Research results showing that basically  in method religious counseling in the community carried out by walking religious instructors Enough ok. As for the results implementation is Enough it worked,  This proven with the more height awareness public Fishermen who think that Drugs no road go out for people who are frustrated and do not know the direction in his life. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the guidance and counseling program to improve mindful self-care in the welfare of students in senior high schools.The method used is quantitative research by analyzing and comparing the scale of self-care and adaptation of students with self-care awareness by using instruments to find out about this, as well as the library research method, namely analyzing previous research by proving that the development of counseling guidance programs is to increase mindfulness self-care in high school students is known by the results obtained by measuring using diagrams and table scales. The design used in this study was a survey research design, high school level student population, a sample of 32 people, questionnaire data collection instruments and a multilevel scale, descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of research from the field can be said that the positive behavior of students greatly influences their physical and spiritual health. For the entire population, the mean frequency is 3.44. A summary of the total average for each subscale is displayed graphically, namely to understand the extent to which participants are involved in activities and see which activities they like. Students vary in their feelings about the effectiveness of their personal self-care practices, and they actively seek ways to enhance these skills. Students also want to improve their self-care practices because they feel self-care plays an important role in OT. To help students achieve these goals, PL programs can support students' knowledge and self-care practices in a number of ways. Supporting students in developing health-promoting self-care practices can enhance their well-being and enhance their professional practice, ultimately improving the lives of the clients they serve.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a guidance and counseling program to improve the academic intelligence of class X MAN Purwakarta students. This is based on initial findings on the results of a need assessment using the grit scale instrument which shows that the academic grit aspect is still low, where students who have low academic grit tend to disrupt the development of learning in class. Methods This study used a quasi-experimental research design approach with one group pretest - posttest supplemented by descriptive analysis. The research subjects were students of class X Man Purwakarta. Data collection was carried out using pretest and posttest, observation, and student worksheets. The data collection technique used is simple random sampling using the grit instrument. Based on the Quasi Experiment One Group Pretest – Posttest research, the initial pretest results found a score of 47.5, a change from the pre-test score to the post-test score, where for the experimental class the average increased by 32.2 while for the control class it increased by 79.629. This shows that there are differences in treatment between the experimental class and the control class. This proved to be effective because it showed that most of the students had tough characteristics such as those aimed at students with high grit so that they could be said to have achieved as much as possible.

Abstract

Maladaptive behavior in education is still common. Academic procactination is one of the maladaptive behaviors that is often found among students and university students. Academic procrastination is the behavior of procrastinating in doing academic tasks. This behavior is a behavior that must be overcome so that the procrastinator can achieve his developmental task optimally. As many as 80% of BK students class of 2021 Universitas Islam Jember are still experiencing academic procastination. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of reality group counseling in reducing the academic procastination rate of BK students class of 2021. This research is a type of quantitative research with an experimental method using a one group pre-test pos-test design. The sample used in the study was 5 BK students class of 2021 with the criteria of having a high level of academic procastination based on the results of filling out the questionnaire. The collection method used is using a Likert scale and then the data is analyzed using the SPSS application version 28.00 with the paired Samples Test formula. The results showed that reality group counseling was effective in reducing the level of academic procastination of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the buzz group technique and group exercises technique to increase self-efficacy in making career decisions for students of MAN 1 Kota Serang. The experimental design method used in this study was the "Randomized Pretest-Postest Comparison Group Design" experimental design. The subjects of this study were 30 students who had a low self-efficacy category of career decision making selected from 300 students. Purposive was done to place 10 students into three experimental groups. This study used a data collection tool on the career decision self-efficacy–tarumanegara scale. The data analysis uses Kruskal Wallis. The results of this study indicate that the buzz group technique and group exercises technique are effective in increasing students' self-efficacy in making career decisions. This is based on the effect shown by each technique from the results before and after treatment. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the two techniques are effective in increasing the self-efficacy of student career decision making. Suggestions are given to school counselors to be able to carry out group buzz group techniques and group exercises techniques to increase students' self-efficacy in making career decisions. In addition, it is hoped that this research can be developed with new characteristics and findings.

