Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of mutation, compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra   Solok Area. Type of research is causative. The population in this study were all employees at PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. Sampling based on Proportional Stratisfied Random Sampling. Analysis of data used path analysis and hypothesis testing using the F and  t test. Results of this study indicate that (1) mutation have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. (2) compensation had a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. (3) work motivation have a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. (4) mutation and compensation have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok area indirectly through the variables of work motivation as an intervening variable, but the effect is smaller than the direct effect. From the research, it appears that the variable mutation have a greater influence than the variable compensation and work motivation. The next variable compensation have compared the effects of biggest than variable work motivation, and the variable that has the smallest effect in this study is the work motivation variables. So it can be interpreted variable mutation has a very important influence in improving employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the influence of reward toward working motivation of the civil servant at KPU (Election Commission) in Tanah Datar regency, and the influence of reward and working motivation toward working satisfactory of the civil servant at KPU in Tanah Datar regency. Population of this research are all of the civil servants at KPU in Tanah Datar regency.  There are 55 person.  Sample of this research were taken by using Proportional Cluster Random Sampling.  The researcher took 49 person. Data were analyzed by using Line Analysis and supported by SPSS program (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).  The result of this research shows that: 1) reward has significant influence toward working motivation of the civil servants at KPU in Tanah Datar regency, and 2) reward and working motivation have significant influence toward working satisfactory of the civil servants at KPU in Tanah Datar regency.  It is suggested to the leader of KPU in Tanah Datar regency to be able to manage  as well as possible the system of distributing rewards, giving respectation orally or written to the civil servant who has good reputation in their work, giving reward to the civil servant who has good reputation in their work, giving extra income to the civil servant along their work.  Furthermore, the leader is also expected to be always motivating their staff to be diligent in working, to be serious in giving motivation in working.  This way can be apllied by giving reward and punishment toward the civil servants.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, price, place and Patient Care Against Decision To Conduct Examination In Clinical Laboratory Faithful Labora Payakumbuh. This type of research is causative, where the research was to analyze the effect of one variable with another variable. As the population in the study were patients who came to the laboratory examination Clinical Laboratory Labora Faithful. The research sample was taken with accidental sampling technique. The sample size was determined using the formula of Cooper and Emory. In this study, the sample size was 94 patients for the study comprised of 51 men and 42 women .. Research data sourced from primary data obtained from questionnaires submitted to respondent. Data analysis techniques using descriptive and inductive analysis through regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test at α = 0.05. The results showed that: (1) Product Variables significantly influence the decision to choose the laboratory to examine the sig = 0.022 (2) Variable price significantly influence the decision to choose the laboratory to examine the sig = 0.001. (3) The variables significantly influence the decision to choose the laboratory for examination with variable sig = 0.009 and significant service to the patient's decision in choosing a laboratory to conduct spot checks with sig = 0.024. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of leadership on organizational culture, 2) the effect of leadership on employee commitment, 3) the influence of organizational culture on employee commitment, 4) The effect of leadership on employee performance, 5) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance , 6) Effect of work commitment on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees of the Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya totaling 63 people. The sampling method is proportional stratified random sampling. The number of samples is 54 employees. Data analysis techniques to test the hypothesis of the study was the analysis of line with kaedah kaedah test used was the F test and t test. The results of the study found that: 1) Leadership significant positive impact on organizational culture and Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. 2) Leadership significant positive impact on employee commitment Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. 3) Organizational culture have a significant positive impact on employee commitment Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. 4) Leadership significant positive effect on the performance of Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. 5) organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. 6) Commitment work significantly positive effect on employee performance Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of product, price , and distribution to the purchasing decision Syempana cake rise in the city of Pekanbaru and specifically to determine ( 1 ) The effect of the product on purchase decision , ( 2 ) The effect of price on purchase decisions ( 3 ) Effect of distribution to the purchasing decision . This research is a descriptive study . The population in this study are all potential consumers Syempana cake rise in the city of Pekanbaru . The sampling technique was accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 people . The technique of data analysis using logistic regression analysis . The results showed that ( 1 ) Product significant effect on purchasing decisions , ( 2 ) price significantly influence purchase decisions , and ( 3 ) distribution significantly influence purchasing decisions . The survey results revealed that the variable product gives a greater influence on purchase decisions Syempana cake rise . Results of logistic regression a significant difference between the independent variables ( product , price , and distribution ) to the buying decision for 25.396. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to revealy influence the professional attitudes,  work motivation and work discipline on the teachers performance in at the Senior High Schools Sungai Penuh City. The research population is the teachers who civil servants and  the sample taken are 141 teachers as respondents with proporsional stratified random sampling. The technical data collecting by questioner and document. The approach which has been used in this reseach is descriptive and data processing by using SEM technique and  Lisrel 8.30 program. The result of this research shows that: 1)The professional attitudes significantly influence on the work discipline of teachers 2)The professional attitudes indirectly significantly influence on the work motivation, 3)The professional attitudes significantly  influence on the teachers performance, 4) Work motivation significantly influence on the teachers performance , 5)Work discipline significantly influence on the work motivation of teachers, 6)Work discipline indirectly significantly influence  on the teachers performance. Therefore,it suggested that to increase teachers performance is necessary to increase both professional attitudes through work discipline and work motivation. Abstract

The aim of  this study was to analyze (1) the effect of leadership on achievement motivation, (2) the effect of leadership on job satisfaction, (3) the influence of achievement motivation on job satisfaction, (4) the effect of leadership on performance, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on performance and (6) the effect on the performance of         achievement motivation. The population in this study were all employees BPBDs Tanah Datar (61 employees), based on the formula Slovin, 53 employees selected as respondents. Research techniques is proportional stratified random cluster sampling. Path analysis is used to answer this research, suggests that; leadership significant and positive impact on achievement motivation; influential leadership significant and positive impact on job satisfaction; achievement motivation of significant and positive influence on performance; leadership significant and positive influence on performance; significant effect on job satisfaction and positf on performance; achievement motivation of significant and positive impact on performance.
