Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application leadership and environment work in the office of Gunung Kerinci regency with performance of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a full sampling as many as 17 people. Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method. The findings show that all hypothesis were proved to be significant leadership and environment work have a positive and significantinfluence with performance of employee. The implies that played as important roleleadership and environment work (individualy or simultaneously) in developing performance of employee.

Abstract

The existence of Rural Banks (BPR) in assisting the development and economic progress of the community, especially in rural areas is very important. The purpose of this article is to examine and analyze the factors that determine the performance of the profitability of conventional rural banks in West Sumatra. To test the effect of each variable CAR, LDR, BOPO, and NPL on profitability (ROA) statistical methods and data processing are used with the SPSS program. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, namely the conventional BPR Publication Report in West Sumatra in 2012-2016. The population in this study is conventional BPR in West Sumatra and the sample is taken by purposive sampling method, so that 85 observations are obtained. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study found that the internal factors of the bank CAR, LDR, BOPO and NPL have a significant effect on the profitability (ROA) of conventional BPR in West Sumatra. Keberadaan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) dalam membantu perkembangan dan kemajuan ekonomi masyarakat terutama di wilayah pedesaaan sangat penting. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menjadi penentu kinerja profitabilitas BPR konvensional di Sumatera Barat (Sumbar). Untuk menguji pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel CAR, LDR, BOPO, dan NPL terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) digunakan metode statistik dan pengolahan data dengan program SPSS. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia yakni Laporan Publikasi BPR konvensional di Sumbar tahun 2012 – 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini BPR konvensional di Sumatera Barat dan pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling method, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 85 pengamatan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa faktor-faktor internal bank CAR, LDR, BOPO dan NPL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) BPR konvensional di Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to identify and analyze the implementation of pricing policies in Bintan Island as Zone Free Trade Zone, the investment on the island of Bintan, and the impact of  policies in Bintan Island as the Free Trade Zone on the investment in the area of Bintan. The design used is an explanatory research on 48 respondents representing 48 companies. Data collecting used primary data by questionnaire. The method used to test the hypothesis is path analysis.The results through descriptive analysis shows that the implementation of policies Bintan Island as the free trade zone based on the average value of the overall fall into the category of 134.5 is not appropriate because it is in the range between 124.8 to 163.1. From the regression analysis, the variation of changes in the value of increased investment (Y) can be explained by the simultaneous communication variables (X1), resources (X2), disposition or attitude of implementers (X3), and the structure of the bureaucracy (X4) are 52.90% , while the remaining 48.10% is explained by other factors that are not included in the model. The results of the study by t-test analysis showed that the four independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable, while the F-test shows the four independent variables simultaneously significant effect on the dependent variable.Keywords: Free Trade Zone, Policy Implementation, InvestmentAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan Pulau Bintan sebagai Free Trade Zone, investasi di Pulau Bintan dan dampak kebijakan penetapan Pulau Bintan sebagai kawasan Free Trade Zone terhadap investasi di Kawasan Bintan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) pada 48 orang responden yang mewakili 48 perusahaan.  Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis ialah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian melalui analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penetapan Pulau Bintan sebagai kawasan free trade zone berdasarkan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan termasuk ke dalam kategori kurang sesuai yaitu sebesar 134,5 karena termasuk dalam rentang antara 124,8 – 163,1. Dari analisis regresi, variasi perubahan nilai peningkatan investasi (Y) mampu dijelaskan secara serentak oleh variabel-variabel komunikasi (X1), sumber daya (X2), disposisi atau sikap pelaksana (X3), dan struktur birokrasi (X4) sebesar 52,90%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,10% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak masuk dalam model.  Hasil penelitian melalui analisis uji-t menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat peningkatan investasi, sedangkan dari uji-f menunjukkan keempat variabel bebas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat peningkatan investasi. Kata Kunci :  Free Trade Zone, Implementasi Kebijakan, Investasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan terkait prestasi belajar mahasiswa Mentawai jenjang strata 1 yang kuliah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pertama, mengidentifikasi kondisi social ekonomi keluarga dan kebutuhan kuliah mahasiswa Mentawai yang kuliah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kedua, menganalisis pengaruh kondisisosial ekonomi keluarga dan kebutuhan kuliah terhadap prestasi belajar menggunakan OLS (Ordinary Least Square). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berupa data cross section prestasi belajar mahasiswa Mentawai, kondisi social ekonomi keluarga dan kebutuhan kuliah mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Mentawai jenjang strata 1 yang telah kuliah minimal semester 3 sebanyak 76 orang. