Abstract

The existence of Rural Banks (BPR) in assisting the development and economic progress of the community, especially in rural areas is very important. The purpose of this article is to examine and analyze the factors that determine the performance of the profitability of conventional rural banks in West Sumatra. To test the effect of each variable CAR, LDR, BOPO, and NPL on profitability (ROA) statistical methods and data processing are used with the SPSS program. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, namely the conventional BPR Publication Report in West Sumatra in 2012-2016. The population in this study is conventional BPR in West Sumatra and the sample is taken by purposive sampling method, so that 85 observations are obtained. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study found that the internal factors of the bank CAR, LDR, BOPO and NPL have a significant effect on the profitability (ROA) of conventional BPR in West Sumatra. Keberadaan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) dalam membantu perkembangan dan kemajuan ekonomi masyarakat terutama di wilayah pedesaaan sangat penting. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menjadi penentu kinerja profitabilitas BPR konvensional di Sumatera Barat (Sumbar). Untuk menguji pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel CAR, LDR, BOPO, dan NPL terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) digunakan metode statistik dan pengolahan data dengan program SPSS. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia yakni Laporan Publikasi BPR konvensional di Sumbar tahun 2012 – 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini BPR konvensional di Sumatera Barat dan pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling method, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 85 pengamatan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa faktor-faktor internal bank CAR, LDR, BOPO dan NPL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) BPR konvensional di Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada PT.Bank Pembangunan Daerah Propinsi Sumatera Barat berdasarkan rasio profitabilitasnya pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2015. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka pengumpulan informasi tentang laporan keuangan tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2015 yaitu neraca dan laporan laba rugi . Penelitian ini menggunakan dasar teori yaitu teori manajemen keuangan mengenai analisis kinerja keuangan berdasarkan rasio profitabilitas, alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, Biaya Operasional, Net Profit Margin, Return on Asset dan Return on Equity. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terlihat bahwa Biaya Operasional mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2013 sampai 2014 dan mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2015, dilihat dari Net Profit Margin selama tiga tahun dimulai tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2015 mengalami peningkatan, dan yang tertinggi dicapai pada tahun 2014. Kemudian Return On Equity dan  Return  On  Investment  yang  dicapai  selama  tahun  2013  sampai  dengan  tahun  2041,  hasilnya menunjukkan presentase yang sama, yaitu mengalami peningkatan di tahun 2014 dan mengalami penurunan di tahun 2011.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan dalam mengelola keuangannya ditinjau dari rasio profitabilitasnya belum cukup stabil dan efisien untuk menjalankan operasi perusahaan sehari-hari. Keywords : Bank, Laporan Keuangan, Profitabilitas, Kinerja Keuangan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Finance Board of the West Sumatra Provincial Government. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y), and the independent variable consisting of work environment (X1) and organizational culture (X2). The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. Accumulated data used in this study were primary data from questionnaires and used a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The population in this study were all employees of the regional financial agency of the province of West Sumatra, the sample in this study was 72 employees or respondents. The research data were collected from the respondents' results and analyzed using linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of (3,342 > 2,000) and organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of (3,336 > 2,000).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze condition of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR) and Return On Assets (ROA) on PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Type of this research is descriptive quantitative research. Type of data in the research is primary and secondary data. The population that is used in this research is PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat finance report begin 2016 until 2017. Analyze data technical is used of this research to calculate Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR) and Return On Assets (ROA).Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat in 2016 and 2017 indicates that the level of liquidity of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat is healthy because it is in the healthy category set by BI is LDR ≤ 94.75%. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) Condition of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat  in the period 2016-2017 is healthy because it is in the healthy category set by BI that is CAR ≥ 8%. Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat in the period 2016 is healthy because it is in the healthy category set by the BI of ROA ≥ 1.215%. But in the year 2017 seen from the value of Return On Assets is quite healthy because it is in the category of healthy enough set by the BI of ROA <1.215%

Abstract

Analysis of Customer Satisfaction with Sikoci Savings at Bank Nagari Sub-Branch of UNP, to find out how satisfied the customers of Sikoci Savings, especially students, are in the facilities and facilities provided.  Sikoci Savings is Student Savings to get Student Identity Cards and ATMs, which can be used as SPP payments in any Bank Nagari ATM machine and as other financial transactions, which can facilitate students in paying tuition fees or SPP and other financial transactions.The method analysis statistic descriptive quantitative data collective from students UNP who have SIKOCI saving with non probability sampling use accidental sampling of 25 respondent July 2017. This research find from 5 dimention service quality generallay good but need improvement to maximize it. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Savings

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of reliability, responsiveness, assurance (assurance), empathy (empathy) and direct evidence (tangibles) on satisfaction of mobile banking customers at the Regional Development Bank of West Sumatra Province. The research design is correlational. The population in this study were all Sharia banking customers in Surakarta City, a sample of 100 mobile banking customers at the Regional Development Bank of West Sumatra Province with a proportion of rendom sampling as a sampling technique. Data analysis in this  study used multiple linear regression (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was no tangible variable effect (X1) on customer satisfaction of the Regional Development Bank of West Sumatra Province. No effect on reliability variable (X2) on customer satisfaction of the Regional Development Bank of West Sumatra Province. There is no effect on the responsiveness variable (X3) on customer satisfaction. There is the effect of assurance variable (X4) on customer satisfaction. There is the influence of the empathy variable (X5) on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of benefits, trust, and ease of use on customer interests using mobile banking services at PT. West Sumatra Regional Development Bank Koto Baru Branch, Dharmasraya. The variables used in this study are bound variables i.e. customer interest (Y), and free variables consist of benefits (X1), trust (X2), and ease of use (X3). The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The accumulation of data used in this study was primary data from questionnaires and using teknik slovin. Technical data analysis using classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test. The population in this study was a customer of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Koto Baru Dharmasraya Branch, the sample in this study amounted to 148 respondents.The research data was collected from respondents' results and analyzed with liniear regression and hypothesis test. The results showed that the variable benefits did not have a positive and significant effect on customer interest with a t-count value of (1,138<1.665) dan untuk variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar (25.426>1,655), furthermore for ease of use positive and significant effect on customer interest with a t-count value of (2,810>1,655).

Abstract

Performance is a form of good work in a straight line during a certain period in completing a task in comparison with various possibilities, such as standard work results, targets or goals, and criteria that have been determined and agreed together. The purpose of this study was to find out the Effect of Work Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Sangir Solok Selatan Natural Enchantment Hotel. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this research is all employees of Pesona Alam Sangir Hotel which amounts to 36 people. Data is processed using multiple linear regressions using questionnaires. The results showed that there was a negative and significant effect of work stress on employee performance with a calculated t value of -3.046 < t table 1.990, and a sig value of 0.005 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected and there was a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with a calculated t value of 5,552 < t table 1,990, and a value of sig 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and advised to the company needs to make an innovation so that employees do not easily feel bored in doing work that will later be able to cause prolonged work stress. The way that can be done for example by holding sports activities together, in addition can also be done training conducted outside the work environment, or outbound, in order to increase the cooperation relationship between employees

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Citra Perusahaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah menabung di PT Bank Nagari Cabang Lubuk Buaya Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang menabung di PT. Bank Nagari Cabang Lubuk Buaya Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT Bank Nagari Cabang Lubuk Buaya Padang.
