Abstract

The aim of study is to analyse the measuring instrument of efficiency use of working capital to economic rentability at Koperasi Karyawan Keluarga Besar Kertas Leces (K4L). The method is used the ratio analysis and statistical analysis with the source of Responsibility reporting of year 2000 up to year 2011 (12 year). The finding of this study is to show that the measuring instrument of efficiency use of working capital with Return on Working Capital (X1), Sales on Net Working Capital (X2) with the examination of significant variable (Uji-t) shows the measuring instrument of efficiency use of working capital with Return on Working Capital (X1) have an effect on by significant to economic rentability (Y) at Koperasi Karyawan Keluarga Besar Kertas Leces (K4L). While the examination of accuracy model (Uji-F) for the measuring instrument of efficiency use of working capital have an effect on the significant to economic rentability Koperasi Karyawan Keluarga Besar Kertas Leces (K4L) . The confencientcy’s determination is more high influence to variable measuring instrument use of working capital economic rentability, and other s variable out off. Abstract

This paper excamines the effect of education on students perceptions of the meaning of audit repots and responsibilities and duties of auditors. A research instrument, utisising semantic differential scales designed to measure the messages communicated through audits reports, was administered to two groups of undergraduate students at the beginning and end of a semester. The experimental group consisted of final year under graduate accounting students enrolled in their first auditing unit. The control group co nsisted final year under graduate manajement students not enrolled in auditing unit. There are 40 manajement participated in the experiment anf there are 40 manajement students participated in the control at the beginning of a semester. The same students are used at the end of a semester, Mann Whitney U test was used to test hypotheses one, two and three. Kruskall-Wallis One-Way Analysis of Variance was used to test for differences in responses between the relative responsibilities at auditors and prapares of financial repots (responsibility), the reliability of financial information (realiability) and the evaluation of the future prospects of the firm (prospects). The results of the experiment confirm the hypotheses proposed. So the results of the study suggest that education may be an affec tive approach to narrowing or eliminating the audit expectation gap. This research has implication that happen the expectation gap, but the gap’s can be reduced by auditing education program. Abstract

This study was conducted at Hospital Waluyo Jati Kraksaan with the aim to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction to the decision on the use of hospital services Waluyo Jati Kraksaan simultaneously and partially, and to determine the variables between service quality and customer satisfaction are the most dominant influence on decision the use of services from hospitals Waluyo Jati Kraksaan. This type of research is explanatory research, the variables which were used independent variables such as quality of service and customer satisfaction, and the dependent variable that decision the use of hospital services. Samples used as many as 69 people, and the method of data analysis using quantitative analysis method using statistical formulas in the form of multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing and processing using SPSS v.16.. Abstract

Straiving increase the quantity of new students of the Panca Marga Univercity Probolinggo. From the general illustration five years later, the condition of the instituation to find out one problems is : the decrease of quantity students at 20013-2013 academic year. The decrease of the quantity students is threatment principally for the in instituition countinuity, so the thesis topic choice is what the efforting to increase the quantity of the students from 834 students at 2013-2014 to be up until 1500 student at 2014-2015. This thesis used the survey method to investigation and collected by : 1). Analysis document investigation, 2). Observation investigation, 3). Interview investigation, 4). Quisioner unvestigation. The data analysis by discription with percentation numerial for the data observation and used the SWOT analysis by the bussines management system. That means which the factor to be choose from the basic function is ready to use. So situational target can get. Internal and external analysis factor and indicator prepared to use for give point 8 point that decided. The solving problem alternative start from the function that have readyable low until the function that readyable high. From 12 basic function, decided 8 basic function and 7 basic function not yet readyable for as arrange : 1). Personal management function, 2). Equipment and material management function, 3). Production management function, 4). Transaction management function, 5). Market planning management function, 6). Customer target function, 7). Financial management function. The efforting to increase of the quantity the new students for arrange as : 1). Give program studies professional and good service, 2). For the faculty that has one program study to develop one, 3). The factor not have readyable yet change to be the factor readyable, 4). Make a hall, testroom/laboratorium for each faculty, 5). Abstract

