Abstract

Straiving increase the quantity of new students of the Panca Marga Univercity Probolinggo. From the general illustration five years later, the condition of the instituation to find out one problems is : the decrease of quantity students at 20013-2013 academic year. The decrease of the quantity students is threatment principally for the in instituition countinuity, so the thesis topic choice is what the efforting to increase the quantity of the students from 834 students at 2013-2014 to be up until 1500 student at 2014-2015. This thesis used the survey method to investigation and collected by : 1). Analysis document investigation, 2). Observation investigation, 3). Interview investigation, 4). Quisioner unvestigation. The data analysis by discription with percentation numerial for the data observation and used the SWOT analysis by the bussines management system. That means which the factor to be choose from the basic function is ready to use. So situational target can get. Internal and external analysis factor and indicator prepared to use for give point 8 point that decided. The solving problem alternative start from the function that have readyable low until the function that readyable high. From 12 basic function, decided 8 basic function and 7 basic function not yet readyable for as arrange : 1). Personal management function, 2). Equipment and material management function, 3). Production management function, 4). Transaction management function, 5). Market planning management function, 6). Customer target function, 7). Financial management function. The efforting to increase of the quantity the new students for arrange as : 1). Give program studies professional and good service, 2). For the faculty that has one program study to develop one, 3). The factor not have readyable yet change to be the factor readyable, 4). Make a hall, testroom/laboratorium for each faculty, 5). Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the influence of leadership style and work discipline of effective working light of teachers in SMK Hidayatul Islam Clarak Leces District Probolinggo District. The population in this study were teachers and employees at SMK Hidayatul Islam Clarak Leces District Probolinggo district that requires 18 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population. The independent variables are leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) while the dependent variable is work effectiveness (Y). Data method used is interview, observation, documentation, literature study, questionnaire. Type of research used is. Result of research obtained 1) Equation Y = 8,337 + 0,559X1 + 0,147X2. 2) Result of calculation result of determination (R Square) equal to 0,385. This is expressed by the variable X (leadership style and work discipline) to the variation (up and down) variable Y (work effectiveness) of 38.5%, while the remaining 61.5% comes from factors other than leadership style And discipline work. 3) F test results showed 4.689 with a significance level of 0.026. Thus F-count = 4.689> F-table = 3.682, then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. This shows the difference of leadership style and work discipline that have an effect and significant simultaneously on the effective work of teachers in SMK Hidayatul Islam Clarak Leces District Probolinggo District. 4) The value of t arithmetic X1 = 2.952> t-table = 2.131, then rejected and Ha accepted, there is a significant influence between leadership style on work effectiveness. The value of t arithmetic X2 = 0.829 <t-table = 2.131, then Ha rejected and H0 accepted, there is no partially significant influence between work discipline on work effectiveness. 5) The value of t arithmetic X1 = 2.952> The value of t arithmetic X2 = 0.829, leadership style (X1) has the dominant influence (the greatest) to effective work (Y) in SMK Hidayatul Islam Clarak Leces District Probolinggo. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Bank Bukopin Probolinggo berdasarkan hasil survey awal menunjukkan kenaikan jumlah nasabah dan kepuasan nasabah yang mengindikasikan adanya loyalitas nasabah terhadap PT Bank Bukopin Probolinggo. Tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai adalah 1). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah secara simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT Bank Bukopin Probolinggo. 2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah secara parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT Bank Bukopin Probolinggo. 3). Untuk mengetahui variabel mana di antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT Bank Bukopin Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian eksplanatori, dengan variable yang digunakan meliputi kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah. Metode analisis data hasil penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistic berupa analisis regresi berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, dan analisis determinasi. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan Nasabah, dan Loyalitas Nasabah

Abstract

The higher the life expectancy of a country causes the high number of elderly to be followed by the high health problems that exist in the elderly, including a decrease in the quality of sleep. Ergonomic exercise can increase serotonin which can make feel calm, sleepy and improve sleep quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of ergonomic exercise on the quality of elderly sleep in Griya Werdha Surabaya. The study design used a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique in this study uses probability sampling by means of simple random sampling. The independent variable of this study is ergonomic exercise and the dependent variable is the quality of sleep. Data collection used a sleep quality questionnaire before and after ergonomic exercise. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of this study found a significant difference between the quality of sleep before and after being given ergonomic exercise, it founded at 36 elderly (69.2%) experienced an increase in sleep quality. Wilcoxon analysis showed that ergonomic exercise had an effect on improving sleep quality in the elderly at Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya (p = 0,000). Based on the results of this study ergonomic exercise can be used as one of the therapies to improve sleep quality in the elderly. Keywords: elderly, ergonomic exercise, sleep quality

Abstract

This study aims to determine student interest in learning and parents' responses to learning assistance at home during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pahandut Palangka Raya District, Central Kalimantan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey method, in which the survey data is measured quantitatively and then the statistical correlation is sought. The research sample of students and parents of students respectively as many as 348 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, in the Pahandut District, Palangka Raya. The results of the study reported that students' interest in learning was in the "good enough" category, where the response of parents to children's learning assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic also showed a response in the "positive" category. Analysis of the results of variance shows very significant data (0.000 <0.05), which is interpreted as a positive correlation between student interest in learning and parental responses, which is 58% influencing children's interest simultaneously.

