Abstract

ABSTRAK Jumlah penduduk lansia di Indonesia telah meningkat dan kesehatan lansia masih rendah, pemerintah mengadakan program khusus yaitu Posyandu Lansia atau pos pelayanan terpadu untuk orang tua di daerah tertentu yang telah disepakati, yang digerakkan oleh masyarakat di mana mereka bisa mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, frekuensi kunjungan ke Posyandu lansia setiap tahun masih mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan frekuensi kunjungan ke Posyandu lansia di desa Sememi jaya.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap sedangkan variabel terikat adalah frekuensi kunjungan ke Posyandu lansia. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kunjungan observasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Spearman Rho. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dari variabel tingkat pengetahuan tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan frekuensi kunjungan ke Posyandu lansia.Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai probabilitas yang lebih besar dari tingkat signifikan pengetahuan (0,303> 0,05) berarti Ho diterima. Sedangkan dari variabel sikap menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara sikap dengan frekuensi kunjungan ke Posyandu lansia. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai probabilitas yang lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi sikap (0,263> 0,05), yang berarti Ho diterima.Orang tua membutuhkan pengetahuan yang baik, karena dengan pengetahuan yang tinggi dan sikap positif maka orang tua akan lebih mudah menerima informasi sehingga frekuensi kunjungan ke Posyandu lansia akan meningkat. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Sikap, Frekuensi Kunjungan Lansia, Posyandu Lansia.  ABSTRACT The number of elderly population in Indonesia has increased and the health of the elderly is still low, the government held a special program that is holding elderly Posyandu is an integrated service post for elderly people in a particular area that has been agreed, which is driven by the community where they can get health services. However, the frequency of visits to the elderly Posyandu elderly has decreased each year. The purpose of this research was to know the relation of between knowledge and attitude with the frequency of visits to elderly Posyandu in sememi jaya vilage.The method of this research was Cross Sectional. Research Variable composed by the free variable is level storey of knowledge and attitude of while variable tied by is the frequency of visits to elderly Posyandu. Sample used by counted 40 respondents. Data collecting use the questioners and observation visits. Technique analyzes the data by using Spearman Rho. From data analysis obtained by that from variable mount the knowledge indicate that there no relation between level storey of knowledge and the frequency of visits to elderly Posyandu.This matter is visible from value probability of larger ones from level of significant from knowledge level storey (0.303>0.05) meaning Ho accepted. While from attitude variable indicate that there no relation between attitudes by the frequency of visits to elderly Posyandu. This matter is visible from probability value which is smaller than level of significant from attitude (0.263>0.05), meaning Ho accepted.The elderly require a good knowledge, because with high knowledge and positive attitude then the elderly will be more receptive to information so that the frequency of visits to the elderly Posyandu elderly will increase. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, The Frequency Of Visit To Elderly Posyandu.

Abstract

ABSTRAKStroke adalah penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan di Indonesia. Pada pasienstroke untuk mengurangi kebutuhan oksigen otak pasien pasien dilakukan tirah baring.Tirah baring yang lama dapat menyebabkan konstipasi, mobilisasi tiap 2 jam mengurangikejadian konstipasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh mobilisasi setiap duajam terhadap kejadian konstipasi pasien stroke.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimental pre-post test. Populasiadalah pasien stroke infark di ruangan Gardena RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik. Sampel yangdigunakan 20 responden yang diperoleh dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Variabelindependen adalah mobilisasi miring kanan dan miring kiri setiap dua jam dan variabeldependen adalah konstipasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Analisis datadengan menggunakan Mann Whitney dengan nilai signifikansi α<0,05.Hasil penelitian dengan uji Mann Whitney Test mendapat p= 0,028 yang berartiada perbedaan dari kelompok kedua. Dengan demikian ada pengaruh yang signifikanmobilisasi setiap dua jam untuk kejadian konstipasi pasien stroke.Pasien stroke infark diharapkan mobilisasi awal untuk mencegah timbulnyakonstipasi dan rumah sakit harus membuat standard prosedur operasional mobilisasi miringkanan dan miring kiri setiap dua jam untuk perawatan pasien lanjut pasien stroke infarkdengan tirah baring lama.Kata kunci: Mobilisasi setiap dua jam, Konstipasi, Pasien StrokeABSTRACTStroke was a main cause of mortality and disability in Indonesia. In stroke patientsto reduce the oxygen cerebrum demand required bed rest therapy. Bed-resting therapy cancaused constipation, so for mobilization therapy has not the writen solution to preventconstipation gived nursing action mobilization right nd left oblique every two hours but theeffect is not know. The purpose of this research to know effect of mobilization every twohours to incidence of constipation stroke patients.This research used quasy experiment pre-post test design. Population was patientsof stroke infarct in Gardena Wards RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik. The sample used 20 obtainedrespondens to inclusion criteria and exclusion. Variable independent was mobilization ofright and left oblique every two hours and variable dependent was constipation. Datacollecting use observation. Technique analysis the data by using Mann Whitney with α0,05 .The result of research with test of Mann Whitney Test got p=0.028 which meansthere was difference from group both. Abstract

