Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana, yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari, Mei, dan September yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi manajemen produksi dan operasional, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan berbagai hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat , yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of customer relationship management (CRM) consists of three independent variables: communication, commitment and quality of service towards customers' satisfaction at PT Indomobil Trada (Nissan) Radin Inten. This research is associative research with quantitative approach is done by using survey method through the distribution of a questionnaire to 120 respondents were selected using a non-probability sampling techniques. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with stepwise method. The research results showed that all the independent variables of the customer relationship management (CRM) have a positive and significant influence towards customer satisfaction. From the results of this research are expected to increase the company's customer relationship management with increasing commitment, communication and quality of service, so that it can increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The CAMELS method in this study is used to analyze and evaluate the financial performance of state-owned banks in Indonesia and is regulated in Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 6/10 / PBI / 2004 concerning the Rating System for Commercial Banks and Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 9/1 / PBI / 2007 concerning Rating System Health of Commercial Banks Based on Sharia Principles. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that from the four state-owned banks studied are Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI and BTN, after 2008 financial crisis (2009-2016), the best bank health owned by Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), it is shown by the value of CAMELS ratio on all indicators used always are in a position to follow the limits set by Bank Indonesia. While the weakest bank soundness is shown by the State Savings Bank (BTN) with the value of NPM ratio under the terms and LDR above the provisions of Bank Indonesia for healthy predicate and it also has the highest level of risk among the other three banks.

Abstract

Credit management is an act of managing credit by bank, consisting every stage of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that the credit itself can be absorbed by the market, while it is still in alignment with regulations. Hence it can be major source of income for the banks. Within planning stage, bank should consider all aspects that can affect plan formulation, such as fund structuring, laws and regulations on reserve requirement, legal lending limit, loan to deposit ratio, and other laws and regulations related to credit funding and banking activities. This paper will discuss several approaches on credit funding and also several quanitative methodes for determining credit volume and alocation. These quantitative methods will give us value of credit that will be marketed on certain period.

Abstract

Bastard Clothing is a home industry that is also used as a brand or brand T-shirt distro that began to appear in early 2015. Promotion of the right target and good product quality greatly affect the community (consumers) in making the purchase of these products. Product quality greatly affects consumer purchasing decisions on a product, a good product in terms of quality or price will not be easy to compete if it is wrong in doing promotional activities. This study aims to analyze the contribution of simultaneous between product quality and promotion to purchase decision, analyze the partial contribution between product quality to a decision of purchasing and analyze the contribution of partially between promotion to purchasing. Samples in this research counted 44 respondents. The analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that promotion and product quality simultaneously have a significant contribution on purchasing decisions, which means that the more attractive promotions made by companies and products offered quality can improve purchasing decisions. Product quality affects purchasing decisions, it indicates that the more quality products offered to consumers can improve purchasing decisions. Promotion contribution purchasing decisions, indicating that the more companies promotion can improve purchasing decisions

Abstract

In investing, investors should be able to determine what investment goals will be done. The investment decision in question is the decision to buy, sell, or retain ownership of shares. This study aims to analyze the effect simultaneously between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Price, analyze partially influence between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Stock Price and Analyze the partial influence between Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Price and to analyze the partial influence between Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Price at PT MEDCO ENERGI INTERNASIONAL Tbk in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The result of research shows that the relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) to stock price is very strong and positive, partially closeness relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to the stock price is very strong and positive. Partially it can be seen that the closeness of relationship between Net Profit Margin (NPM) to stock price is low and positive, and partially closeness relationship between Earning Per Share (EPS) The stock is moderate and positive

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and obtain empirical evidence about the direct and indirect effects of training and competence together to employees performance in PT. Cipta Krida Bahari. This study uses an explanatory approach Analysis and Descriptive Analysis, which aims to determine the effect of independent and dependent variables. Furthermore, the present invention will be described, by observation and research and describe the nature or the events ongoing at the time of the study and examine the causes of the symptoms. In this study examines the influence of variables of training, competence and motivation, simultaneously or partially on employee performance. The benefits of this research is that companies in improving the performance of employees through training programs, attention to improving the competence of employees, increase employee motivation, and in turn can help in improving the work (performance) of each individual employee. The results showed simultaneously and partially variable training and competency positive effect on employee motivation and improve employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers

Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of Effect of Climate Organization and Competence Againt Employee PT. Hutama Karya ". The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0