Abstract

Bonjuk launchbox cafe adalah usaha bergerak pada bidang kuliner yang dalam operasionalnya masih menggunakan sistem manual. Supaya usaha dapat berkembang meningkat maka diperlukan sistem penyediaan layanan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam proses penjualannya. Tujuan penelitian dibangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang bisa memroses penjualan makanan dengan cara praktis dan mudah, cepat, akurat dan handal. Perancangan aplikasi sistem penjualan berbasis web ini dibangun menggunakan konsep data model yaitu ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySql dengan Framework Laravel, React Native untuk database peyimpanan serta dijalankan pada sistem operasi Windows 7 atau versi Windows yang lebih tinggi. Hasil akhir dari perancangan yaitu aplikasi penjualan food market dengan pemodelan terstruktur agar data masukan akan diolah dengan sistem manajemen database yang lebih baik sehingga memberikan kemudahan, ketepatan perhitungan, ketelitian, kecepatan proses pelaporan serta memperkecil kesalahan yang dapat terjadi karena sistem yang baru sudah terstruktur dan rapi.

Abstract

Penyebaran virus corona secara global, masih terus bertambah dari hari ke harinya. Tidak terkecuali di Indonesia jumlah angka positif terinfeksi Virus Covid-19 semakin hari semakin meningkat, meski angka kesembuhan semakin menunjukan peningkatan pula setiap hari nya. Adanya himbauan dari Pemerintah mengenai penerapan 3M (Mencuci tangan, Memakai masker, Menjauhi kerumunan), salah satu yang terkena dampaknya adalah para penjual kedai kopi yang hanya mengandalkan bertatap muka antara pembeli mengalami penurunan omzet dan pendapatan, karena masyarakat diharuskan untuk mengerjakan berbagai kegiatan di rumah baik bekerja, bersekolah maupun dalam melakukan kegiatan sosial. Perkembangan perangkat mobile memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar bagi kehidupan masyarakat, terlebih saat menghadapi kondisi saat ini, dimana seluruh dunia dihadapkan pada pandemi covid-19. Belanja secara online adalah cara cerdas memanfaatkan perkembangan perangkat mobile secara positif disaat maraknya pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun suatu aplikasi pemesanan menu pada kedai kopi berbasis android yang dimana menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development).

Abstract

This study aims to apply the concept of Business Intelligence (BI) by implementing it using Google Data Studio tools in analyzing production data. The BI approach utilizes technology and analytical methods to collect, integrate, analyze, and present the business information needed by company leaders. Google Data Studio is the latest BI platform and provides convenience in interactive data visualization. In this study, the implementation of BI was carried out using Google Data Studio to analyze cardboard box production data. This approach involves the process of collecting production data from various related sources, such as manufacturing systems, inventory systems, and sales systems. The data is then integrated and presented in the form of an interactive and easy-to-understand visualization. The research method used includes literature studies on BI concepts and technology, as well as experiments using Google Data Studio to analyze the production data that has been collected. During the experiment, various indicators of production performance were identified and analyzed, such as productivity, efficiency and error rate. The results of this analysis are interpreted to gain valuable insights in improving production processes and making better business decisions. It is hoped that this research will provide a better understanding of BI implementation using Google Data Studio in the context of production data analysis. It is hoped that the findings of this research can become the basis for companies to obtain better information and make more effective decisions in improving production performance.

Abstract

Printec Perkasa II is a manufacturing company engaged in printing and packaging. During the process of procuring this stock of raw materials, PT. Printec Perkasa II still using a manual system in carrying out its operational activities, especially in processing transaction data for recording inventory, which still uses paper inventory forms. With the data processing process which is still manual, there is often a buildup of data, so that the final information about the stock of goods produced is sometimes not in accordance with the physical stock in the warehouse. This information system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The aim of this research is to design and build a system that can help PT. Printec Perkasa II in controlling the inventory amount of each item appropriately and Implementing inventory applications at PT. Printec Perkasa II so that cooperative members can speed up the production of goods ordering information so that there are no delays in ordering goods.

Abstract

Education is a basic human need that constantly transforms and updates in line with developments in all aspects of life. Changes and improvements in the world of education encompass various components, including teacher competence, educational quality, curriculum, infrastructure, educational management, as well as innovative teaching methods and strategies. The limitation of time in school often becomes the cause of restricted material delivered by teachers. Additionally, when teachers are unable to attend classes, it results in difficulties for students in accessing materials for learning. This system involves various inputs, such as student data, teacher data, class data, subject data, teaching schedule data, lesson material data, assignment data, student registration data, and assignment answer data. The outputs of this system include reports on student data, teacher data, classes, subjects, teaching schedules, lesson materials, assignment grades, and assignment grade data. This e-learning application is developed using the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database in this Final Project.
