Abstract

As everyone knows, information is one of the important resources that is needed by company management in making decisions. To obtain this information, we need a system that can interpret data into information that is very useful what is called an information system. This information system can make a major contribution to the business value of a company by not only increasing profits but also company productivity. To be able to face the challenges of business and the era of globalization, information systems become the best solution for executives and decision makers to help them in the process of growing and developing companies. One of the most popular information systems is the ICBS (Integrated Computerized Banking System) that has been used by Bank Danamon. By implementing ICBS, Bank Danamon can obtain higher business value so that it can make the company compete in a more competitive business era.This study used descriptive qualitative method.

Abstract

Every business entity really needs employee grit which is reflected in its persistence and enthusiasm to achieve long-term goals which are demonstrated through hard work in facing challenges, sustaining business and interests for years despite the failure, resilience, and difficulties in achieving it. But in reality the grit of the employees is still relatively limited. One reliable factor for developing grit is talent management. This research was conducted to analyze the employee grit development based talent management grit. The study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data obtained through literature review and analyzed descriptive-qualitatively. The results showed that talent management is very necessary to develop employee grit, so companies need to schedule more intense talent management so that employee grit grows optimally.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Transmisi Jawa Bagian Tengah  memiliki tema strategis yaitu keandalan penyaluran dengan realisasinya berupa ruang lingkup Key Pefomance Indicator (KPI): Transmission Line Outage Duration, Transformer Outage Duration, Transmision Line Outage Frequency, Transformer Outage Frequency. Didalam perwujudan KPI tersebut salah satunya melalui KPI  Perspektif SDM yaitu Human Capital Readiness (HCR). Pegawai Fungsi Jaringan dan Gardu Induk adalah Pegawai yang memiliki dampak terbesar dalam pencapaian KPI HCR terkait tema strategis keandalan penyaluran. Pelatihan Pengoperasian Gardu Induk merupakan salah satu pemenuhan competency profile pada KPI HCR dan termasuk kedalam Program Percepatan Kompetensi Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi peserta pelatihan di tingkat reaksi dan tingkat perilaku, menganalisis gap di tingkat pembelajaran pada penilaian pre test dengan penilaian post test dan menganalisis gap di tingkat perilaku dan tingkat hasil pada level supervisor dengan penilaian self assessment. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis Deskriptif, Kirkpatrick Model, Analisis Gap dan Uji t adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian yaitu peserta merasa sangat puas terhadap pelatihan yang diselenggarakan dan kesenjangan terbesar negatif terdapat pada indikator pemeliharaan proteksi gardu induk, fungsi peralatan pemakaian sendiri dan analisa gangguan awal gardu induk.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi pembiayaan salam dengan pendekatan hybird contract untuk mendukung bisnis pertanian.Jenis penelitian ini adalah konstruktif kualitatif. Analisa data yang digunakan mengikuti konsep yang diberikan Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan salam bil wakalah adalah salah satu konsep inovasi dari produk pembiayaan salam, secara global inovasi pembiayaan salam ini sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Di dalam prinsip-prinsip Islam melarang adanya bunga, spekulasi yang disengaja, ketidakjelasan dan manipulatif dalam transaksi. Pembiayaan salam bil wakalah ini masih perlu dibedah secara rinci tentang skema dan langkah-langkah sebelum atau setelah perjanjian kontrak, jadi jika berbeda dengan standar kontrak pembiayaan salam yang diatur dalam fatwa DSN-MUI, maka harus dibedah secara detail, apakah ada unsur riba, gharar, dan maysir

Abstract

The aims of this study is the level of customer participation in terms of the dimensions of trust to participation Rental Rental Services on Wulan Car Rental Customers. If there is a positive significant relationship, then there is a large influence trust in the participation of rental service customers. The research method is a survey with interaction and regression analysis techniques to determine the relationship between variables. The sample used as the object of research was 75 customers who used rental services in the Wulan rent car. The meeting was conducted by asking for a questionnaire from the Wulan rent customers. The instrument contains indicators of trust dimensions, there are capability, virtue, and integrity, as well as participation which are elaborated on questions that meet the Likert Scale. Validity test by using the product moment inspection technique with the result that all items of the questionnaire have a corrected value of the total correction item of more than r-table of 0.1914 so that 13 items of the questionnaire are suitable for use in research instruments. Reliability test using the value of Conbarch's alpha is 0.896. It means that 13 items of questionnaire are good categorized and can be a criterion in the research instrument. The conclusion is related to the variables of ability, virtue, and integrity that are significant to the participation of rental services in the Wulan rent car, there is no significant effect on the ability and benevolence of the variables on the participation of rental services in the rental car. There is a significant integrity variable to the participation of the car rental in wulan car rental, and the most dominant variable of this study is integrity with t-value of 3.203.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of education funds, health funds, and labor funds on regional income partially and simultaneously. The analysis uses panel data with multiple regression models or multiple regression. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained in ready-made form from www.djpk.depkeu.go.id and www.bps.go.id. The data obtained are data in annual form for each variable. The research period is data from 2013 to 2018. The results of this study indicate that the health fund variable has a partial effect on gross domestic product. While the variable education funding and employment absorption does not have a partial effect on gross domestic product. The results of simultaneous panel data regression, the results of the F test show that the three independent variables namely education funds, health funds and absorption of labor funds simultaneously influence the gross regional domestic product (GRDP).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of private education services and their impact on student satisfaction in Jember Regency. The research location is at the private collegesin Jember Regency. This research is a quantitative study using data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses Double Sampling, namely purposive sampling, and simple random sampling, with a total sample of 140 respondents obtained from the calculation of 6 variables with a total indicator of 22 multiplied by 6. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Latent Variables so that it can be seen the level of student satisfaction with the services of the private colleges in Jember Regency. The results showed that the variable of empathy had an effect on student satisfaction at the private tertiary institution in Jember Regency. While the other four variables namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and guarantee had no effect on student satisfaction at the private colleges in Jember Regency.
