Abstract

This study focuses on Lesbian Gay Bisexuals Transgender (LGBT) which are used as the cosmopolitan life style of today's generation. Evidence of social media shows the rapid development of LGBT members. In Shari'a through religious arguments, LGBT is haram and can be punished until the death penalty and also in LGBT health is considered as one of the causes of HIV-AIDS. However, sociologically, people can accept their presence. LGBT is a paradox of life style in the Muslim community of the world. LGBT is important to be studied, especially related to the pattern of Amar Ma'rûf Nahiy Munkar in Indonesia. Two formulation of the problem, How does the Amar Ma'rfu Pattern prevent LGBT? Second, How does the Nahiy Munkar Pattern overcome LGBT? The purpose of this study answers the two formulations above through Higher Education. Sociology of Law is used as a research approach with qualitative methods because it provides answers. The summary of the research results shows that higher education has a role in fostering LGBT through the socialization of MUI fatwa number 57 of 2014 and applying ant and bee patterns in implementing the Anti LGBT Campus Program through the teaching and learning process that explains LGBT in terms of religion and health and anti-campaign LGBT when implementing community service learning. Penelitian ini fokus pada Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) yang dijadikan sebagai kosmopolitan life style generasi masa kini. Bukti media sosial menunjukkan perkembangan pesat anggota LGBT. Secara syariat melalui dalil-dalil agama, LGBT adalah haram dan dapat dipidana sampai hukuman mati dan juga dalam kesehatan LGBT dianggap sebagai salah satu penyebab HIV-AIDS. Walaupun begitu, secara sosiologi, masyarakat dapat menerima kehadiran mereka. LGBT menjadi paradox life style dalam masyarakat muslim dunia. LGBT penting diteliti, terutama berkaitan dengan pola Amar Ma’rûf Nahiy Munkar di Indonesia. Dua rumusan masalah, Pola Amar Ma’rûf  yang bagaimana dapat mencegah LGBT? Kedua, Pola Nahiy Munkar yang bagaimana dapat mengatasi LGBT? Tujuan penelitian ini menjawab dua rumusan di atas melalui Pendidikan Tinggi. Sosiologi Hukum dijadikan pendekatan penelitian dengan metode kualitatif karena memberikan jawaban. Ringkasan hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan tinggi berperan dalam membina LGBT melalui sosialisasi Fatwa MUI nomor 57 tahun 2014 dan menerapkan pola semut dan lebah dalam melaksanakan Program Kampus Anti LGBT melalui proses belajar mengajar dengan kewajiban menempuh mata kuliah yang menjelaskan LGBT dari sisi agama dan kesehatan serta kampanye anti LGBT saat pelaksanaan KKN di masyarakat.

Abstract : Religious development is an important constellation of nationaldevelopment. To address the spirit of pluralism and religious phenomenontoday, communication of religion development has become a scientific conceptapproach of several alternative science. Communication of religiousdevelopment is a communication process which is carried out to execute theplan in religious development by a state. This paper analyzes the problems ofreligious development using system analysis and actors as an approach to buildlogical thinking to the current situation.

Abstract

This study belongs to library study and is also an intellectual biography study. The nature of the study is qualitative which highlights the contributions of thought in the field of Islamic education. The Islamic education approach was applied in order to identify the contribution of thinking to the character of Islamic education, especially on the material aspects. The data were obtained from Ahmad Fahmi Zamzam's work; Empat Puluh Hadis Penawar Hati, Empat Puluh Hadis Akhlak Mulia, Empat Puluh Hadis Kelebihan Ilmu dan Ulama, Empat Puluh Hadis Peristiwa Akhir Zaman, as well as his audio visual lectures or grand recitation related to the research. The Data are grouped according to the theme of Islamic education further in the analysis. Research findings: (1) Heart education is a conscious effort to cultivate the potential of the heart to achieve perfection into a healthy heart (qalbun salîm) to justify our relationship to Allah swt and fellow human beings. (2) The importance of correcting, changing, and maintaining the heart is one of the foundations for the conduct of heart education. (3) The purpose of the heart education is directed to make the students' hearts become good and right. (4) The approach that can be done in the education of the heart is to pay attention and keep the actions of all the potential of the body from acts that can make the heart becomes dirty, by exploiting the potential of the body, the potential of eye, ear, and the potential of lathîfah ar-Rabbâniyyah. (5) The method of the heart education is grouped into two parts; First, the method of the heart education with charitable deeds, such as; prayer, zakat and alms, fasting, reciting al-Qur'an, dhikr, seeking halal rizki, having social awareness, 'amar ma'rûf and nahî munkar, and ittiba'. Second, the method of the heart education with the spiritual charities, such as; repentance, khauf, zuhud, being patient, gratitude, sincerity, mahabbah, and remembering death. (6) The curriculum of the heart education must be integrated with lathîfah ar-Rabbāniyyah i.e al-Qalbu, al-'Aql, ar-Rûh, and an-Nafs. So the educational content given should be directed to meet the spiritual and emotional material needs. (7) Evaluation of the heart education can only be measured by self-protégé children whose measure is the tranquility within the students themselves and generate noble morality.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of Islamic values into Indonesians culture. Seen from the point of view of religion, Indonesia is the largest Muslim nation in the world ( the biggest Muslim country in the world). But in the religion - political and ideological, Indonesia is not an Islamic State .However, it does not mean Islam is Indonesia not original . Difficult to deny that the teachings and values of Islam has contributed much to the formation of Indonesian national culture. On the other hand, the institutionalization of Islamic values is also very powerful form of knowledge and intellectual system of the people, customs and belief systems, national culture, economic systems, up to the formation of Mus- lim behavior in Indonesia. In short, Islamic values has been fused with the culture of Indonesia. Islamic values have been institutionalized and becomes tradition in Indonesia then experience the dynamics and endless adjustments to this day.

