Abstract

The purpose of the research is to produce media-based math learning macromedia flash on the subject of the cylinder in the junior class IX valid, practical and efective for her then experimented to see the potential effects of media-based learning macromedia flash cylinder subject to students understanding of concepts. The method used is the development of research that consists of three phases: define, design and develop. The material validation result 74,64 was in good. The media was tried out at SMPN 44 Sijunjung. The students’ response in small and large-scale try out result 87,56 were in very good category (very practical). Obtained from testing the potential effects of instructional media using macromedia flash to the understanding of the concept of students is 78 in both categories. It can be concluded that the macromedia flash media-based learning subject that researchers develop effective cilinder used in the learning of mathematics.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKarakterisasi pertukaran ion Pb2+ dengan Ion Ca2+ dalam larutan menggunakan proses biosorbsi dengan biomassa alga hijau cladofora fracta  telah diteliti.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui selektifitas pertukaran pertukaran ion Pb2+  dengan ion Ca2+ dan sebaliknya, Pengaruh pH eluen terhadap desorpsi  ion Pb2+  dan adsorpsi Ion Ca2+, Karakterisasi desorpsi  Ion Ca2+ dan  Ion Pb2+ dengan larutan HNO3 0,1 M dan H2O akan diamati pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh memperlihatkan bahwa proses pertukaran ion Ca2+ dengan ion Pb2+ lebih mudah terjadi dibandingkan pertukaran ion Pb2+ dengan Ca2+. Desorpsi  ion Pb2+ relatif rendah saat pH eluen sama dengan pH optimum biosorpsi  ion  Pb2+ (pH 4,0). Pada pH 5,0 kemungkinan terjadi endapan  timbal (II) hidroksida ( Pb(OH)2 ).  Penyerapan  ion Ca2+, yang terdapat  dalam eluen, lebih besar terjadi pada pH yang lebih tinggi (pH 5,0). Desorpsi ion Pb2+ dengan larutan HNO3 0,1M dan H2O memperlihatkan hasil yang berbeda (masing-masing  28,10% dan 15,56%), sedangkan desorpsi ion Ca2+ dengan  larutan HNO3 0,1M dan H2O tidak memperlihatkan berbeda yang signifikan (masing-masing 37,91% dan 34,75%), sehingga larutan HNO3 0,1M sebagai eluen pendesorpsi ion Pb2+ dari biosorben lebih efektif dibandingkan eluen H2O.  ABSTRACTCharacterization of  Pb 2+ ion exchange with Ca2 + ions using the process biosorbtion with green algae biomass Cladofora fracta been investigated. This study aims to determine the selectivity of the exchange ion exchange Pb 2+ ions with Ca2 + and vice versa, Effect of pH eluent to desorption of ions Pb 2+ and adsorption of ions Ca2 +, Characterization desorption of ions Ca2 + and Ion Pb 2+ with a solution of HNO3 0.1 M and H2O will be observed in this study. The results obtained showed that the Ca2 + ion exchange process with Pb 2+ ions more readily than Pb 2+ ion exchange with Ca2 +. Desorption of Pb 2+ ion is relatively low at the same eluent pH with a pH optimum biosorption Pb 2+ ions (pH 4.0). At pH 5.0 the possibility of deposition of lead (II) hydroxide (Pb (OH) 2). Ca2 + absorption, contained in the eluent, greater in the higher pH (pH 5.0). Desorption of Pb 2+ ions with a solution of 0.1 M HNO3 and H2O showed different results (respectively 28.10% and 15.56%), while the desorption of Ca2 + ions with a solution of 0.1 M HNO3 and H2O showed no significant different (each respectively 37.91% and 34.75%), so that a solution of 0.1 M HNO3 as eluent pendesorpsi Pb 2+ ions from biosorbent more effective than eluent H2O. Kata kunci: Alga Hijau Cladophora fracta; Biosorpsi; Kalsium (Ca); Timbal (Pb).

