, in the belief of modern humans, religion is only seen as something that only has a purpose for life in the hereafter, but not in this world.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal leadership and the teacher’s Attitude toward job satisfaction in MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung. Leadership is the ability of a school principal in influence and mobilize subordinates in an organization or school institutions in order to achieve school goals. Attitude of teachers to work is a teacher’s tendency to respond his pleasure or displeasure to his job. Teacher’s job satisfaction is a delightful emotional state that is owned by teacher. The data obtained from the School is analyzed using SPSS in phases: Preparation, Test and SPSS Analysis. Through the research can be concluded that there is a relationship between the principal leadership and teacher’s performance with job satisfaction.

Abstract

Various complaints to the learning outcomes of Indonesia language at the National Examination submitted by students who claimed that the Indonesia language test is very difficult and resulted in a relatively low value from year to year than any other subjects at every level of education is an issue that immediately overcame. This paper describes solutions to the various problems in carrying out an assessment of the Indonesian learning through Mueller’s authentic assessment. The implementation of the authentic teaching on the subjects of Indonesian constrained in the number of materials or sub-oriented materials on aspects of skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). To measure these skills, it is believed that the authentic assessment appropriate to be applied. The application of the authentic assessment in the form of performance assessment, portfolios, and observation can not be separated from the element of teacher’s subjectivity. For gaining the goal, this formula was implemented to reduce the subjectivity done by the teacher.