Abstract

Hantu dianggap sesuatu yang irasional sehingga dijauhi dari kajian ilmiah. Padahal dalam praktek sehari-hari, hantu dibicarakan, diperbincangkan, dan menjadi bahan kegelisahan masyarakat. Geertz melihat fenomena ini sebagai nalar awam (common sense), atau sebagai sesuatu yang menjadi pengetahuan umum tetapi tidak dikaji secara kokoh. Hantu pada awalnya menempati daerah angker, sepi, terpencil, tetapi pada saat ini lokasi hantu bertransformasi ke kota. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini perlu dipertegas bukan meneliti hantu tetapi meneliti tentang pengetahuan, kepercayaan, pemahaman atau bahkan kesaksian seseorang terhadap hantu. Peneliti menggunakan analisa strukturalisme Levi-Strauss terhadap fenomena hantu yang dianggap sebagai suatu mitos, sebab hantu dapat berbuat dan menjadi apa saja. Dengan cara demikian, peneliti menemukan hal-hal rasional di balik fenomena irasional ini yakni adanya konstruksi social yang disebut bagaduhan, serta keberadaan hantu dalam imajinasi manusia tidak lain karena adanya nalar awam dan mitos yang terus berkembang

Abstract

Objek utama kajian psikologi ialah manusia yang terdiri dari jiwa dan raga. Dalam psikologi, raga manusia dapat berfungsi atau beraktifitas ketika jiwa mampu menggerakkannya dalam bentuk motif. Secara garis besar, jiwa bergerak yang berpadu dengan raga membentuk sebuah nama “diri/aku (self)” atau dalam satu konsep “kepribadian”. Hal senada juga menjadi bagian dalam kajian Islam (tasawuf/sufisme), kepribdian (akhlak) melibatkan dua substansi yaitu jasad dan ruh. Dua substansi yang saling berlawanan ini pada prinsipnya saling membutuhkan. Dalam hal ini tentu saja term “nafs” merupakan jembatan untuk memadukan keduanya. Berawal dari ulasan komparatif atau bahkan menyamakan antara Psikologi Barat dan Tasawuf, Robert Frager (seorang psikolog sekaligus syekh) dalam dalam bukunya juga membicarakan term yang sama (nafs). Dalam buku Psikologi sufi yang ia tulis, ia mengaskan bahwa tasawuf adalah pendekatan yang sangat holisik (mengintegasikan antara fisik, psikis dan spirit) dan memahamkan bahwa tasawuf adalah disiplin spiritual bagi semua orang tanpa kelas dan kasta. Dengan demikian, rumusan masalah dalam tulisan ini ialah apa dan bagaimana definisi nafs, posisi dan karakteristik nafs dalam Psikologi Sufi dan tingkatan nafs dalam Psikologi Sufi perspektif Robert Frager. Dalam bagian kesimpulan, penulis menilik pada dua sudut pandang, yaitu sudut perkembangan nafs secara tasawuf dan mengkritisi aspek psikologis yang digunakan Robert Frager. Dalam sudut pandang sufisme, Robert Frager telah melakukan pengembangan dari konsep nafs yang telah dirumuskan al-Ghazali maupun al-Hifni. Namun demikian dalam tulisannya Robert Frager belum menyinggung hirarki kebutuhan yang diprakarsai Abraham Maslow ,terutama tingkat aktualisasi diri.The main object of psychology study is the human being as a wealth of body and soul. In psychology, the human body can function or act when the soul is able to move it in the form of motive. Broadly speaking, the moving soul that blends with the body forms a name called "self / I" or in a "personality" concept. The same thing is also a part of Islamic studies of tasawuf or sufism, personality (akhlak) involves two substances namely the body and spirit. These two opposing substances in principle need each other. In this case, of course the term "nafs" acts as a bridge to combine the two. Starting from a comparative review or even equating between Western Psychology and Sufism, Robert Frager, a psychologist as well as a sheikh, in his book also speaks of the same term (nafs). In his book of Sufi Psychology, he asserts that Sufism is a very holistic approach for it integrates physical, psychic and spirit and underlines that Sufism is a spiritual discipline for all people without class and caste. Thus, the formulation of the problem in this paper is what and how the definition of nafs, positions and characteristics of the nafs in Sufi Psychology and the level of nafs in the Sufi Psychology perspective of Robert Frager. In the conclusion part, the writer looks at two points of view, i.e. the nafs development in tasawuf and critiques the psychological aspects used by Robert Frager. In the view of Sufism, Robert Frager has been developing the concept of the nafs that al-Ghazali and al-Hifni have formulated. However, in his writings Robert Frager has not touched upon the hierarchy of needs initiated by Abraham Maslow, especially the level of self-actualization.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the idea of the importance science ethics in the Islamic spirituality perspectives. This study used library research to determine the ethical dimension of Islamic science which is more concerned with the benefit of the people rather than the negative impact of the development of science and technology. By using the view of Islamic spirituality, the development of modern science should be guided by ethics and morals that represent esoteric wisdom as the heart of religion.This study shows that the ethics of science in the view of Islamic spirituality always emphasizes the dimensions of wisdom as reflected in the use of science without neglecting the most basic human values. The ethics of science contained in Islamic spirituality is a reflection of the esoteric dimension that encourages its people to be more sensitive to the future of nature which becomes the most beautiful representation of God's face. The ethical-esoteric dimension inherent in Islamic science is expected to be implemented by religious people to better appreciate the universe as God's creation.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to prove that regulations on the imposition of sanctions from gender based justice perspective has yet to bring justice. In addition, regulations concerning sanction charge are still accommodating pro- visions set forth in fiqh laws. In practice, judges have toiled on women protec- tion; however, as long as the regulations remain unchanged, justice for women cant be truly upheld. This issue has actually sparred discrepancies among scholars. This research focuses on the exploration of some issues, such as in what do- mestic issues women of Islamic family will be liable for sanctions and how such sanctions will be analyzed from gender based justice perspective. This research found out that there is equality in Islamic law. It can be seen from the sanctions charged to women in the case of nushuz, divorce, and khuluk even though, in reality, there are some decisions made by Religious Court, which do not reflect justice values especially for women if it is reviewed from gender perspective in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative study corroborated with descriptive analysis based on textual reviews. Methods adopted for this re- search is that of normative legal research.Kata Kunci: Kekerasan, Nushuz, kesetaraan, keadilan, jender

