Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana tingkat optimasi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi luas lahan, tenaga kerja, modal, sarana produksi (bibit, pupuk, obat-obatan) usahatani kentang di daerah penelitian, mengetahui pendapatan petani kentang di daerah penelitian, serta mengetahui kelayakan usahatani kentang di daerah penelitian. Metode penentuan daerah penelitian dilakukan secara “purposive” yaitu Nagori Purbatua Baru, Kecamatan Pematang Silimakuta, Kabupaten Simalungun. Dasar pemilihan daerah penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan potensi wilayah sebagai sentra produksi kentang. Disamping itu  kentang  merupakan sumber mata pencaharian di daerah penelitian. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 32 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi pada usahatani kentang luas lahan, tenaga kerja, benih, pupuk Urea, pupukTSP, pupuk KCl, pupukNPK, pestisida Victori, pestisida Wendri, pestisida Curacron, pestisida Confidor, peralatan pompa dan ember melebihi optimal, sehingga perlu dilakukan penggunaan luas lahan milik sendiri, pengurangan tenaga kerja, pengurangan pupuk dan pestisida, serta pengurangan penggunaan peralatan pompa dan ember, sehingga biaya produksi dapat dikurangi. Sedangkan peralatan goni belum optimal. Besarnya pendapatan usahatani wortel sebesar Rp. 22.558.310.83pertani atau Rp. 37.421.483,78 perhektar permusim tanam. Nilai OIR usahatani kentang di daerah penelitian adalah sebesar 2,76,  hal ini menunjukkan bahwa usahatani kentang tersebut layak. Kata kunci : Faktor Produksi, Optimasi, Pendapatan, OIR

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the amount of costs, income, and revenue from the cultivation and marketing of white oyster mushroom. The purposive sampling method was used for area determination. The sampling of white oyster mushroom farmers as respondents was carried out by census. Snowball technique was used for marketing institutions. The total respondents in this research were 34, consisting of 15 farmers, 5 collecting merchants, 4 retailers, and 10 end consumers. The analysis used was the cost analysis, revenue and income, marketing margin, farmer’s share and marketing efficiency. The results of this research are: the production cost in one peroid is Rp. 8.006.500; while farmer’s income is Rp. 16,588,800 per peroid; and the revenue received by the farmers is Rp. 8,880,900 per peroid. There are three types of marketing channels: Marketing Channel I, farmers directly sell to the consumers; Marketing Channel II, farmers sell via retailers, and subsequently continued toend consumers; Marketing Channel III, farmers sell to collecting merchants, and subsequently continued to retailers and end consumers. In Marketing Channel I, the farmers have a share value of 100%. In Marketing Channel II, the margin value is Rp. 2.100/kg, the total profit gained is Rp. 1.276/kg, with farmer’s share is 87.27%. Meanwhile, on Marketing Channel III, the margin value is Rp. 3.700/kg, with a profit gained of Rp. 2.086/kg, and the farmer’s share is 77.58%. The efficiency level in collecting merchants is 9.8%, and retailers at 4.5%. Abstract

Cassava is one of the national prime commodities but its development has some obstacles, especially in marketing. The aims of this research were 1) to know the channels and its marketing efficiency, and 2) to know the need of developing the cassava trading system that benefits the farmers. The respondents are 30 farmers and traders in Wonogiri Regency. The results showed there were 3 marketing channels of cassava, channel 1 : farmers → mocaf processed flour companies → food companies → retailers → consumers; channel 2 : farmers → collecting traders → mocaf processed flour companies → food companies → retailers → consumers; and channel 3: farmers → retailers → consumers. The most efficient and profitable marketing is the farmers sell cassava to mocaf processed flour companies. Problems in marketing cassava include defective easily products, seasonal production, cassava prices at farmers is low and the benefits of marketing traders are huge. To improve the farmers' efforts, its need government policy to support through extensification and intensification, incentive policy on cassava pricing at farmer level (floor price), and farmer group empowerment (assistance of processed products, equipment aid and establish marketing institution).

Abstract

This research  aimed  to know the influence  of  satisfaction and trust to the  customer loyality in  PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Logo Karo Asri Berastagi.   Population of this research is about 1881Bof people and to be taken about 95 of people to become sample.Technique of collecting data which is used is by questioner that by doing sharing questioner to respondent. Technique of analyzing data which is used is Multiple Linier Regression. The result of this research showed that partially, satisfaction and trust influence to the customer loyality in PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Logo Karo Asri Berastagi. Simultaneously,satisfaction and trust also to the customer loyality in PT. Bank Perkreditan Logo Karo Asri Berastagi.Adjusted R Squere amount to 0,500 which mean  50 %  customer loyality in PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Logo Karo Asri Berastagi was influence by satisfaction and trust while the residual 50% was influence by the other factors. Keywords : Satisfaction,trust, loyality

Abstract

This study aims to see the condition of capture fisheries and to know the factors that affect the production of capture fisheries in the city of Sibolga. The method used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the number of fishermen, the number of fishing boats, the number of fishing equipment, the number of fish landing bases, the number of fish drying industries simultaneously significantly affect the production of catch fish while partially only the number of fish landing bases affecting the production of catch fish in City of Sibolga.Keywords: production of capture fishery, Multiple Regression Analysis