ABSTRAK Wanita usia tua akan tiba pada periode menopause. Fakta perempuan yang mendekati periode ini akan mengalami kecemasan. Salah satu tindakan untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada wanita yang mengalami masa menopause adalah pendidikan kesehatan tentang menopause. Tindakan pendidikan kesehatan hampir tidak pernah dilakukan di Dusun Ngabetan, Desa Ngabetan, Kecamatan Cerme, Kabupaten Gresik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang menopause terhadap tingkat kecemasan perempuan yang mengalami masa menopause.Penelitian dilakukan pada satu kelompok pra test-post test. Variabel independen yang diamati adalah pendidikan kesehatan tentang menopause dan variabel dependen adalah tingkat kecemasan wanita yang mendapatkan menopause. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, populasi adalah 45 responden, sedangkan sampel adalah 40 responden dan dianalisis dengan program statistik Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perempuan yang mendapatkan menopause akan mengalami kecemasan karena belum siap menghadapi menopause dan kurang informasi mengenai menopause. Perempuan yang mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan tentang menopause, sebagian besar kecemasan mereka hilang. Analisis statistik dengan Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test menunjukkan hasil α = 0,000.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek dari pendidikan kesehatan tentang menopause terhadap tingkat kecemasan wanita yang mendapatkan waktu menopause, karena itu pendidikan kesehatan tentang menopause harus dilakukan untuk mengurangi tingkat kecemasan, terutama di Dusun Ngabetan, Desa Ngabetan, Kecamatan Cerme, Kabupaten Gresik. Kata kunci: Pre Menopause, Pendidikan Kesehatan, Tingkat Kecemasan. ABSTRACT Woman an old age will arrive at menopause period. As a mater of fact approaching this period generate woman anxiety. One of the actions to reduce the anxiety is providing to the woman who get menopause time health education concerning menopause. Unfortunately the actions are hardly ever conducted in the Ngabetan Orchard, Ngabetan Village, Cerme Distric, Gresik Regency. The purpose of research is to discover effect health education concerning menopause toward the anxiety level of the woman who get menopause time.The research conducted a one group pra test-post test design. Observed independent variable is health education concerning menopause and dependent variable is anxiety level of the woman who get menopause time. Using a purposive sampling, the population was 45 womans, while the sample was 40 respondens and was analyzed with Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test statistical program.The result of the research shows that most of the woments who get menopause time will undergo anxiety because not yet ready to face menopause and lack of information concerning menopause. Obtaining health education concerning menopause, most of the women lose their anxiety. A statistical analysis with Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test are α=0.000.It can be concluded that is an effect of health education concerning menopause toward anxiety level of the woman who get menopause time, therefore health education concerning menopause must be conducted ti reduce anxiety level, especially in the Ngabetan Orchard, Ngabetan Village, Cerme Distric, Gresik Regency and to be acknowledged as a regular procedure. Keywords: Pre Menopause, Health Education, Anxiety Level.