The purpose of this research is analyze the bank soundness of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri period 2009-2011 when assessed using the CAMELS. The factors examined in this research include the ratio of CAR (Capital Adequacy) for capital, KAP (Earning Assets) for asset quality, GCG implementation of self assessment for management factor, NOM (Net Operating Margin) for profitability, STM (Short Term Mismatch) for liquidity, and MR (Market Risk) for sensitivity to market risk. The result of this research indicate that PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk period 2009-2011 has composite ranking scores 2, which reflects that the bank’s relatively good health and able to overcome the negative influence of economic conditions and the financial industry, but the bank still has minor flaws that can be readily handled by routine measures. Abstract

This study is a replica of a previous study conducted by Davis (1993). Perceived ease of used and perceived usefulness has an influence on attitude toward using, behavioral intention in use, and the actual usage. The research objective is; 1) to determine the influence of perceived easy of use to the attitude toward using intenet banking, 2) to determine the influence of perceived usefulness on attitude toward using internet banking. 3) to determine the influence of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention to use internet banking, 4) to determine the effect of the behavioral attitude toward using internet banking intention, 5) to determine the influence of behavioral intention to actual usage of internet banking. This study approach quantitative and associative with the construct of exogenous variables (Exogenous constructs) and a construct of Endogenous (Endogenous Constructs), so the method of data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics. The test results for the construct validity of endogenous namely Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and endogenous constructs include Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention To Use (ITU) and Actual Usage System (ASU). Abstract

The aim of study is to analyse the effect of operational cost on profitability (return on assets) and cash flow effect on profitability (return on assets). This type of research is descriptive, the research variables consists of of operational cost (X1), cash flow (X2), and profitability (Y). The data used in this study is the financial statements of the year 2009 – 2013, while the data analysis used weredescriptive quantitative data in such as regression analysis of multiple.Based on this research progress of operational cost and cash flows affecting the profitability of UD Sari Bumi, based on simple linier regression analysis obtainedY = 132,35 – 0,23X1 - 0,16X2, the coefficient of the independent variable X1 (Operational Costs) amounted to -0.23 and independent variables X2 (Cash Flow) that is equal to -0.16.Of the calculation results of hypothesis test (t test) showed influential significantly toprofitability UD Sari Bumi Probolinggo" . This study uses qualitative research methods with an explanatory approach. Source of data derived from primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis.From the test results is known that two independent variables work discipline and give effect to the variable compensation tied to the performance of employees amounted, which means that the independent variable discipline and compensation work together or simultaneously significant effect on the dependent variable employee performance in Institutions of Brilliant Education Centre Probolinggo and the remaininginfluenced by other variables outside two independent variables studied. Thus the first hypothesis in this proven research. From the results of multiple linear regression equation, the effect of independent variables work discipline and compensation with employee performance dependent variable on Institutions of Brilliant Education Centre Probolinggo there was a strong and significant influence. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Famous Bridal Art collcetion in Kota Probolinggo with research objects such as Corporate Performance Measurement Analysis Using Balanced Scorecard Approach. This is done with the aim of analyzing the measurement of company performance with the balanced scorecard pendeketan Bridal Famous Art Collection in Kota Probolinggo, for the researchers to formulate the problem "How is the analysis of corporate performance measurement balanced scorecard approach at Bridal Famous Art Collection in Kota Probolinggo?" This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Variables used in this research is a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, learning and growth perspective. The population used the financial statements of the sampled financial statements Year 2012-2014. Data analysis method used method of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, learning and growth perspective as well as the validity of the test. Results of the study financial perspective there are weaknesses due to the improvement and deterioration every year. Customer perspective has been as expected, it can be seen from the increasing number of customers each year. Perpsektif internal business processes demonstrate a good thing for the process of innovation and operations. Perpspektif learning and growth obtained from questionnaires so that employees can be considered satisfied.
