Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan wisata pantai Pandawa desa Kutuh, kecamatan Kuta Selatan, Badung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mendiskripsikan potensi-potensi dan daya tarik wisata yang ada di pantai Pandawa dan untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap produk wisata yang terdapat pantai Pandawa yang nantinya bisa digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam melakukan perbaikan pengelolaan Kawasan pantai Pandawa. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode metode servey, kuesioner, melakukan wawancara baik dengan pengelola maupun dengan wisatawan. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kuantitatif, yaitu teknik analisis untuk menganalisa data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif yang digunakan untuk mengukur sifat, pendapat dan persepsi seseorang. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan Potensi dan daya tarik yang terdapat di Pantai Pandawa yang bisa dikembangkan menjadi kawasan wisata atau produk wisata, meliputi: tebing kapur yang menjulang tinggi, pantai berpasir putih, rumput laut, laut biru yang jernih, taman terumbu karang (coral garden). Produk wisata kreatif yang bisa dikembangkan dengan melihat potensi yang ada di pantai Pandawa adalah museum bahari dan wisata budi daya dan kuliner rumput. Persepsi wisatawaan terhadap kondisi alam pantai Pandawa secara keseluruhan dalam katagori baik, namun masih ada persepsi wisatawan asing dalam katagori cukup terhadap prasarana umum yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian manajemen pantai Pandawa. Maka dalam rangka meningkatkan popularitas kawasan pantai Pandawa, perlu melakukan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: menata lingkungan alam yang ada di pantai Pandawa, perlu melestarikan adat istiadat yang ada dan meningkatkan kreasi seni budaya, meningkatkan kapasitas, jumlah dan kualitas prasarana umum, meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas sarana paraiwisata, dan merperbaiki manajemen lingkungan dan manajemen operasional pantai Pandawa yang berbasis profesionalisme

Abstract

The increasing number of tourists coming to Bali will also affect the development of tourism facilities such as accommodation facilities and other supporting facilities. This study aimed to understand the Sense Sunset Seminyak Hotel's strengths and weaknesses in conducting its marketing activities and find out the marketing strategy used to improve the room occupancy rate in the Sense Sunset Seminyak Hotel. Data collection methods used were observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used were the EFAS, IFAS and SWOT Analysis. The study result states that the Sense Sunset Seminyak Hotel position is in the quadrant I, i.e., the Growth strategy or vertical integration strategy. The SWOT analysis found several marketing strategy alternatives in improving the occupancy, which consists of the SO Strategy: enhancement in advertisement intensity and the creation of the business hotel, the WO Strategy: the creation of press relationship and scheduling of personal selling, the ST Strategy: reinforcement of brand image, and the WT Strategy: improvement of public relation role in facing the global economy.

Abstract

Improvements and changes in the business sector make the company believe that intellectual capital is an important component and asset in measuring and evaluating performance among business sectors. This study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital components, namely Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structural Capital Value added (STVA) on Return On Assets (ROA) in automotive sub-sector companies and components on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 5 companies in the automotive and component sub-sector. The data used are financial statements for the period 2015 – 2019 published on the company's official website. The results showed that Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) had a significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Companies, Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) had a negative and insignificant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Companies and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) have a positive but not significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Companies.

Abstract

Human resource development is needed to improve employee performance, especially at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo. The purpose of this study to determine the effect partially and simultaneously compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar as many as 86 people who are divided into 6 shop sections, namely Beauty, Boutique, Fashion Watch, Fine Watch, Food & Liqueur, and Destination. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled. After the instrument test and classical assumption test were carried out, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar.