Abstract

The decision is something that is very influential in the process of facing the alternative chosen, various constraints in selecting the concentration of study programs that fit the criteria is quite confusing. The purpose of this study to determine the concentration of courses that will be taken by students with the technique of Data Mining using Apriori Algorithm. The system requires training data on whether the student fits the Prodi X. A match prediction can be obtained based on the comparison with other students who have similar student demographics data with A. By using Apriori algorithm is obtained in the form of rules is a collection of frequent itemset with high confidence value.Keputusan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat berpengaruh dalam proses menghadapi alternatif yang dipilih, Berbagai kendala dalam memilih konsentrasi prodi yang sesuai dengan kriteria memang cukup membingungkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menetukan konsentrasi program studi yang akan diambil oleh mahasiswa dengan teknik Data Mining menggunakan metode Algoritma Apriori. Sistem membutuhkan data latih agar dapat membandingkan apakah mahasiswa A cocok dengan prodi X. Prediksi kecocokan dapat diperoleh berdasarkan hasil perbandingan dengan mahasiswa lain yang memiliki kemiripan data demografi dengan mahasiswa A. Dengan menggunakan Algoritma  Apriori didapatkan hasil berupa aturan yang merupakan kumpulan frequent itemset dengan nilai confidence yang tinggi

Abstract

Abdominal muscle contractions that occur continuously due to the release of menstrual blood causes the pain of dysmenorrhea. The prevalence of dysmenorrhea is very high, about 50% of young women. In Indonesia the incidence of dysmenorrhea is composed of 54.89% and 9.36% of primary dysmenorrhoea secondary dysmenorrhoea. Many teens who do not attend school because of dysmenorrhoea. Giving a warm compress will dilate blood vessels thereby increasing local blood flow resulting in relaxation then can reduce pain. This type of research pre-eksprerimen one goup pre-post test. The data collection was conducted in April – Mei 2015. The population in this study SMK Simpang Haru Banking Padang experiencing dysmenorrhoea. The sample of 16 respondents pengambilan by purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using paired t-test. The results showed that the average pain respondent before being given a warm compress is 5.60 with a standard deviation of 1,549, the average pain responder after being given a warm compress is 2.62 with a standard deviation of 1,204, there is a significant difference before and after a warm compress with p = 0.000 where p <0.05. Warm compresses can reduce pain dysmenorrhoea at SMK Simpang Haru Banking Padang. It is therefore recommended to health care compress

Abstract

Gout is a disease because of abnormalities purine metabolism (hyperuricemia). In gout treatment there are many different ways to lower uric acid levels one by utilizing existing natural vegetation. Plants or plants that can be used is the bay leaf (Syzygium polyanthum). Bay leaf contains flavonoids that can lower uric acid levels. This study intends to find out The Effect Of Water Decoction Bay Leaf (Syzygium polyanthum) The Decrease Uric Acid Levels In The Work Area Health Center Paninggahan Solok 2013.This research is the method of approach Preeksperimental pretest - posttest, using total sampling method with a sample size of 10 people. The data was collected directly to the respondents by interview, observation and measurement sheet uric acid levels and blood sugar.The research found that there are differences in uric acid levels before and after giving the water decoction bay leaf. Based on the result test T there are differences in uric acid levels before and after giving the water decoction of bay leaf. Where the average uric acid levels before was 7.16 mg / dl, and after the uric acid level was 5.76 mg / dl. Then obtained p value = 0.000. Based on the results of this study concluded that consuming the water decoction of bay leaf can lower uric acid levels, because leaves contains flavanoid . For that gout sufferers is recommended to consume the water decoction of bay leaf  to control uric acid levels in the body. it is required to research more about the side effects and benefits of bay leaf.Penyakit asam urat merupakan suatu penyakit karena kelainan metabolisme purin (hiperurisemia). Untuk menurunkan kadar asam urat salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan tumbuhan alami yang ada. Tumbuhan atau tanaman yang dapat digunakan adalah daun salam. Daun salam memiliki kandungan flavonoid yang mampu menurunkan kadar asam urat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Pengaruh Pemberian Air Rebusan Daun Salam Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Asam Urat .Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre eksperimental dengan metode pendekatan Pretest – Posttest. dengan menggunakan metode total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung terhadap responden dengan wawancara, lembar observasi dan pengukuran kadar asam urat dan gula darah. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kadar asam urat sebelum dan sesudah pemberian air rebusan daun salam. Berdasarkan hasil Uji T terdapat perbedaan kadar asam urat sebelum dan sesudah pemberian air rebusan daun salam. Dimana rata- rata kadar asam urat sebelum adalah 7,16 mg/dl, dan kadar asam urat sesudah adalah 5,76 mg/dl. Maka didapatkan nilai p= 0,000.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa mengkonsumsi air rebusan daun salam dapat menurunkan kadar asam urat, karena flavanoid yang terkandung dalam daun salam. Untuk itu dibutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang efek samping dan manfaat lain dari daun salam.

