Abstract

Developments in the world of IT is increasingly rapidly, is one of the triggers of the social development of the community in the form of a mindset that is logical and structured for fact and de jure. In the world of academia person must choose on the basis of ability, background and not loose all of the facts and de jure in determining decisions of the various forms of options considering the benefits in the present and future. If you do not select a result equally bad for the future of education a person who has participated in the academics to high level. Various assumptions verbally represented in the form of numerical order of facts and data can be calculated scientifically and unacceptable logic anyone. For it decision support System in selecting an option we can use the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) assisted with the super decisions software.

Abstract

In troubleshooting Computer Systems the two most common causes of delay are Trial and Error and having Incomplete Information.  The problems in Computer Systems will be fixed faster if the Possible Cause of the Problem is already known. A solution to this is to use an Expert System. This system can reproduce the ability of an expert to diagnose by giving an accurate recommendation on the possible cause of the problem for effective troubleshooting. To know the Possible Cause of a problem there must be a complete set of information. These data will be the one to be inputted in the Expert System to give an accurate recommendation. A problem is that in reality a complete set of data will not always be obtained. There will be instances when the information gathered will be incomplete.

Abstract

The author has conducted research in Padang Commission with the aim of knowing the addition of the current system to make it more optiomal future. In this study the authors use the method of Field Research is to conduct research directly into the field, in this case the authors plunge into Citizens and Agencies KPU Alone. From the results of the data collected, then the author uses Research laboratory methods that process the results of the research data in a computer laboratory. made the development of the information generated from the old system and there is the workings of the system itself by utilizing the computer as a means of replacing the tools and software used in data processing. This design is expected sistemyang authors can replace the old system, in order to achieve the level of effectiveness and efficiency higher. so that the design can be useful for the Commission Padang to obtain accurate results.

Abstract

Data owned by an institution is one of the assets of the institution. Their daily trade transactions will further multiply the number of transaction data. The amount of transaction data so large it could be a problem if traders cannot use it wisely. In this study, researchers will utilize a priori algorithm to group data based on the purchase of goods tendency to appear together in a purchase of goods. The method I use in this case is a priori algorithm. Meanwhile, to conduct tests on the a priori algorithm analysis, the authors use data mining software Orange. The end result of this research is the description of consumer behavior towards the purchase of goods, so that could be a reference to the placement of goods in accordance with their preferences purchased by consumers. In this study the authors simply using a priori algorithm, the authors further expected to be able to combine a couple of similar algorithms, in order to produce more accurate information.

Abstract

Information Systems Budget Plan (RAB) is created using information from a number of data ie data processing tender documents or data relating to the auction that will be followed. Budget Plan Information system can be applied in the problem of preparing the Budget Plan, that facilitate in making the tender documents. All the required data will be grouped and stored in a database so as  to minimize errors in the calculation process of making budget plan fee. Currently manufacture Budget plan is not going well, part of the operator PT. Cipta Aparta have difficulty in classifying the data and the frequent occurrence of errors during the process of arithmetic. therefore the use of information technology and communications bring the idea to create a Information System Budget Plan (RAB) Development of Distributed Networks (Medium, Low, and Substation) at  PT. Cipta Aparta with C # and MySQL.

Abstract

AUTO2000 is a network of sales services, maintenance, repair and supply of spare parts Toyota that was established in 1975 under the name Astra Motor Sales, in 1989 changed its name to AUTO2000 with management that has been handled entirely by PT. Astra International Tbk. Services provided by AUTO2000 one of which is a service of Toyota Home Service, a service provided by the service vehicle Auto 2000 where customers can service their vehicles without having to come to the dealership Auto 2000. At this service the customer usually make bookings in advance by registering perform via telephone, and come directly to the dealer AUTO2000. To create the service quality vehicle service, in to customer needs and satisfaction. By utilizing the development of technologi it is necessary to design an android based mobile application that is able to provide services more effectively and efficiently to customers in registering and booking services Toyota Home Service at AUTO2000.

Abstract

Sinarmas currently has several insurance services featured. To perform its function as a good insurance company is need for reform in terms of services in the process of calculating insurance premiums of insurance carried by marketing to use a calculator which interferes with the activities of marketing activities, slow printing insurance policies, automobile claims process that requires the customer to come to the office ASM, slow printing of Work Order (SPK) and the difficulty recap customer reports. Therefore we need a Design and Development of Information Systems and Process Simulation Premium Calculation new claims-based Web using PHP and MySql centrally at PT. Sinarmas Insurance. So as to provide convenience for customers to know the amount of insurance premiums quickly without having to contact marketing, data management, printing of policies fast, the process claim that does not require the customer to come to the office of ASM and reporting of customer data, customer data management and reporting as well as ensuring the flexibility of information produced.

Abstract

Performance of lecturer need to be measured and evaluated so that known weaknesses that occur in the execution of task and can see the description of the result that will be achieved in the future. Performance is rated based on lecturer tridharma college, if performance assessment of lecturers is done manually, this will be difficult and take a long time. Therefore it takes expert system that aims to determine the performance assessment of lecturers. Performance of lecturers will be judged on criteria tridharma college.

Abstract

Operating system is a compulsory subject students STMIK Indonesia Padang. This course describes computers operating system for control and management of hardware and computer software. Computer operating system is located on the first layer of hard disk drive. When computer is turned on, software first work is operating system and other new applications are processed. The results of observations on STMIK Indonesia Padang, 30% of students have not been able to understand the subject of Operating System. Instructional media should be formulated so that material is easy to understand. The computer as a learning tool Operating System can be made interactive learning media applications. Many interactive CD Operating System in circulation, only contains general material and do not develop subject of discussion. Research objective of designing learning media Operating System using Macromedia Flash, which can be used as ingredients in learning process for students. The subjects were students STMIK Indonesia Padang subjects Operating Systems.

This research is conducted to analyze the medical records patient where these data areprocessed using UML it aims to getting a proper diagnose of patients drugs use in accordance with his disease .In this study author uses the method of observation and interviews to obtion data that writers need. Data that has been applied writer get backed into a website with php programming language .So with this website  servies patients who where at the  POSKESKEL to see her medical record online , with the sense of patients had suffered the same can use drugs have been is in medical record patients.
