Abstract

Information technology is developing so rapidly that it has become a significant need in all fields. One is in the Business of buying and selling clothes at the Celsius distribution. Sales are still carried out traditionally or using less good places for distribution because they rely only on customers who come to the store, so the innovation of online sales technology or e-business is needed. The creation is to build e-commerce as a medium for buying and selling online with a broader market coverage. E-commerce is a system designed to process goods and services' buying, selling, and marketing through an electronic system. They built this e-commerce using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and PHP-MySql programming language. Some UML diagrams are used, such as Usecases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams, and assisted with interface design before being translated into applications. Its e-commerce is built into two parts: the admin panel and the user panel on the system, where this e-commerce is based on a website. The admin panel is managed by the section owner as the manager of online sales management, while the board is the system user who makes transactions from the system. The tests involve random owners and users to get responses to the e-commerce so that they are implemented on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Self-regulated Learning (SRL) is a learning method that puts a strong emphasis on the importance of self-learning skills. Unfortunately, many existing educational technologies employed by colleges and universities continue to place a premium on technical support for the learning process within the classroom that does not provide the same level of support for SRL. This study aims to close this gap by developing the ON-SR UII, a new SRL platform that can assist college students in their quest to become independent learners. Using the design thinking approach, ON-SR UII is developed as a responsive web app that can be accessed by college students through the Internet anywhere at any time at their own pace using any computing device of varying screen sizes. This article describes the process by which ON-SR UII was designed prior to its first prototype being developed, deployed, and evaluated by stakeholders for functionality, usability, and responsiveness. The encouraging results indicate that ON-SR UII has the potential to be widely implemented, allowing for the measurement of its implications in future research.

Abstract

Modem is a device that has the ability to connect cellphones, PCs or laptops to the internet network. The type of modem that is popular today is MiFi or Wi-Fi Modem, which is a portable modem that makes it easier for users to carry the device anywhere. Currently, there are many Wi-Fi modems circulating in the market with various brands and brands that have different specifications and capabilities. For this reason, people must be observant in choosing the right Wi-Fi Modem for their needs. The selection of the right Wi-Fi Modem will maximize the performance of the internet network so as to facilitate activities in internet use. The purpose of this research is to be able to develop a decision support system by implementing the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) approach using the TOPSIS method for the selection of a Wi-Fi Modem, in order to facilitate the selection of the best Wi-Fi Modem and according to user needs. Based on black-box testing, it shows that the system built can run well. In addition, the calculation results of the TOPSIS method generated by the system with manual calculations produce the same value.

Abstract

Twitter is a social media application that is widely used. Where as many as 18.45 million users in Indonesia, Twitter users can send and read messages with a maximum of 280 characters displayed. Many opinions and reviews uploaded by users via tweets on social media are experienced in everyday life. Lately, comments about internet service providers in the covid-19 pandemic have been widely reviewed by Twitter users. Problems about internet providers through words often uploaded include internet provider complaints related to network quality, package prices, user satisfaction, and others. This study aims to classify Twitter users' tweets against internet service providers in Indonesia by analyzing the sentiments of 3 internet service providers, namely with the keywords Biznet, first media, and Indihome, using the Naïve Bayes algorithm and optimization with Particle Swarm Optimization. This research is also helpful in helping to become a measure where prospective new users will see the quality of an internet service provider in Indonesia through tweets and then divide the opinion into positive and negative. The results of Biznet's research using Naïve Bayes produce an accuracy of 77.94%, and after optimization, it becomes 81.62%. First media using Naïve Bayes produces 91.39% accuracy, and after optimization, it becomes 92.88%. Indihome using Naïve Bayes produces an accuracy of 85.78%, and after optimization, it becomes 87.48%. It can be concluded that the Naïve Bayes algorithm is a good algorithm for classification, and optimization using Particle Swarm Optimization has an effect on increasing accuracy results

Abstract

The amount of oyster mushroom production is often not by consumer orders due to a lack of attention to the mushroom stock in the Mushroom House KUB. The purpose of this study is to apply double exponential smoothing (DES) to predict future sales of oyster mushrooms so that consumer needs are met. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data source comes from data on sales of oyster mushrooms from June 2021-May to 2022. The data is analyzed using double exponential smoothing based on alpha and MAPE values. The results showed that an alpha of 0.6 with a MAPE value of 6.23% was the alpha with the smallest MAPE. This study concluded that the double exponential smoothing method could accurately predict future oyster mushroom sales.

