Abstract

The objective of the research is to improve speaking skill of English House Course students through English camp strategy. This was an pre-experimental research using one group on pre-test and post-test design, the population of this research was the students of English House Course which has 80 students. Because the total number of the population was big enough, the researcher took 20 samples and applied random sampling technique; it means that one class of the population were taken as samples and the data was analyzed into percentage, mean score analyzes and the value of the t-test. The result of the data analyzes shows that the students’ achievement on the pre-test was 71,7 and post-test was 86,1. This shows that English camp is a good strategy in English learning process at the students of English House Course Maroangin. After analyzing the data by using the t-test formula, the result of the t-test value (11,86) was greater than t-table value (2,093). This indicated that the hypothesis of research is accepted. There is a significant Influence of English camp program towards the students’ achievement in English learning process. The researcher does English camp in English House Course Maroangin Kabupaten Enrekang for five days and it gives positive effect of students’ skill in speaking. All item of learning achievement able to improve the students’ speaking skill.

Abstract

This study was quasi-experimental research that aimed to know the biological learning achievement of students in heredity matter learned by applying IMPROVE instructional method and expository instructional method at grade IX MTsN 2 Majene. This study used a pretest-posttest non-equivalent comparison groups design. The population of this study was all of grade IX MTsN 2 Majene consist of five class. The sample of this study were students of grade IX.A MTsN 2 Majene learned by applying IMPROVE instructional method that was consisting of 22 people and students of grade IX.B MTsN 2 Majene learned by applying expository instructional method that was consisting of 22 people. The data collection techniques in this study used instruments that consist of learning achievement test in multiple-choice, completion test, and true-false form. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistics analysis and inferential statistics analysis with t-test. According to this study analysis can be concluded that (1) Biological learning achievement of students in heredity matter learned by applying IMPROVE instructional method at class IX MTsN 2 Majene had good category; (2) Biological learning achievement of students in heredity matter learned by applying expository instructional method at class IX MTsN 2 Majene had good category; (3) There was no the difference of biology learning achievement of students in heredity matter were learned by applying IMPROVE instructional method and expository instructional method at grade IX MTsN 2 Majene.

Abstract

IPA yang dipelajari di sekolah tidak hanya berupa kumpulan fakta tetapi juga proses perolehan fakta yang didasarkan pada kemampuan menggunakan pengetahuan dari masing-masing siswa, termasuk siswa inklusi slow learner (lambat belajar) adalah siswa yang digabung bersama siswa lainnya di dalam kelas untuk belajar bersama. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis lebih dalam untuk mencari tahu penyebab serta faktor yang memengaruhi sulitnya belajar siswa inklusi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan model studi kasus melalui pendekatan analisa data Miles, Huberman, Saldana dengan menggunakan teknik validasi (triangulasi) sumber data dengan sumber data yang lain diperoleh hasil bahwa penyebab sulitnya belajar siswa inklusi slow learner karena mereka memiliki rentang konsentrasi kurang/waktu reaksi lambat, pengarahan diri yang terbatas, ketidakmampuan menganalisis, menyelesaikan masalah. Untuk itu perlu penambahan jam belajar atau mengulang pelajaran pada KD yang belum tuntas Sementara faktor yang menjadi penyebab siswa inklusi sulit menangkap pembelajaran di sekolah dibagi menjadi dua yaitu faktor internal yaitu faktor karena anak ini mengalami gangguan pemusatan perhatian, meliputi persepsi visual (proses pemahaman terhadap objek yang dilihat), proses pemahaman terhadap objek yang didengar, proses pemahaman terhadap objek yang diraba dan digerakkan dan faktor eksternal (yang berasal dari luar anak), seperti faktor lingkungan keluarga, budaya, fasilitas atau makanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dan mengetahui pengaruh kelas gabungan antar tingkatan (combined grade) melalui metode role playing terhadap hasil praktek fungsi navigasi bagi taruna/i program studi Nautika angkatan II dan IV di Politeknik Pelayaran Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasy exsperiment. Data diperoleh melalui Comprehensive Assessment (Function 1. Navigation at The Operational Level) sesuai dengan STCW 78 as Amandement (Regulation A-II/2). Sebanyak 36 taruna/i Program studi Nautika angkatan II dan IVyang di ambil secara acak sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil analisis data dengan uji-t (t-test) pada post test menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai hasil belajar praktek fungsi navigasi kelompok gabungan antar tingkatan/angkatan (combine grades) dengan kelompok per angkatan melalui metode role playing. Ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata – rata peningkatan tes awal dan tes akhir kelas gabungan yaitu 5,67. Sedangkan, nilai rata – rata peningkatan kelas kontrol angkatan II sebesar 1,25 dannilai rata – rata angkatan IV sebesar 1,00. Dengan demikian,strategi kelompok gabungan antar angkatan (combine grade)menggunakanmetode Role Playing lebih efektif dan efisien dalam peningkatan perolehan hasil belajar praktek dibandingkan pembelajaran praktek menggunakan kelompok homogen (single grade) atau kelompok per angkatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis e-learning dalam pembelajaran evolusi mahasiswa pendidikan biologi selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi pustaka (library research). Sumber data berasal dari jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi, buku dan sumber relevan lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menelusuri jurnal dan buku yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan metakognitif mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran e-learning selama Covid-19 berjalan dengan efektif dalam pembelajaran evolusi dan memberikan kemudahan kepada mahasiswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran.