Abstract

The Relationship between Grit and Academic Resilience Class X AB at SMK Negeri 2 Jember Academic Year 2021/2022. This research is about the relationship between grit and academic resilience of class X AB at SMK Negeri 2 Jember with 32 students out of 32 students who were taken as a whole using a saturated sample. The method used in this study is the questionnaire method. Data analysis using the correlation coefficient formula by looking for the r product moment. Based on the research results, it can be explained that the product moment correlation analysis obtained an rcount of 0.704. As for the rtable calculation, it shows a correlation value of 0.704 with a total of 32 N. It can be seen that the rcount and rtable values are at a strong degree. Namely, both show a correlation value of 0.704. This means that these two variables are correlated which shows the degree of strong relationship with a positive form of correlation. Thus the conclusion is obtained: There is a relationship between grit and academic resilience of class X AB at SMK Negeri 2 Jember for the 2021/2022 academic year and the results of this correlation are strong. In this thesis also provides suggestions for the perfection of further research and closing is the end of the research report of this thesis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the existence of counselors as caliphs based on the perspective of maudhu'iy interpretation. The existence of counselors as a profession is considered to have a duty that must be carried out in Islamic da'wah. The task in question is as a caliph on earth. The study of these verses uses the maudhu'iy interpretation method or thematic interpretation. Tafsir maudhu'iy is an interpretation that collects and examines verses on similar themes or issues. In this study focused on the topic of the verses of the AlQuran relating to the caliph and its relation to the existence of counselors. This research is a library research which aims to collect bibliographical data to solve a critical and in-depth study of relevant library materials. Data collection techniques use documentation methods, such as: books, e-books, journal articles, etc. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, namely by selecting, comparing, combining, sorting out various meanings, until relevant data is found. The conclusion is that counselors must equip themselves with knowledge and reflect the personality of the Islamic counselor. In addition to the provision of knowledge, the counselor as caliph is also characterized by faith and charity, making decisions with the truth and not following desires, and inviting to amar ma’ruf nahi munkar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the role of guidance and counseling teachers in planning students' careers through group guidance using the dream tree as a medium. This type of research is qualitative descriptive in the form of words and actions of individuals who are used as informants in this research. The informants for this research were three guidance and counseling teachers, while the research instruments were the researchers themselves using interview and observation techniques. After the data is obtained, data analysis is carried out without stopping until the data is saturated. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are the three stages of the data analysis process. Triangulation techniques are used to verify the validity of the data, which includes: source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The research results show that the efforts made by guidance and counseling teachers go through several stages, namely: planning, implementation, evaluation of results, and follow-up. Furthermore, guidance and counseling teachers also experience implementation problems, including: the limited time given for guidance in class, namely only one lesson hour (or forty minutes). This also occurs when there are no subject teachers in the class. So that students feel that the time is too short and the activity material has not reached the goal in accordance with the service implementation plan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the relationship between organizational justice and job demand on employee well-being of medical laboratory experts (ATLM). The subjects in this research were 100 medical laboratory experts (ATLM) with the criteria of having worked for at least 1 year, having an active Registration Certificate (STR), a minimum of 1 year of service and being male or female. The research results show the major hypothesis, namely that there is a significant relationship between organizational justice and job demand on employee well-being with a correlation value of Ry(1,2) of 0.636, calculated F of 25,052 P=0.000 (p < 0.05). Meanwhile, the first minor hypothesis is that there is a significant positive relationship between organizational justice and employee well-being with a correlation value of r1y = 0.481 p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). That is, the higher the organizational justice, the higher the level of employee well being. Furthermore, for the second minor hypothesis, there is a significant negative relationship between job demand and employee well-being with a correlation value r1y = 0.481 p = 0.00 (p < 0.05). Abstract

Evaluasi program bimbingan adalah usaha menilai efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan bimbingan itu sendiri, khususnya seluruh kegiatan dalam rangka program bimbingan yang dikelola oleh staf bimbingan (Winkel & Hastuti, 2005). Evaluasi pelaksanaan bimbingan merupakan kegiatan menilai keberhasilan layanan dalam bidang bimbingan pribadi, sosial, belajar dan karir (Thantawy, 1995). Untuk menilai suatu keberhasilan maka diperlukan evaluasi program. Menurut Myrick (Badrujaman, 2011) bahwa lima alasan yang menjadi faktor penghambat guru pembimbing tidak melakukan evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling tidak melakukan evaluasi meliputi: (1) Guru bimbingan dan konseling tidak memiliki cukup waktu melakukan evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling. (2) Guru bimbingan dan konseling kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan evaluasi program  bimbingan dan konseling. (3) Adanya ketakutan guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap akuntabilitas. (4) Guru bimbingan dan konseling tidak merasa bermasalah kalau tidak melaksanakan evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling. (5) Guru bimbingan dan konseling berpersepsi bahwa hasil evaluasi program sulit diukur.