Abstract

Seseorang yang pernah terserang penyakit jantng koroner (PJK) mempunyai kecenderungan lebih besar akan mengalami serangan ulang, terutama bila faktor risiko dapat diubah tidak ditanggulangi dengan baik sehingga banyak kejadian pasien masuk rumah sakit dengan riwayat sebelumnya PJK yang memerlukan perawatan lanjutan atau dengan kasus yang sama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap serangan ulang pada pasien penyakit jantung koroner. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskripsi analitik menggunakan prespektif Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Ruang ICU RS Muhammadiyah Gresik. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling, dimana didapatkan sebanyak 36 responden pada bulan Oktober 2016. Penelitian ini diambil menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi setelah itu ditabulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, usia dengan nilai α = 0.003 < 0.05, jenis kelamin α = 0.004 < 0.05, riwayat keluarga dengan nilai α = 0.004 < 0.05, hipertensi α = 0.001 < 0.05, merokok dengan nilai α = 0.001 < 0.05 maknanya ada huungan. Hai ni dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat keluarga, hipertensi dan merokok dengan kejadian serangan ulang PJK. Berdasarkan penelitian diharapkan masyarakat mampu meningkatkan pengendalian dalam pencegahan dan angka resiko serangan ulang PJK dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat keluarga, merokok, dan hipertensi merupakan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap serangan ulang PJK. Kata kunci : Usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat keluarga, hipertensi, merokok, serangan ulang PJK A person who ever had coronary heart disease (CHD) has a greater tendency to experience repeated attacks of CHD, especially when risk factors can be changed are not addressed properly, so many the incidence of patients admitted to hospital with a previous history of CHD who require further care or with the same case. The study design using the analytical description Cross Sectional perspective. This research was conducted in the ICU Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital. The sampling technique purposive sampling, which found as many as 36 respondents in October 2016. This study was taken using a questionnaire and observation sheet after it was tabulated and analyzed using Chi Square test with SPSS 16.0. This study showed that age with the value of α = 0.003< 0.05, sex α = 0.011

Abstract

ABSTRAKKayu bidara laut (Strychonas ligustrina Bl) merupakan salah satu tanaman tradisionalyang digunakan sebagai alternatif pengobatan bagi penderita diabetes. Namun, belumterbukti secara eksperimental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rebusankayu bidara laut (Strychonas ligustrina Bl) pada pengurangan kadar glukosa darah yangdiberikan pada tikus untuk menjadi anti diabetes dengan induksi aloksan.Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 hari dari tanggal 11 sampai dengan 13 Mei 2009, diLaboratorium Biokimia Ilmu Kedokteran, Universitas Airlangga Surabaya. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian eksperimental yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemungkinansebab akibat dengan memberikan perlakuan terhadap kelompok eksperimental dandibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah desain kelompok kontrol pretest dan post test.Penelitian ini melibatkan 35 ekor tikus putih (Ratus Norvegicus) jantan dewasa yangdipilih secara acak, berusia 3-4 bulan, dengan berat badan 150-200 gram. Semua tikusdiberikan diabetes dengan menyediakan 250 mg / kgBB aloksan intraperitoneal. Hewanhewanpercobaan dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok, masing-masing terdiri dari 7 ekor tikus.Kelompok 1 adalah kelompok kontrol negatif, hanya menerima 2 ml aquades. Kelompok 2menerima 10% rebusan kayu bidara laut. Kelompok 3 menerima 15% rebusan kayu bidaralaut, kelompok 4 mendapat 20%, dan kelompok 5 menerima 9 mg / kgBB metformin oral.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kadar glukosa darah dalam 3 jamsetelah diberikan rebusan kayu bidara laut 10% memiliki p <0,05, 15% memiliki p> 0,05,dan 20% memiliki p <0,05. Hasil uji Anova dan uji LSD menunjukkan bahwa kayu bidaralaut pada konsentrasi 10% sudah efektif untuk mengurangi kadar gula darah secarasignifikan. Pada kelompok kontrol positif, efek metformin dalam mengurangi kadarglukosa darah terjadi hanya 2 jam setelah perawatan. Berdasarkan uji regresi linear,peningkatan dosis kayu bidara laut tidak memiliki korelasi linear dengan efeknya dalammengurangi kadar glukosa darah. Umumnya peningkatan dosis harus berakibat padameningkatnya efek kayu bidara laut, tetapi pada kenyataannya semakin tinggi dosis,semakin rendah efek dari kayu bidara laut.Kata kunci : Kayu Bidara Laut (Strychonas ligustrina Bl), Aloksan, Glukosa Darah.ABSTRACTSea jujube (Strychonas ligustrina Bl) is one of the traditional plants known to beusable for alternative anti diabetics. However, it has not been proven experimentally. Thisstudy was aimed to find the effect of boiled sea jujube (Strychonas ligustrina Bl) on thereduction of blood glucose level in rats rendered to be diabetic by the inductionwith alloxan.The study was conducted during for 3 days from 11 up to May 13st, 2009, atBiochemistry Laboratory of Medical Science, Airlangga University of Surabaya. This wasan experimental study aimed to identify the possible causal relationship by providingtreatment to experiment group and compared the latter with control group. Design used inthis study was pretest and post test control group design. This study involved 35 randomly-selected male Rattus norvegicus rats, aged 2-3months, with body weight of 150-200 grams. All rats were rendered diabetic by providing250 mg/kgBW alloxan intraperitoneally. The experimental animals were divided into 5groups, each comprising 7 rats. Group 1 was negative control group, receiving only 2ml/oral distilled water. Group 2 comprised those receiving 10% boiled sea jujube.Group 3 received 15% boiled sea jujube, group 4 received 20%, and group 5 received 9mg/kgBW oral metformin.Resulted showed that the change of blood glucose level in 3 hour after 10% sea jujubeadministration had p < 0.05, 15% had p > 0.05, and 20% had p < 0.05. The resultedof anova and LSD test revealed that sea jujube in concentration of 10% had been effectiveto reduce blood glucose level significantly. In positive control group, the effectof metformin in reducing blood glucose level occurred only to 2 hours after treatment.Based on linear regression test, the increase of sea jujube doses has no linear correlationwith its effect in reducing blood glucose level. Increasing doses should have increased theeffect. The fact of, however, the higher the dose, the lower the effect of the sea jujube.Keywords : Sea Jujube (Strychonas ligustrina Bl), Alloxan, Blood Glucose.