Abstract

Dalam studi pemikiran Islam zaman modern ini, hermeneutika merupakan trend baru yang sebelumnya tidak mendapat cukup banyak perhatian dari sarjanawan dan cendikiawan muslim. Hermeneutika mulai banyak digemari setelah informasi dan pengetahuan tentangnya banyak menggeliat setelah banyak tulisan dan karya yang muncul dari penulis dan cendikiawan Arab kontemporer. Adapun kata hadis, yakni adalah segala sesuatu yang diambil dari Rasulullah SAW, baik berupa sabda, perbuatan, taqrīr, atau sifat-sifat beliau baik di masa sebelum beliau diangkat menjadi rasul, ataupun sesudahnya. Beberapa sarjana Muslim yang to some extent menerima Hermeneutika, tentang bagaimana memahami ayat-ayat Alquran dan Hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW antara lain Fazlur Rahman, Mohammed Talbi, Nasr Hamid Abū Zaid, Muhammad Abid Al Jabiri, Aminah Wadud, Muhammad Sabesthari, Muhammad Syahrur, Abdullah Saeed, dan masih banyak lagi. Salah satu tokoh Muslim yang melakukan upaya tersebut, ialah Abū Syuqqah.

Abstract

Dalam mengembangkan kemajuan warga belajar, pendidikan kekasaraan fungsional sangat penting. Pendidikan keaksaraan fungsional adalah program pengembangan kemampuan seseorang dalam menguasai dan menggunakan keterampilan membaca, menulis dan menghitung. Salah satu kemampuan yang ingin dicapai dalam pendidikan keaksaraan fungsional adalah kemampuan berhitung dan dalam masyarakat Banjar ada salah satu cara berhitung cepat yang dinamakan Hitung Bini. Cara ini bisa diterapkan pada operasi hitung matematika seperti, penjumlahan, pegurangan, perkalian dan pembagian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif  Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 tutor berhitung dan 20 warga belajar, sedangkan obyeknya adalah implementasi pendidikan keaksaraan fungsional Budi Mulia, implementasi Hitung Bini dan kendala-kendala dalam pengimplementasian Hitung Bini pada Pembelajaran berhitung di kalangan warga keaksaraan fungsional di Desa Bakapas Kecamatan Barabai. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan  bahwa proses pembelajaran berhitung di PKF Budi Mulia menggunakan hitungan tradisional yang dikenal dengan istilah Hitung Bini yang merupakan hitung kira-kira atau perkiraan. Kendala dalam pengimplementasiaan Hitung Bini, pertama kemampuan tutor dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Kedua, faktor usia dari warga belajar. Ketiga, daya pikir dan daya ingat dari para warga belajar yang berbeda-beda. Keempat, latar belakang sosial (pekerjaan) dari para warga belajar.
