Abstract

Indonesian Islamic Dakwah Institute abbreviated (on Indonesia language) as LDII is an institution or orgnozation on Indonesia that in engaged in Islamic dakwah activities in the form of social activities as well as formal or non formal education. One of the theaching in this institution is the imam concept. Every muslim, especially members of this institution, is obliged to obey the imam, namely the leader of the LDII itseflt. They use the evidence in al-Qur’an surah al-Isra’ verse 71 and surah al-Nisa’ verse 59, as well as the hadith from Imam Ahmad. The word “imam” in the verse by LDII refers to their leader who is recognized as an imam. From the result of a critical analysis of LDII’s interpetation and understanding of the obove verses that none of the scholars interpretations interpret as understood by LDII. Therefore, the result of the LDII interpretation of the verses corcerning of the imam are wrong and heretical.

Abstract

Various reflective thoughts on matters relating to the foundation of science and the relationship of a science to all aspects of human life are referred to as the philosophy of science. Science itself has certain parts where in science there are objects, statements, propositions, and characteristics where the four aspects are actually highlighted by the three foundations of philosophical thinking about ontology, epistemology, and axiology. In this article, the author uses the literature study method or conducts a study of various books and other scientific works related to the topic raised. The purpose of this paper is to describe science in terms of philosophy: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that ontologically basically talks about the nature of "that which exists". Science is viewed ontologically trying to prove and examine that a science can really be proven to exist. Epistemology talks about the basis of knowledge, sources, characteristics, the truth of knowledge, and how to get knowledge. Science is highlighted through epistemology, the discussion is focused on how the sources used by scientists in developing science and what the methods are. Axiology basically talks about the relationship between science and values. Because it is related to values, axiology relates whether or not it is appropriate for a science to be developed.

Abstract

Abstract: The da’wah manager in his work is always in contact with colleagues, superiors, subordinates, mad’uw, and even stakeholders. Often da’wah managers meet problems caused by the behavior of human resources. One of the things that influence behavior is personality. Bad personality will produce bad behavior and vice versa. Personality is patterned human behavior, tends to be consistent, and settled. Personality will reflect the uniqueness and characteristics of human behavior. With a personality theory approach, da’wah managers can analyze the cause of a person’s problematic behavior based on his personality. By analyzing the behavior of human resource based on their personality, da’wah managers will find easier to carry out the selection process. This paper provides an overview of personality theory, the influence of personality on behavior, personality analysis methods and case studies as examples of the application of personality influence analysis in the human resource process. The result of the analysis can be used as a reference for da’wah managers to pay attention to personality in the human resource selection process in da’wah management. Abstrak: Manajer dakwah dalam pekerjaannya senantiasa berhubungan dengan rekan, atasan, bawahan, mad’uw bahkan stakeholder. Seringkali manajer dakwah menghadapi masalah yang disebabkan oleh perilaku dari SDM. Salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi perilaku adalah kepribadian. Kepribadian yang buruk akan menghasilkan perilaku yang buruk dan sebaliknya. Kepribadian adalah perilaku manusia yang terpola, cenderung konsisten, dan menetap. Kepribadian akan mencerminkan keunikan dan ciri khas perilaku manusia. Dengan pendekatan teori kepribadian, manajer dakwah dapat melakukan analisis terhadap sebab seseorang memunculkan perilaku yang bermasalah berdasarkan kepribadiannya. Dengan menganalisis perilaku dari SDM berdasarkan kepribadiannya, maka manajer dakwah akan lebih mudah saat melakukan proses seleksi terhadap SDM. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan jenis studi kasus. Tulisan ini memberikan gambaran tentang teori kepribadian, pengaruh kepribadian terhadap perilaku, metode analisis kepribadian serta studi kasus sebagai contoh penerapan analisis pengaruh kepribadian dalam proses seleksi SDM. Hasil analisis dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi bagi manajer dakwah agar memperhatikan kepribadian dalam proses seleksi SDM dalam manajemen dakwah. Kata kunci: manajemen dakwah, manajer dakwah, seleksi SDM, kepribadian.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country known as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. However, the number of Indonesian people who already know and understand about waqf is still very small. Waqf problems in ex. Tamarunang, Kec. Somba Opu, Kab. Gowa is still only limited to the potential of waqf and has not fully shown its benefits. Problems arising from several waqf practices in the community are not only around the implementation of the waqf, but also in terms of the management and development of the waqf land. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of waqf land management. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out through observation and interviews, by taking a random sample (purposive sampling). The results of this study are from the total waqf land, it can be concluded that there are 128 waqf assets with an area (ha) of 6.71, 1 of which have been certified, while those who have not been certified are 127 with an area (ha) of 6.68.