Abstract

Pendahuluan:  Saat ini masih banyak keluhan yang dirasakan oleh pengguna pelayanan keperawatan baik di rumah sakit maupun di tempat pelayanan keperawatan lainnya. Jenis keluhannya adalah pernyataan ketidakpuasan terhadap pelayanan keperawatan yang diterima. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan  asuhan keperawatan berbasis caring  sebagai upaya meningkatkan  kepuasan perawat di RS Ibnu Sina Gresik. Metode: Desain penelitian    quasy experiment (“Pre-post test control group design”).Populasinya adalah semua perawat di RS Daerah Ibnu Sina  Gresik yang berjumlah 92 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak15 perawat kelompok perlakuan dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan Uji non parametrik Wilcoxon sign rank test dan Mann Withney Hasil dan Analisis:  Hasil penelitian menujukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan model asuhan keperawatan berbasis caring dengan kepuasan perawat pada kebutuhan rasa aman (p=0.015), kasih sayang (p=0.038), harga diri (p=0.031) dan aktualisasi diri (p=0.028) tetapi tidak pada kebutuhan  fisiologis (p=0.625) Kesimpulan: Kinerja dan kepuasan perawat pada penerapan asuhan keperawatan berbasis caring meningkat. Kata kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, Caring, Kepuasan Introduction: Currently there are still many complaints that are felt by users of nursing services both at the hospital and at other nursing services. The type of the complaint is a statement of dissatisfaction with the nursing service received. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the application of caring-based nursing care as an effort to improve nurse satisfaction in Ibnu Sina Gresik Hospital. Methods: Design of a quasy experiment ("Pre-post test control group design"). The population was all nurses at Ibnu Sina Gresik Regional Hospital, amounting to 92 nurses, with a sample of 15 nurses in the treatment group and 15 nurses in the control group. Purposive sampling technique. Analysis using non-parametric test Wilcoxon sign rank test and Withney Mann Results and Analysis: The results showed that there was a significant effect between the application of caring-based nursing care models and nurses' satisfaction on safety needs (p = 0.015), affection (p = 0.038) , self-esteem (p = 0.031) and self-actualization (p = 0.028) but not physiological needs (p = 0.625) Conclusion: The performance and satisfaction of nurses in the application of caring-based nursing care increased. Keywords:  Nursing, Caring, SatisfactionDOI: 10.5281/zenodo.2632039