Abstract

The company does not yet know the pattern of consumer purchases because so far, the sales transaction data has not been used correctly and does not have a unique method to determine consumer buying patterns. To overcome the problems on the company, this research was done to reprocess sales transaction data for 2018-2019 using data mining techniques with association methods and apriori algorithms. RapidMiner is a supporting application used to find association rules derived from transaction data. Processed transaction data using the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) approach. Thus, the company can determine consumer habits in buying goods derived from sales transaction data for 2018-2019. The results of this study are that in 2018, nine association rules were obtained, of which the best were CT G-246 ⇒ CT G-250 and CT G-250 ⇒ CT G-246. In 2019, nineteen association rules were obtained, of which the best were PN 0441, SK 0175 ⇒ SK 0530 and SK 0175, SK 0283 ⇒ SK 0530. From the best association rules, the goods in the Coat (imported), Pants, and Skirt categories are categories that are often bought together.

Abstract

In the budgeting process for school building rehabilitation activities in Asahan Regency, there are still inaccuracies in selecting prioritized primary schools for rehabilitation. This study aimed to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine five primary schools that were prioritized for repair. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data source comes from the East Kisaran and West Kisaran Elementary Schools. The data were analyzed using the SAW method based on the criteria weight depending on the matrix value and normalization. The results showed the 5 largest criteria weights, namely UPTD SDN 010097 Selawan (0.940), UPTD SDN 014689 Lestari (0.884), UPTD SDN 010039 Sentang (0.880), SD Taman Kasih Karunia (0.847), and UPTD SDN 018453 Siumbut-Umbut (0.820). ). This study concluded that the double exponential smoothing method could make it easier to determine which primary school decisions are prioritized for rehabilitation.

Abstract

In applications, usability is an essential factor that shows the user experience whether the application is easy to use and fits its function or not. For this reason, this study aims to determine the usability of the registration module on the Khanza Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) used by RSUD Banyuasin employees and to find out the difficulties faced, needs, and desires of RSUD Banyuasin employees as users of SIMRS Khanza. This research is helpful for the agency as a subject of application evaluation and helps discover what opportunities can be applied to overcome user difficulties. The approach used is Design Thinking. Meanwhile, the usability measurement uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving five respondents. The initial results of measuring the usability of SIMRS Khanza obtained were 26 with a poor rating. In addition, the interview results show that users have difficulty learning the application, the features and fields are too many, and there is a redundancy of patient data. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends a solution design with a High Fidelity Prototype (Hi-fi) with a final value of SUS 87. The implementation of this research recommendation can help the performance of RSUD Banyuasin with an application design that is easy to understand and supports the creation of accurate and consistent data.

Abstract

Decision-making for the best employees in Camat Tinggi Raja Tinggi Office requires objective and transparent considerations to select the best employees. This study aimed to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine the best employees in Camat Tinggi Raja Tinggi Office. This research method used quantitative methods. The data collected was in the form of employee data of the Raja Tinggi Subdistrict Office in the form of names, attitudes, work discipline, loyalty, responsibilities, and task completion. Data were analyzed using the SAW method based on preference values. The results showed that the employee with the name S had the highest preference value, 0.88. This research concludes that the SAW method decides the best employee in Camat Tinggi Raja Tinggi Office, namely the employee with the name S

Abstract

Home automation is an automation technology that focuses on managing circuits and electronic equipment in homes, offices, and others. Home automation is a form of Internet of Things (IoT) development that allows communication and control through devices while connected to the internet. This study aims to design a Home Automation prototype on lighting devices such as lamps, light sensors to activate lights, and several lights controlled using mobile devices. The research method uses the prototype method, where system development is focused on the results of input from customers who will be evaluated for software development. The stages in this research begin with analyzing device requirements, literature study, system design, hardware design, user interface design testing, and arriving at the results. This research output will be made in the form of a prototype, where all components will be placed based on the layout described in the design. This system can help users control the equipment in the house from anywhere and anytime, including using light sensors to provide input to turn the lights on or off.