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresis linear berganda. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa factor social ekonomi keluarga (pendidikan orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua, pendapatan orang tua, jumlah saudara, dan rata-rata pendapatan saudara adik/kakak) dan kebutuhan kuliah (biaya konsumsi, biaya komunikasi, informasi dan internet, biaya kesehatan rekreasi dan hiburan, biaya tempat tinggal, jenis tempat tinggal, biaya alat tulis dan perlengkapan kuliah) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Mentawai. Secara individu variabel pendidikan orang tua, pendapatan orang tua, biaya konsumsi, biaya alattulis, buku dan peralatan kuliah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Mentawai. Kesimpulan ini kembali menegaskan teori-teori dan penelitian terdahulu yang mengungkapkan bahwa factor social ekonomi dan kebutuhan kuliah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Mentawai.This research has a purpose related to the achievement of students Mentawai undergraduate level 1 who lectures in Yogyakarta. First, identify the socio-economic condition of the family and the needs of college students studying in Mentawai Yogyakarta. Second, analyze the influence of socio-economic conditions and the need lectures on learning achievement using OLS (Ordinary Least Square). The data used are primary data in the form of cross section data Mentawai student achievement, socio-economic condition of the family and the needs of college students. The sample in this study is the first undergraduate level Mentawai students who have a minimum of 3 semester tuition as much as 76 people.Analysis of the execution of the descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test and multiple linear regresis analysis. Conclusions from the study revealed that social factors of economic family (parents 'education, parents' work, parental income, number of siblings, and the average income of your brother / sister) and the need lectures (consumption costs, the cost of communications, information and internet, recreation and entertainment cost of health care, housing, type of dwelling, the cost of stationery and supplies lecture) jointly have a significant effect on student achievement Mentawai. Individually variable parental education, parental income, consumption costs, the cost of stationery, books and equipment tuition significant effect on student achievement Mentawai. This conclusion was reiterated theories and previous research revealed that socio-economic factors and the needs of college have a significant effect on student achievement Mentawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pemegang saham pengendali terhadap kompensasi direksi dengan mekanisme pemegang saham institusional sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 22 perusahaan yang menjadi emiten tetap terbesar termasuk kedalam Likuiditas 45 (LQ45) dari periode 2011 sampai dengan 2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Uji statistik yang gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Teori keagenan memperediksi bahwa pemegang saham pengendali berpengaruh positif terhadap kompensasi direksi. Hasil penelitian pertama tidak dapat membuktikan pengaruh pemegang saham pengendali terhadap kompensasi direksi dikarenakan fungsi pemegang saham pengendali dilaksanakan oleh Komite Independen sesuai yang diisyaratkan oleh peraturan-peraturan yang diterbitkan oleh Otorita Jasa Keuangan sehingga pemegang saham pengendali tidak mempengaruhi pemberian kompensasi kepada direksi. Hasil penelitian kedua tidak membuktikan pengaruh pemegang saham institusional dalam memperlemah pengaruh pemegang saham pengendali terhadap kompensasi direksi. Ini diduga pemegang saham institusional menilai pemberian kompensasi dan pengawasnya sudah dilaksanakan dengan adanya komite independen internal perusahaan. This study aims to prove the controlling shareholder to the compensation of the directors with the mechanism of institutional shareholders as a moderating variable. The sample of this research is 22 companies which become the biggest listed company including into Liquidity 45 (LQ45) from period 2011 to 2015. The research method used is quantitative method. The statistical test used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The agency theory predicts that the controlling shareholders positively influence the compensation of the board of directors. The results of the first study cannot prove the influence of the controlling shareholder on the compensation of the directors because the controlling shareholder function is carried out by the Independent Committee in accordance with the rules issued by the Financial Services Authority so that the controlling shareholder does not affect the compensation to the directors. The results of the second study do not prove the influence of institutional shareholders in weakening the influence of the controlling shareholder on the compensation of the directors. It is alleged that the institutional shareholders assess the compensation and the supervisor has been implemented with the company's internal independent committee.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh Customer Service Program terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy PT. Telkom; 2) pengaruh Loyalty Program terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy PT. Telkom; dan 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Community Building terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy PT. Telkom. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kausatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa jauh variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan speedy yang berada di Kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 101 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan pengujian uji t dan koefisien determinasi (R²) dengan program SPSS versi 16.0 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Customer Service Program berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy PT. Abstract