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan harus melihat klien secara holistikuntuk memenuhi kebutuhan bio-psiko-sosial-spiritual. Perawat seringkalai kurang peduliterhadap kebutuhan spiritual klien. Perawat lebih cenderung peduli terhadap aspekfisiologis daripada pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual klien. Hal ini disebabkan olehpemahaman perawat yang kurang tentang aspek spiritual klien untuk proses penyembuhanklien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pengetahuan dansikap perawat dalam klien spiritual kebutuhan pemenuhan dengan implementasikeperawatan karena krisis ilness / penderitaan / kematian.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam diteliti ini adalah cross sectional.Populasi adalah perawat yang bekerja di ruang operasi dan interna di RSIA PusuraTegalsari. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Jumlah responden yangmemenuhi syarat kriteria inklusi sebanyak 24 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengankuesioner dan dilakukan analisis statistik dengan menggunakan korelasi Spearman rhopemeriksaan dengan  = 0,05.Berdasarkan korelasi pemeriksaan yang mendapat nilai p = 0,000  0,05 yangberarti Ho ditolak atau ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap perawat dalam klienspiritual kebutuhan pemenuhan dengan implementasi keperawatan krisis penyakit.Perawat perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap mereka dalam memenuhikebutuhan spiritual klien dengan implementasi keperawatan illnes crisis.Kata kunci: pengetahuan Perawat, sikap perawat, diperlukan pemenuhan Spiritual,pelaksanaan Keperawatan krisis penyakit.ABSTRACTNurse in the giving nursing care see client holistically that having bio-psychosocial-spiritual need. But, actually nurse who less care client spiritual need. Nurse moretends care current aspect than client spiritual need fulfillment. This is caused by lack ofnurse understanding about client spiritual aspect and advantage to healthy and illnesshealing. This purpose of this research was to identify whether there are relationshipbetween knowledge and nurse attitude in the client spiritual need fulfillment with nursingimplementation because of ilness crisis/suffering/death.Researched method that used in this researched was cross sectional method. Thepopulation was nurse who worked was the surgery room and interna in RSIA PusuraTegalsari. Sampling technique was total sampling. Total sampling that was 24 respondentsthat qualify inclusion criteria. Data was collected with quesioner and done statisticalanalysis using correlation examination Spearman rho with  = 0.05.Based on correlation examination that got p value = 0,000  0,05 that means Howas refused or there were relationship between knowledge and nurse attitude in the clientspiritual need fulfillment with nursing implementation of illness crisis. Abstract

ABSTRAKStres merupakan suatu keadaan yang disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan individuterhadap tuntutan internal maupun eksternal stimulus yang dapat membahayakanpenyesuaian diri terhadap situasi. Adanya stres dalam menghadapi ujian mengakibatkanperubahan istirahat dan tidur yang berbeda pada setiap mahasiswa. Masih banyakditemukan mahasiswa yang mengalami gangguan pola tidur saat menghadapi ujian seperti:sulit memulai tidur, lingkungan ramai, dan jumlah jam tidur (kurang dari kebutuhan).Namun hubungan stres dalam menghadapi ujian akhir semester dengan pola tidur belumdapat dijelaskan.Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Cross sectional, dengan teknik purposivesampling. Sampel diambil sebanyak 52 responden. Variabel independen adalah stres danvariabel dependen adalah perubahan pola tidur. Data diambil dengan menggunakankuesioner.Hasil uji statistik korelasi spearmans rank didapatkan hasil ρ=0,02 yang berarti adahubungan stres dalam menghadapi ujian akhir semester dengan pola tidur mahasiswa ProdiS1 Keperawatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya, dengan r= 0,418 yang berartitingkat hubungan cukup.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan penanggulangancara menghadapi stres dengan membuat suatu kebiasaan positif dengan menghindari suatuperubahan yang berlebihan.Kata kunci: Stres Ujian Akhir, Pola tidur, Mahasiswa Program Studi KeperawatanABSTRACTStress was a condition caused by the inability of the individual to the demands ofinternal and external stimulus that can harm the adaptation to the situation. The stress offinal exam caused change sleep pattern and different on each student. There are still manystudents who experience disruption in sleep patterns when facing exams such as: hardstart sleeping, crowded environment, and the number of hours of sleep (less thanrequirement). However, the relationship of stress in dealing with final exams with sleeppatterns can not be explained.This study design used cross sectional, with purposive sampling technique. Sampleswere taken as many as 52 respondents. The independent variable was stress and thedependent variable was the change in sleep patterns. Data colleted using a questionnaire.The results of statistical test spearmans rank correlation result obtained ρ= 0.02,which means that there was a relationship of stress dealing in final exams with sleeppatterns student of Nursing Program Study Muhammadiyah Surabaya, and r= 0.418,which means the level of relationship is Enough.This study is expected to increase the knowledge and control of stress by creating apositive habit to avoid an excessive change.Keywords: Stress of final exam, Sleep patterns, Student of Nursing Program Study