Abstract

“Perkembangan dunia industri dalam era globalisasi, dirasakan semakin pesat yang dipengaruhi oleh adanya perubahan teknologi transportasi, informasi dan proses produksi serta aplikasi komputer dalam berbagai aspek bisnis. Dan mengharuskan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya setidaknya dapat diperoleh dari kepuasan kerja karyawan, untuk itu beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah kepemimpinan, kompensasi finansial serta disiplin kerja. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert 5. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : Bagaimanakah pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Hotel Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran, Bagaimanakah pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Hotel Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran, Bagaimanakah pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Hotel Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran, Bagaimanakah pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Hotel Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran. menggunakan instrumen penelitian kuisioner dengan 5 skala likert. Instrumen penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas yang memberi hasil korelasi > 0,3 dan Alpha cranbach > 0,60 sehingga layak untuk digunakan. Instrumen penelitian telah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, multikolinieritas dan heteroskedastisitas. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan : Y = 4,553 + 0,350 X1 + 0,229 X2 + 0,320X₃ . Berdasarkan Uji F diperoleh F-hitung 15,289 > F-tabel­ 2,29 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti memang ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan, kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Hotel Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran dan diperoleh bukan secara kebetulan. Uji t untuk pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan diperoleh t-hitung 4,117 > t-tabel 1,985 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran. Uji t untuk pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan diperoleh t-hitung 2,532 > t–tabel 1,985 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,013 < 0,05 yang berarti kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Le” Meridien Bali Jimbaran. Uji t untuk pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan diperoleh t-hitung 3,530 > t–tabel 1,985 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti disiplin “kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran.” Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan adalah kepemimpinan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja memiliki peran penting baik secara individu maupun bersama- sama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Judul skripsi ini adalah Pengaruh Komunikasi, Motivasi Intrinsik dan Kompensasi Finansial Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Padma di Denpasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, motivasi intrinsik, dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Padma di Denpasar. Populasi di PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Padma di Denpasar adalah semua karyawan yang berjumlah 58 orang yang selanjutnya menjadi responden diambil dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif serta sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 54 responden. Teknik analisis data berdasarkan tahapan uji asumsi klasik, serta menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda hingga koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F melalui Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 25.0 for windows. Hasil analisis secara simultan menunjukkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh F-hitung = 16,563 lebih besar dari nilai F-tabel = 2,79 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 hal ini berarti, secara simultan komunikasi (X1), motivasi intrinsik (X2), dan kompensasi finansial (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah teruji kebenarannya atau diterima. Hasil analisis secara parsial variabel komunikasi (X1) didapatkan nilai t-hitung 4,085 lebih besar dari t- tabel 2,00856 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga komunikasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), untuk variabel motivasi intrinsik (X2) didapatkan nilai t-hitung 3,863 lebih besar dari t-tabel 2,00856 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga motivasi intrinsik (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), sedangkan variabel kompensasi finansial (X3) didapatkan nilai t-hitung 4,032 lebih besar dari t-tabel 2,00856 dengan signifikansi 0,012 < 0,05 sehingga kompensasi finansial (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).

Abstract

BPKAD Denpasar City as a government agency is expected to give good performance considering its duties and functions related to the financial sector of the Denpasar City government. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect partially and simultaneously competence and job characteristics on employee performance at the Denpasar City BPKAD Office. The population in this study were all employees at the BPKAD office of Denpasar City as many as 98 employees, consisting of 62 non-PNS or contract employees and 36 PNS employees. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled. After the instrument test and classical assumption test were carried out, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence and job characteristics simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources are assets for the company which if managed will result in performance for the company which will certainly be profitable for the company. Employee performance is one of the most important things in the company, factors that affect employee performance such as transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and work discipline must always be considered. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment and work discipline on employee performance at the Danadyaksa Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) in Tabanan. The number of respondents in this study were 32 people. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. F-test results obtained Fcount > F-table with sig. 0.003 < 0.05, this means that transformational leadership style, organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Danadyaksa Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) in Tabanan.

Abstract

The results of the research conducted by researchers are to analyze the performance of employees at the Bubon sub-district office, West Aceh Regency, which influences the workplace and work motivation. In this study, researchers obtained data through data collection techniques using sampling techniques and data collection used by researchers was a questionnaire that was submitted to respondents using the likert scale through quantitative research methods. The population that the researchers took at the time of conducting this research were all employees of the Bubon sub-district office, thus the number of samples taken as respondents was 30 people. By using simple regression testing testing using the IBM Statistics 24 application that has been carried out by researchers, the researchers show that the influence of the work environment is closely related to the performance of employees in Bubon sub-district. Then the existence of work motivation can increase the enthusiasm and positive competitiveness of the work of the employees.

Abstract

This study was conducted determine the effect of transformational leadership style (X1) and employee engagement (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the head office PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with 30 employees as respondents at the head office of PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara. While the data analysis in this study using multiple regression analysis test. The result of the study show : 1) There is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership style and employee engagement on the performance of PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara head office employee engagement which is shown from the F test result of 21,340 and a significance value 0,000b. 2) There is negative and insignificant effect between leadership style on employee performance as seen from t-test result of – 0,318 and significance value of 0,753. 3) There is a positive and significant effect between employee engagement on employee performance as seen from the t-test of 4,969 and a significance value of 0,000. The result of study were obtained with the regression equation Y = 14,,641a – 0,050X1 + 0,844X2 + e, and the effect was 61,3% and The remaining 38,7%was influenced by variables outside the study.
