Abstract

Program MBKM dipercaya mampu mengasah keterampilan mahasiswa. Program yang dirancang Kemendikbudristek ini merupakan sarana untuk menciptakan lulusan yang siap menghadapi dunia pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa FUAD Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palangka Raya terhadap pelaksanaan program MBKM tahun 2022. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskrptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner daring (google form) yang dibagikan kepada 25 mahasiswa FUAD yang telah melakukan program magang MBKM. Kuesioner ini diadopsi dari kuesioner yang dibuat oleh Kemendikbudristek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program MBKM yang dilaksanakan oleh FUAD tahun 2022 mendapatkan respon yang positif dari mahasiswa yang telah melakukan program magang MBKM.

Abstract

Elderly is a period in the final stage in a person's life. Life in old age or the elderly is vulnerable to changes in psychological conditions. However, in this current study, the researchers focused more on the psychological state of elderly women in terms of the types of "senility and depression" experienced by elderly women at the Joyah Uken Jumpo Home, Bebesen District, Central Aceh District. the purpose of this research is to find out how the psychological condition of elderly women in nursing homes. This study used an equal method, relying on interviews and direct observation by researchers at the Joyah Uken Jumpo Orphanage. and the subject of this research is the researcher himself, and the research object is the elderly women who are in the "joyah uken" jumpo home. The results showed that the psychological condition of elderly women in the joyah uken jumpo home was quite good, but there were several elderly women who experienced psychological disorders in elderly women in joyah, while the solutions and services provided by the puskesmas were therapy, posbindu, gymnastics for the elderly a month twice at the Joyah Uken Jumpo Home, Bebesen District, Central Aceh District

Abstract

This study is motivated by the assumption that the personal qualities of counselors are essential to be studied because the effectiveness of counseling services is also influenced by the subjective views of clients towards counselors as professionals who are asked to help them. In addition, there are different views on the personal profile of an effective counselor from the side of service users, which include principals, subject teachers, administrative staff, students, and parents, as well as the guidance and counseling professional community regarding how the counselor's figure is considered effective to provide counseling services to them. This study aims to determine the views and expectations of service users and professional colleagues regarding the personal profile of effective counselors. The method used was descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that effective counselors must display good personal identity through integrity, emotional stability, and psychological maturity in providing guidance and counseling services. This has implications for the performance of counselors in serving clients who must demonstrate self-management and integrity to gain more trust in the community.

Abstract

Academic resilience is the ability of students to manage negative experiences that suppress the student's learning process by maximizing their potential to become resilient students and have good academic performance with all obstacles and social problems. The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of academic resilience of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo students during the Limited Face-to-Face Learning Period (PTM-T). This article measures the resilience level of students with the dimensions of resilience. The research instrument was adapted from the Indonesian Version of the Adaptation Factor Analysis of Academic Resilience Instruments: Exploratory and Confirmatory Approaches using quantitative methods. The sample used was 304 students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that the average level of resilience of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo students was 103.31 which could be interpreted in the high category. A total of 15 students with a percentage of 4.9% in the medium category and as many as 289 students with a percentage of 95.1% in the high category. This shows that with Limited Face-to-face Learning, students are still able to rise from academic difficulties that can hinder their learning process first during the current Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTM-T) period. Based on gender, there was no significant difference in academic resilience because the significant value was 0,616 > 0,05. This shows that with Limited Face-to-Face Learning, students are still able to rise from academic difficulties that can hinder their learning process, especially during the current Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTM-T) period and there is no difference in academic resilience between boys and girls.