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) adalah semua perilaku kesehatan yang dilakukan atas kesadaran sehingga anggota keluarga atau keluarga dapat menolong dirinya sendiri di bidang kesehatan dan berperan aktif dalam kegiatan-kegiatan kesehatan di masyarakat. Bila hal ini tidak dilakukan maka akan berdampak pada anggota keluarga menjadi tidak sehat dan mudah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan hubungan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) ibu dengan kejadian diare pada balita.Desain penelitian ini menggunakan case control design dengan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 25 responden. Variabel indepen dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) dan variabel dependennya adalah diare pada balita. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan rekam medis dari dokter di Puskesmas Sangkapura Bawean.Hasil uji statistik Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa PHBS ibu (α hitung ) = 0,004 (p< 0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan PHBS ibu dengan kejadian diare pada balita.PHBS ibu berguna untuk menjaga anggota keluarga agar sehat dan tidak mudah sakit serta peran petugas kesehatan diperlukan untuk melakukan health education agar anggota keluarga dapat melakukan PHBS secara mandiri.Kata kunci : Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) ibu, diare pada balita ABSTRACT Hygienic and healthy behavior is all healthy behavior which done consciously by all family members. It may help their self to maintain health and actively participate in health-related activities in the community. If the behavior is not done, it will have an impact on family members become unhealthy and sick. The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship of mother hygienic and healthy behavior with the incidence of diarrhea in infants.This study used case control design with purposive sampling which the samples were 25 respondents. The independent variable was mother hygienic and healthy behavior and the dependent variable was infant diarrhea. The data was taken by questionnaires and medical records of Puskesmas Sangkapura Bawean.The results of statistical tests Mann-Whitney showed mother hygienic and healthy behavior (α count)=0.004 (p< 0,05) means that there was a correlation between mother hygienic and healthy behavior with incident of diarrhea in infant.Mother hygienic and healthy behavior is needed to maintan family member to be health and also health worker is needed to provide health education for community so that they could do hygienic and healthy life style. Keywords: Mother hygienic and healthy behavior, incident of diarrhea in infant.DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.1405569

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyembuhan luka adalah proses yang kompleks dan dinamis mengembalikan anatomi kontinuitas dan fungsi. Mempercepat proses penyembuhan dalam perawatan luka menggunakan bahan tambahan seperti betadine, normal Salin, H2O2. Penelitian ini membandingkan efektivitas povidone iodine 10% (betadine), Piper Bettle L dalam mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka bersih itu.Desain penelitian True Experiment dengan desain kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest dan dilakukan dengan metode simple random. Sebanyak 27 sampel dibagi dalam 3 kelompok: (1) luka bersih kelompok perawatan dengan Piper betle L, (2) kelompok perawatan luka bersih dengan betadine, (3) kelompok kontrol. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji anova.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan percepatan penyembuhan luka bersih dengan nilai signifikan (F hitung (18,366)> F tabel (5,61), p <0,001). BNT, LSD dan Tukey HSD tes menunjukkan bahwa bersih penyembuhan luka percepatan pada satu kelompok sama dengan kelompok dua (p = 0,729), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol bersih luka percepatan penyembuhan benar-benar perbedaan dengan kelompok satu (p = 0,000) dan dua ( p = 0,000).Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk membersihkan perawatan luka dengan menggunakan Piper Bettle L (daun sirih) dan betadine dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka bersih. Kata kunci: Luka Bersih, Piper betle L, Povidone iodine 10% (betadine) ABSTRACT Wound healing is a complex and dynamic process as bring back the continuity anatomy and function. To quicken the healing process in wound care used additional substance such as betadine, Normal Salin, H2O2. However, using that substance is still controversial. This research to compare the effectiveness of povidone iodine 10% (betadine), Piper Bettle L in quickening clean wound’s healing process. True experiment study with pretest-posttest control group design system and conducted with simple random methode. 27 sample is divided in 3 groups : (1) clean wound care group with Piper Betle L, (2) clean wound care group with betadine, (3) control group. Data were analyzed by using One way anova test shows clean wound healing acceleration significantly (F count (18.366) > F tables (5.61), p < 0.001). BNT, LSD and Tukey HSD test indicated that clean wound healing acceleration at group one is equal to group two (p=0.729), while in the control group clean wound healing acceleration is really difference with group one (p=0.000) and two (p=0.000). Further studies are recommended to clean wound care using piper betle L and betadine can quicken clean wound healing process. Keywords : Clean Wound, Piper Betle L, Povidone iodine 10% (betadine)