Abstract

AbstractEducation is currently still one of the most interesting topics to discuss, an education can be considered successful if it can produce generations that are ready to jump in and develop in society. This can be obtained by providing appropriate learning to students, one of which is by using the inquiry-discovery approach. Learning is very important to accelerate the understanding and skills of students, in this case an appropriate learning model is needed. In line with that, the discovery-inquiry learning model is a suitable model to be applied in learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah with the aim of implementing a more optimal learning. For the sake of creating Islamic character and full of courtesy, it is necessary to instill in children who can start early, namely by providing an understanding of morals through the Akidah Akhlah subject. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media animasi berkarakter islami terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Ilmu pengetahuan bumi dan antariksa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experimental dengan desain penelitian ini adalah the posstest only design with nonequivalent group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester V Tadris Fisika UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh, dikarenakan semester V hanya berjumlah berjumlah dua kelas. Instrumen yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini berupa tes soal objektif. Analisi data menggunakan teknik uji ttest. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai - ttabel ≤ thitung ≤ + ttabel yaitu 2,10 ≤ 6,87 ≥ + 2,10, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05, maka dapat dinyatkan terdapat pengaruh yang lebih baik hasil belajar mahasiswa menggunakan media animasi berkarakter islami dibanding dengan media animasi tanpa karakter islami. Hasil penelitian dilanjutkan uji koreslasi (Uji phi (Φ)), dimana dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai rtabel ≤ rhitung dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 yaitu 0,304 ≤ 0,0,782 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media animasi berkarakter islami memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasi belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

The aim of this study is describing history and development Islamic boarding schools, madrasa and integrated Islamic school. This research is descriptive-analytic literature research. Research concludes that Islam can be developing and be accepted by Indonesian society through existence an institution that pioneered by the scholars and character education that has spirit religion, development institution education experience install it recede in his journey. Proven by existence effort positive for developing institution Islamic education and shade Ministry of Education and Culture. Since the madrasa was developed together with the emergence of the Islamic reform movement in Indonesia, the madrasa curriculum has always been done the renovation. Initially, the madrasa curriculum only consisted of religious knowledge than experience innovation corresponding with demands the times. Effort massive do by the Ministry of Religion in developing Islamic education institutions. so as Ministry Education and Culture give away opportunity for Integrated Islamic School for designing curriculum education for meet National Education Standards.

Abstract

The goal of research Implementation of Teaching and Learning Strategies in Early Childhood Education is a Government program in an effort to improve the quality of human resources with the development of long-term investment through education activities as early as possible. Fundamentally, the Indonesian government has listed this program, as outlined in the Medium Term Strategic .Related to that, this research is aimed to see how far the effectiveness and efficiency of the process of implementing the activity specifically in the area of study. As an effort to improve the implementation of the form of activities of Early Childhood Education Implementation, the implementation process is carried out in order to obtain information as big as possible and high relevance, thus forming a focused discussion and sharpen the discussion undertaken. The problem of implementation of the strategy that runs systematically and projected is measured on the basis of the process of implementation and scope of activities in the implementation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan pendidikan dimasa pandemic, karena pada permulaan tahun 2020 diseluruh dunia digemparkan dengan kejadian besar yaitu penyakit menular yang sangat mematikan, penyakit tersebut dinamakan Virus Corona (Covid-19) yang membuat kepanikan dimana-mana karena penyebarannya yang begitu cepat. Penyakit menular ini diluar prediksi banyak orang. Oleh sebab itu, di masa pandemi ini memberikan banyak perubahan kepada aspek kehidupan. Karena sekarang, seluruh sektor tersebut banyak yang terpengaruh, terdampak dan menghambat berbagai kegiatan terutama pada bidang pendidikan. Sampai para pemimpin pendidikanpun merespon dengan di haruskannya memindahkan aktivitas pendidikan tersebut secara online. Dalam permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat ini, maka artikel ini menyoroti tentang kepemimpinan pendidikan dimasa pandemi covid-19 dengan melewati tahapan-tahapan yaitu: 1) apa kepemimpinan pendidikan, 2) bagaimana fungsi dan gaya kepemimpinan pendidikan, 3) bagaimana dampak positif dan dampak negatif kepemimpinan pendidikan dimasa pandemi. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif karena penelitian deskriptif ini merupakan penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang status suatu tanda-tanda yang ada menggunakan keadaan tanda-tanda yang apa adanya dalam waktu penelitian yang dilakukan, baik secara faktual dan seksama tentang fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat dan interaksi antar kenyataan yang diselidiki.