Abstract

Abstract  This article explains about parameter estimation of structural equation model with ordered categorical variable using Bayes method. The basic assumptions of SEM are the data type is continuous, minimum scale is interval, and it has to satisfy the normality assumption. The categorical data is ordinal data which the observation is in discrete form, and to treat the categorical data as normally distributed continuous data is by finding threshold parameter for each categorical data. Bayes method only focuses on individual data by combining sample data and the research data before (prior information), in order to minimize the error rate. Hence, the parameter estimation of structural equation model can be obtained well. In this estimation process, it is done numerically by using Monte Carlo method, i.e. Gibbs Sampling and Metropolis Hasting. Keywords:   Structural Equation Modeling ,categorical data, Threshold, Gibbs Sampling, Metropolis Hasting. Abstrak Dalam artikel ini dijelaskan tentang estimasi parameter dari model persamaan struktural dengan variabel kategorik terurut dengan menggunakan metode Bayes. Asumsi dasar dari SEM adalah  jenis datanya kontinu dan minimal berskala interval serta memenuhi asumsi normalitas. Sementara data kategorik merupakan data ordinal dengan pengamatan dalam bentuk diskrit, untuk dapat memperlakukan data kategorik sebagai data kontinu berdistribusi normal yaitu dengan mencari treshold paramater untuk masing-masing data kategorik. Metode Bayes  hanya berfokus pada data individu dengan menggabungkan antara data sampel dengan data penelitian sebelumnya (informasi prior), dengan tujuan untuk meminimalkan tingkat kesalahan. Sehingga estimasi parameter dari model persamaan struktural dapat dihasilkan dengan baik. Dalam proses estimasi, hal ini dilakukan secara numerik dengan menggunakan metode Monte Carlo, yaitu Gibbs Sampling dan Metropolis Hasting. Kata Kunci:  Model Persamaan Struktural, data kategorik, Treshold, Gibbs Sampling, Metropolis Hasting

Abstract

Utilization of Internet services to the hotspot network raises particular problems in traffic control and web filtering. Linux as an operating system that is open (open source), offers a variety of internet firewall systems to assist in the management of traffic, bandwidth, web filtering and one using Smoothwall Express to Linux which can convert a personal computer (PC) to the Internet firewall reliable and stable. Smoothwall allows to integrated with the add-ons extends like AdvProxy and URL Filter to improve the performance of Smoohtwall and simplify configuration of the traffic control and web filtering. The research was conducted by collecting data from various sources related, then experiment with implementing Smoohtwall by adding add-ons extends to help administrators manage and regulate the bandwidth allocation of each client, block websites (URLs) that are not needed. Based on these results bandwidth management can be divided equally and can block websites (URLs) that are not needed like porn sites, warez, bad word, and also the quality of the network connection updatesites more stable.
