Abstract

Effective business process strategy in the application of SCM (Supply Chain Management) is the use of collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) methods where producers, distributors and retailers work together to plan, forecast and fill return products sold in the market. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of preparing collaborative forecasting between Supply Chain partners by referring to the CPFR model workflow in micro-scale manufacturing business and finding the most effective and efficient forecasting methodology that can be used as the basis for decision making in planning and production control throughout the supply chain. Forecasting analysis using time series model with 3 methods of Moving Averages with 4 month time period, Trend Projection exponential smoothing method with α = 0.1, α = 0.5, α = 0.9 and Linear Regression (Least Squares). The results show that the Linear Regression (Least Squares) method is the most effective method that can be used as the basis for decision making in production planning and control throughout the supply chain. Abstract

Value Added Tax (VAT) is a consumption-based taxes imposed on the added value of a good or service transacted. In Indonesia in 1983 has implemented a turnover tax (VAT) and then on April 1, 1985 is replaced with the name of the Value Added Tax (VAT). if there is excess pembayaan value-added tax as reported in a notification letter (SPT) or if there are errors that caused the collection or deduction of tax overpayment is called restitution. This right can be accomplished after submitting a request followed by examination and study of the truth of the tax payment. The research problem is how the level of restitution to the acceptance of value added tax in Manokwari service office and how the inspection process of restitution in Manokwari service office. This study uses a quantitative that describes the influence of restitution and value-added tax receipts, as well as qualitatively explain the inspection process of restitution in the Tax Office Primary Manokwari. Designs in this study is in Sequential Explanatory. The data used in the data restitution, value added tax receipts 2010 - 2015 and the process of examining the restitution. Equipment is simple regression analysis that describes the relationship of the independent variable (X) is a value-added tax refunds and the dependent variable (Y) is a value-added tax receipts. Further see restitution process performed by verification that the procedure examination procedure for restitution under the rules and the implementation of restitution checks by the tax office manokwari. The results obtained in the regression is the coefficient of determination (KD) obtained was 23%, which can be interpreted to mean that the independent variable is restitution accounted for 23% of the variable Y is tax revenue and 77% are influenced by other factors outside of the variable tax refunds ( X). the correlation value is 0.480, with significant amounting to 0.336 which means the linear regression model is weak and variable restitution does not affect the variable tax revenue. The inspection process refunds in the Tax Office Manokwari take place in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 184 / PMK.03 / 2015 on Procedures for Examination.

Abstract

Competition in the business world at this time is very tight, not just goods, services products also can not be separated from marketing. Marketing has become a very important subject in everyday life in line with the development of the economy. This study aims to analyze the influence of Place, Promotion and People of the consumer's decision to purchase Equity Brokerage services in PT Sucorinvest Central Gani Kediri either partially or simultaneously. Research variables used are Place, Promotion, People and purchasing decisions. The population in this study are 158 respondents. Samples were determined using purposive sampling number of 35 respondents using characteristics. Data were collected using questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear analysis, which is processed with SPSS XVI. The research proves that simultaneous variable Place, Promotion and People positive and significant impact on the purchase decision variable coefficient F count = 4,037> F table (2.88). The results also prove that the variables place positive effect but not significant with a coefficient of 1.820 thitung, Promotion and People variable positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of 3.014 and 3.895 tcount Promotion for People variables while ttable amounted to 1,891. Abstract

Tighter competition in selling muslimah fashion, especially hijab, demands seller to be able survive in hijab fashion industry. The strategy of sale which is conducted must be able to improve customer’s satisfaction in gaining service quality. In this case, hijab shop is as one of providers about muslimah needs. Android is an alternative software chosen for assisting Amira hijab shop in Surakarta in order to do service innovation., Sale strategy by Amira hijab shop in Surakarta is done by android-based Fashion Hijab application which hopes giving excellent service and hadling customers’ complaint. The Fashion Hijab application design of Amira hijab shop in Surakarta can be done by using online shop website with base of CMS Wordpress resulting “Toko Hijab Amira Surakarta” named hijabamira.com, which is continued by doing convertion from website to android aplication using Website 2 APK Builder Pro.After Fashion Hijab application implementation of Toko Hijab Amira Surakarta for two months, the writer wants to know how high is the affect of system quality,information quality towards customer’s quality, and service quality towards customer’s satisfaction as system user who continually affects benefit gotten by Toko Hijab Amira Surakarta. To analyze the application, the writer applies the models of information success system DeLone and McLean which can be used for measuring how far the application of information system is. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach along with convenience sampling technique. The sample and population in this research is the customers of Toko Hijab Amira Surakarta. Data collection technique is done by observation and questionnaire after implementing Fashion Hijab android-based application. By using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) research method, it can know the relationship precision among variables of system, information, and service qualities; customer; customer’s satisfaction; and the affect of Toko Hijab Amira Surakarta ‘s benefit.There is recommendation to information and system qualities which is hoped Fashion Hijab application can be more effective and easier to use by customer of Toko Hijab Amira Surakarta, so that customer’s satisfaction and net benefit earned by Toko Hijab Amira Surakarta become better