Abstract

Interest in entrepreneurship is an important thing that students must have in developing new entrepreneurs during this Pandemic. It is known that this pandemic period has had a significant impact on economic activity so that several sectors must be affected and reduce the opportunity to open job vacancies. Vocational students who usually rely on job vacancies should be encouraged to be interested in entrepreneurship. To increase interest in entrepreneurship, group counseling activities are needed that can help students identify, initiate, and be sure of the decisions that have been taken to become entrepreneurship. The KIPAS (Intensive, Progressive, Adaptive, Structured Counseling) counseling model is an alternative group counseling model that can provide discussion partners, innovations, and support for students who want to start a new business. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the KIPAS model group counseling in increasing the interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students. The study was designed with a single subject design involving ten students as group members. The instrument used is a student's entrepreneurship interest scale which consists of 24 items with six leading indicators that have been empirically validated. Furthermore, the study results were tested using the Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that the KIPAS model group counseling effectively increases the entrepreneurial interest of SMK students. The problem of limiting activities experienced by the COVID-19 Pandemic can later be overcome with group counseling that is designed in a blended manner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the self-management of final students at STAI Attanwir who are married in completing their final assignment. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative research method. The population in this study were STAI Attanwir students who were married as many as 27 students and with the simple random sampling technique, 15 students were determined as the primary data source. While secondary data sources were obtained from 4 students, journals and documentation. This researcher uses structured interview methods, non-participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman. While the validity of the data in this study uses triangulation. The research results obtained show that there are four factors that influence the self-management of STAI Attanwir students who are married in completing their final assignment, namely healthy factors, skills, action and identity. The most influential factor in self-management in completing the final assignment is identity, where by knowing their role as a student, students will complete their final assignment by dividing the roles they play daily. While there are four aspects that influence the self-management of STAI Attanwir students who are married in completing their final assignment, namely self motivation, self organization, self control, and self development. The aspect that most influences is self-development. Where students realize that self-development can support the career that they are currently or will have after graduating from college, in addition to the usefulness of the knowledge they gain in lectures for their role as wives and mothers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate media with career assistance for class XII students at MAN 2 Bantul, D.I. Yogyakarta by using a qualitative descriptive approach. Media evaluation helps this career using the Context, Input Process and Product evaluation model or what is often called the CIPP Evaluation Model. The basis for selecting this evaluation is because it covers more as a whole than other evaluation models. As the name implies, the aspects in this evaluation are Context, Process Input and Product. Context evaluation which is intended to examine the background of media production, Evaluation of input or input reviews regarding materials and supporting resources both facilities and infrastructure, Process Evaluation is evaluating users and also product evaluation, namely studying media results, helping careers developed. The focus of research on evaluating media assistance in career selection for class XII students at MAN 2 Bantul is based on a website. The hope of evaluating the development of this media is that the media will have better product quality and be more useful.

Abstract

Teenagers as social beings, have a great need to interact or socialize with other people. Social relations with other people are formed through the process of communication. Social adjustment as a process of self-adjustment takes place continuously, where in one's life one will be faced with two realities, namely self and the surrounding environment. Almost throughout a person's life always need other people to be able to interact with each other. This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and social adjustment in XII students at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga. This type of research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The population in this study were 117 students of SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga, who were taken using the cluster technique.correlation analysis Pearson with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be stated that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication and social adjustment of class XII students at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out about group counseling the reality approach in overcoming the low interest in learning at learners. The purpose of this discussion is to see the effectiveness of counseling reality approach group to increase participants' interest in learning students. The type of research that researchers use is the type of research quantitative Pre experimental design one-group pre-test and post-test where an experimental group measured the dependent variable then given treatment and re-measured. Population in In this study, there were 93 students in class VIII. Deep sample In this study, 8 people were taken using a random technique sampling, namely taking samples randomly selected based on the results of the pre-test of interest questionnaires that have low learning interest. Instrument The method used is a questionnaire of students' learning interest. From research what researchers did obtained the results of interest in learning group students experiment when pre-test with a total score of 811 with an average score 101 is in the low category. After being given the posttest value treatment for the experimental group with a total score of 1245 and an average score 156, this value has increased and is in the high category. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the group counseling approach effective reality to increase interest in learning in students.

Abstract

Contribution to the academic level of students is influenced not only by intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence contribute to it. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the learning achievement of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Bringin. This study used a quantitative approach using a comparative causal method. The sample in this study were 72 class VIII students who were determined using a systematic random. Data collection techniques are by using questionnaires and special documentation studies on learning achievement variables. Based on data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained on the partial test that emotional intelligence has no significant effect on student achievement, further from the partial test results the results of the study state that there is a significant influence between Spiritual Intelligence and learning achievement. In the simultaneous processing of data processing it can be stated that there is a significant influence of Spiritual Intelligence and emotional intelligence on student achievement at SMP Negeri 2 Bringin. Data processing regarding the magnitude of the effect can be stated that Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a contribution to student achievement of 10.5%, while the remaining 89.5% is influenced by other variables not examined.