Initial public offerings (IPO) are a strategy that can be implemented in meeting the needs of corporate fund. This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio and Return On Equity on the initial Return. The samples of this study are thirty-three companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) selected by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression model. Based on the hypothesis tested proves that the Current Ratio, and Debt Equity Ratio significantly no effect on Initial Return, meanwhile Return On Equity have had The positive significant effect  on Initial ReturnInitial public offerings (IPO) merupakan strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dana. Abstract

In the life cycle theory of the company, it is stated that the Company which is at the established stage has the ability to make money beyond its ability to find profitable investment opportunities. The Company will distribute cash flow optimally to stakeholders in the form of dividend payments. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of retained earnings ratio (proxied with retained earnings to total equity) on the probability and rate of dividend payments based on the life cycle of the firm. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2016 are designated as research objects. Meanwhile, the sample is selected using criteria considered by the researcher (judgment sampling). Hypothesis testing is done by using the statistical method that is probit and tobit regression. The research findings show that retained earnings have a positive and significant effect on the probability and rate of dividend payments. However, the results of the study do not show significant evidence that retained earnings have a stronger effect on the probability and firm level of paying dividends. Dalam teori siklus hidup perusahaan dinyatakan bahwa Perusahaan yang berada pada tahap mapan memiliki kemampuan dalam menghasilkan uang melebihi kemampuannya dalam menemukan peluang investasi yang menguntungkan. Perusahaan tersebut akan mendistribusikan aliran kas secara optimal kepada stakeholders berupa pembayaran dividen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh rasio laba ditahan (diprosi dengan retained earnings to total equity) terhadap probabilitas dan tingkat pembayaran dividen berdasarkan siklus hidup perusahaan. Perusahaan yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012 – 2016 ditetapkan sebagai objek penelitian. Sedangkan, sampel dipilih menggunakan criteria-kriteria yang dipertimbangkan oleh peneliti (judgment sampling). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode statistik yaitu regresi probit dan tobit. Hasil penelitian kamimenunjukkan bahwa laba ditahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap probabilitas dan tingkat pembayaran dividen. Namun, hasil penelitian tidak memberikan bukti yang signifikan bahwa laba ditahan berpengaruh lebih kuat terhadap probabilitas dan tingkat perusahaan mapan membayar dividen.

Abstract

The research is proposed to the influence of leadership, organizational culture and work environment to job satisfaction to civil servants Disaster Agency Kerinci Regency. The population in this research were to civil servants Disaster Agency Kerinci Regency. The population in this research were  civil servants Disaster Agency Kerinci Regency size of 68 people . Furthermore, by using the formula Slovin, then elected a sample size of 58 servants Disaster Agency Kerinci Regency with sample tecnique is used namely Simple Random Sampling. The data which namely primer data and skunder data used in this research. For analyzing data by using multiple linear regression analysis and research hipothesis by using testing t with SPSS version 20 is used to analyze the data. The analyze result shows that the leadership, organizational culture and work environment to cause the positive and significant to job satisfaction.

Abstract

The problem that occurs is the employee's productivity is not optimal because of the turnover indicated bank last few months either on a permanent employee, daily worker and of apprentices. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation to work productivity at Bank BRI Branch Tanjungpinang. In this study will be the population is numbering 50 people.  style of leadership with the highest average grades are in a democratic dimension, which means head of the BRI branch Tanjungpinang have democratic leadership style that is very strong in leading employees who are in their environment. The highest average value of the variable motivation is the dimension of hope, with an average value of 3.93 that is included in the category enough. The highest average value on work productivity variable is the dimension of labor efficiency, with an average value of 4.35 that is included in the very high category.That relationship / correlation between variables Leadership tightly enough (X1), and Motivation (X2) with the Work Productivity in Bank BRI Branch Tanjungpinang of 0.183 or have a direct impact of 18.8%.