Abstract

Suatu penelitian menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian kefir susu kambing dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap preferensi konsumen kefir susu kambing. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen kefir susu kambing yang ada di Kabupaten Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen kefir susu kambing di Kabupaten Malang, sedangkan populasi targetnya adalah konsumen kefir susu kambing di Jawa Timur. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui 3 tahap yaitu penentuan sampel lokasi dilakukan dengan metoe Purposive Sampling. Pengambilan sampel responden dilakukan secara aksidental Sampling sebanyak 100-200 orang. Data penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Sumbangan variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan preferensi konsumen diuji menggunakan regresi linier berganda, secara matematis adalah Y = a+β1X1+ β2X2+ β3X3+ β4X4+ ......+ βnXn+e. Hasil penelitian bahwa Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian kefir susu kambing adalah faktor jaminan keamanan, kepuasan fisiologis, kepuasan sosiologis, kepuasan harga diri, dan aktualisasi dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y=0,629+0,056X1+0,159X2+0,080X3-0,053X4+0,048X5. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap preferensi konsumen adalah faktor halal, ingredient, nilai gizi, kesehatan, kebiasaan, dan faktor nature produc dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y=1,857+0,065X1+0,082X2 +0,112X3+ 0,123X4 +0,067X5 +0,045

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengendalian persediaan sparepart jenis oil sepeda motor. Penelitian dilakukan di bengkel piramida yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, yakti menemukan permasalahan di lokasi penelitian kemudian menganalisa dan menemukan pemecahan masalah sesuai dengan teori-teori yang ada. Permasalahan yang diteliti mengenai pengendalian persediaan menggunakan model Klasifikasi ABC. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 6 item persediaan jenis oil yang masuk kelas A, yaitu Top One, Enduro, Supersyn, Ahm Mpx, Federal Oil, dan Mesran. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, organizational commitment as a moderating variable and its impact on employee performance. The proposed hypothesis: Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation that has a significant influence on employee performance, organizational commitment has a meaning to the performance of employees. The result of the research shows that organizational culture have positive and significant effect to employee performance, work motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance, organizational commitment moderate positive influence of organizational culture to employee performance, organizational commitment moderate positive influence of work motivation toward employee performance.

Abstract

Produk minyak kayu putih merupakan salah satu produk andalan dari Propinsi Maluku yang memliki khasiat dan manfaat bagi kesehatan. Penelitian saat ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak kayu putih cap MP yang dilakukan konsumen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey, dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrument pengukuran dalam pengambilan data. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah judgement sampling dengan jumlah responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 orang, dan menggunakan teknik analisa regresi berganda. Hassil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel promosi terutama melalui personal selling dan kualitas produk yang semakin baik yang ditawarkan yang tercermin lewat kemudahan dan pelayanan saat konsumen mencari produk akan semakin mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kata Kunci: Promosi, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi dari pelayanan kesehatan telah menjadi salah satu bagian dari kehidupan masyarakat. Persaingan yang ketat dengan banyaknya rumah sakit-rumah sakit swasta menyebabkan masyarakat mampu memberikan penilaian dan memilih melakukan perawatan kesehatan pada rumah sakit yang diinginkan. Sehingga diharapkan rumah sakit mampu memberikan pelayanan secara optimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat survey dengan mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Stratified Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 245 pasien rawat inap pada rentang waktu bulan September 2010 hingga Desember 2010. Dengan judul “Pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada rumah sakit X di Kota Malang”. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis regresi linier berganda yang berguna untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara layanan dalam dimensi SERVQUAL yang terdiri dari reliabilitas, responssivitas, assurance, emphaty, tangibles dan hygiene factor terhadap kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan untuk menguji kevaliditasan pertanyaan yang diajukan dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk mengetahui sejauhmana suatu alat ukur dapat dipercaya atau dapat diandalkan. Hasil perhitungan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dari 6 variabel kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari : keandalan (reliability),daya tanggap (responsiveness), kepastian (assurance), ketulusan (emphaty) , bukti fisik (tangible) dan hygiene factor secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap dan dimensi assurance yang paling dominan mempengaruhi terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada rumah sakit X di Kota Malang.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a new technological advancement that integrates the physical, digital and biological world, where there is a fundamental change in the human’s way of life. With the rapid development of technology that has experienced breakthroughs in all disciplines, including in the field of artifical intelligence, nanotechnology, biotechnology, internet-based technology has an impact on human life that can increase the economic growth too. The impact of economic growth has increased in the 4.0 industrial revolution where this can be seen from many business people and entrepreneurs who utilize the information technology, so that the basic principles of industrial design 4.0 are known as the digital revolution because of the proliferation of computers and automation and connectivity in a field. With the Industrial Revolution 4.0, there is an increasing influence in the economic sector, where the sector opens opportunities for entrepreneurship and MSMEs increase rapidly, thus giving an impact on entrepreneurship for economic independence.