Abstract

To determine the performance and condition of Zakat Management Organizations (OPZ) in Indonesia, the government formulated the National Zakat Index (IZN). IZN is a measuring tool created to evaluate the development of zakat at the national and regional levels. This is what encourages researchers to research the performance of OPZ in Kediri City and the contribution of ZIS in building the economy and community welfare. The puRp. ose of this study is to determine the performance of OPZ from the dimensions of macro, micro, and the value of their performance. While the type of research used is descriptive quantitative research using interviews, documentation, and questionnaires as data collection methods. Interviews and documentation were conducted to collect data regarding; 1) OPZ performance value based on IZN, 2) OPZ performance value based on macro dimension, 3) OPZ performance value based on micro dimension. Meanwhile, the questionnaire was conducted to collect data regarding; 1) OPZ performance value based on IZN and 2) OPZ performance value based on micro dimension. This study concludes that the performance of OPZ in Kediri City in 2017 is quite good with an index value of 0.58, wherefrom the macro dimension the support from the city government and the community is not good, but from the micro dimensions of the institution's performance and the impact of zakat on mustahik conditions, it has an influence which is quite good. So, there is a need for support from the government so that the existence of OPZ can encourage the creation of better performance and the public is expected to be more aware of zakat so that the distribution of ZIS funds can be carried out properly so that mustahik can feel the benefits.

Abstract

in the development of the Nurut Taqwa Islamic boarding school, Nyai also has a special role in the economic development of the Nurut Taqwa Islamic boarding school. This research method is qualitative. The results of the study (1) Nyai in Islamic boarding schools have a dual role, namely the domestic role and the public role. Nyai's role as a manajer at the Kopontren Nurut Taqwa plays a role in planning, coordinating, and evaluating everything related to the Kopontren. (2) The strategy carried out instills a sense of trust and honesty so that the Kopontren management does not feel pressured. (3) the problems that occur in the kopontren are the lack of capital, many students are in debt, and the management's lack of knowledge about cooperatives.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers, teachers are entitled to earn income above the minimum living needs. To that end, the government issued a certification program to provide professional allowances for teachers. The professional allowance for teachers is the government's appreciation for teachers. The provision of this allowance is expected to increase teacher competence. This study aims to explain the competence of teachers who receive professional allowances and their effectiveness. The object of this research is located at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hasan Jufri. The research method in this research is analytical descriptive with purposive information determination technique. Data obtained from in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings obtained in this study are as follows: First, that teachers who receive professional allowances at MTs Hasan Jufri, they always try to improve their competence. Second, that teachers who receive professional allowances at MTs Hasan Jufri must understand existing professional standards, achieve the required qualifications and competencies. The conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) There is an increase in the competence of recipients of professional allowances at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hasan Jufri. (2). The professional allowance for teachers in an effort to improve teacher competence at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hasan Jufri seems to be running well and effectively. Departing from the results of the research above, the authors can provide suggestions as follows: First, teachers who improve continue to maintain and continue to improve the improvements that occur in themselves as compensation for what they receive. Second, the principal remains active in uniting and realizing the learning process. Third, it is important to organize teacher development to continuously improve teacher performance and competence. Abstract

This research is based on the editorial of article 31 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) regarding the possibility of a suspension of detention for a suspect or defendant on bail. The phrase "guaranteed people" suggests the meaning of "self-guarantee" which can be understood that if it turns out that the suspect or defendant escapes, the guarantor will replace the suspect or defendant in the legal process. Articles 35 and 36 of PP No. 27 of 1983 concerning the Implementation of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) makes it clear to this editorial that what is meant by "person guarantees" is ultimately money guarantees as well, but those that come from guarantors, not from suspects or defendants as well as suspension of detention with money guarantees. From here the author wants to study further this provision from the perspective of Islamic law by tracing the literature of Islamic law relating to the guarantee of suspension of detention. The questions that are then asked are: First, what is the mechanism for guaranteeing the suspension of detention with personal guarantees according to the Criminal Procedure Code? Second, what is the perspective of Islamic law on people's guarantees in suspension of detention? Third, what are the similarities and differences between these two legal concepts? This study uses a normative legal research method (juridical normative) with a comparative approach where this approach is carried out to compare two legal issues that have similarities in two different legal systems: positive law and Islamic law. from this study it was concluded that the concept of guarantees of persons in suspension of detention has equivalents in Islamic law. Both are based on the provisions of material law, namely civil in terms of positive law and muamalah in terms of Islamic law. The two aspects of these two legal systems basically have the same goal, namely to enforce material law where law enforcement officers must ensure the implementation of procedural law procedures properly as a form of upholding justice and legal certainty.
