The learning process in the Palu State Islamic Education Madrasah has run as it should, although in terms of strategies, methods, and learning media used varies according to the conditions, both the material and the condition of the students, and the ability of the teacher itself is different from one another. Blended learning based learning at the Palu Model State Islamic Education Madrasah is considered effective and efficient because teachers are not preoccupied with making material designs, simply accessing the internet is needed including practice in the form of videos so that it will facilitate teachers, both in terms of time, effort and cost. The challenge of blended learning is that teachers are required to be more creative and able to use internet networks. While the opportunity is the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Model Palu already equipped with network facilities and infrastructure that can support blended learning.

This study discusses how to integrate the values of moderate Islamic character in Islamic higher education institutions. Integration of the value of moderate Islamic character values can be implemented through learning in all subjects in Islamic higher education. Integration of Islamic character values can be done on all subjects in Islamic higher education by referring to the concepts, systems and theories of learning. Learning the value of moderate Islamic characters can give students a personality color better than before and can inspire lecturers as learners. in carrying out enlightenment and intelligence in shaping tough, courageous, honest, tolerant, responsible and consistent students, in order to answer the challenges of powerlessness and inability to build national identity, inability to reconstruct the nation's potential responsively and dynamically. The hope of the writer, with the integration of the value of moderate Islamic character in all courses in Islamic higher education, can be the basis for the formation of adherent behavior, and the value of character can be a declarator of glory on the face of the earth

Method in improving behavioral abilities, social interactions, communication and language of autistic children in Taman Pelatihan Harapan Makassar. This type of research is qualitative descriptive which is factually and systematically describes the description of the ABA method (Applied Behavior -Analysis applied to the learning process of autistic children in Taman Pelatihan Harapan).The study uses psychological, sociological, and pedagogical approach. The source of data in this study is the therapist of the Taman Pelatihan Makassar, and parents of autistic children. The results of the study show that the ABA method is a method applied to autistic children through behavioral habituation that can increase the personality capacity of autistic children, especially ability in behavior, social interaction, communication and language. This is caused by several supporting factors such as therapists who master the application of the ABA method, the infrastructure that supports it, and good collaboration between parents and therapists.

This article discusses the problem of Islamic education from a theological and sociological point of view. The emergence of normative and verbalist Islamic education curriculum distorts the universality of Islam. Islam that is contextual in space and time, always in contact with sociological aspects, should be understood as something that can change its partiality dynamics continuously, even though there is a universal thing that is maintained as a normative belief. On the other hand, the failure of education to produce educational output that is dignified and virtuous has caused some people to distrust the world of education in developing the character and ethics of children. The vote of disbelief is getting stronger with the emergence of the National curriculum model which gives a greater portion of general subjects than religious subjects. This paper is a criticism of the development of the world of education in Indonesia, with the hope that education stakeholders make changes to the education system and the applicable curriculum.

Islamic education in the Palu valley grew and developed along with the entry and development of Islam in the city of Palu since 1650 (XVII century). Institutionally, Islamic education grows and develops through informal, semi-formal, formal, and formal education channels organized by Islamic community organizations, foundations, and the government. Islamic education which was born along with the coming of Islam itself in the valley of Palu, even though at first it was in a very simple form, until institutionalization was enough to color the diversity of the people of Palu City while respecting the culture and wisdom of the community. Islamic education in the city of Palu, has played its function and role in accordance with the demands of the community and its era, especially in fostering community fervor especially the Muslim community in the city of Palu.

Principal leadership activities in utilizing social media can affect the effectiveness of organizing, coaching, and communication. This study discusses effective communication with students through utilizing social media. Communication through social media is done by forming groups in various social media. This research was conducted with a survey method that uses data analysis with path analysis methods where calculations are performed with the program used are Data Analysis packages found in Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The subjects of this study were the deputy principals of the Vocational High School students' field of 100 people in the city of Bekasi. The determination of the sample was taken using Slovin formula and random sampling technique, as many as 80 deputy principals in the student field were the sample of the study while 20 deputy principals in the student field were used to test the validation of the research instruments. This research is expected to contribute to society.

Leadership is the process of activities of someone who has the art / ability to influence, coordinate and move individuals so that cooperation arises regularly in an effort to achieve common goals that have been established / formulated. While educational leadership, namely the process of activities influencing, moving and coordinating individuals, organizations / educational institutions to achieve certain goals that have been formulated. Leader skills operate the organization. is skill to cooperate, motivate and lead and technical skills, namely skills that must be possessed by the principal in using knowledge, methods, techniques, and equipment to complete certain tasks. Other activities that the headmaster must do as a self-developer are learning and observing daily work in the wet environment, observing management activities in a planned and creative way to develop new methods in the learning process and building networks.

Each work design also influences the employee's attitude towards the task at hand. In addition, job design determines work relations between employees, between employees and superiors, types of work, and socio-economic relations. Through design work is carried out changing the content, functions and relations of work that are able to complete in accordance with the target and boss satisfaction. Job design and analysis includes; authority of the office holder, routine implementation of duties, identity of the holder, and involvement of the incumbent. Job functions include; work methods used, work coordination, responsibility, information flow, and work authority. This research is a quantitative approach with the aim at knowing: (1). The relationship between self-efficacy and the role of the teacher by learning based on self-regulation. (2). The contribution given by self-efficacy and the role of teachers in self-regulation based learning. (3). Levels of self-efficacy and the role of teachers in learning based on self-regulation. The subject of this study was acceleration in one of the Public High Schools in Surakarta as many as 115 people. This study is a principled study on population studies. Based on the results and analysis using multiple regression it is known that the correlation coefficient R = 0.375 (p = 0.000: p <0.05), which means that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and the role of teachers with self-regulation. The total contribution given by the two independent variables in this study amounted to 14.1%, and for both categorizations the independent variables namely self-efficacy and the role of the teacher were at a high level, and the dependent variable of learning based on self-regulation was at a very high level. The personal social issues experienced by students in daily life are important studies in social studies education. The study of the role of the environment is very important in preserving local wisdom that is beginning to be abandoned by the younger generation, especially the students as a generation of gold who will continue the eastafet stick of development. The importance of a learning approach that is relevant to the situation of students, learning in accordance with the real world reality of students with ecological intelligence (Ekopedagogy) by exploring local wisdom that can be developed through social studies with the selection of contextual material, and meaningful for students to develop skills concern for the community, and place empathy as a form of positive attitudes towards environmental conservation based on local wisdom through the ecopedagogy approach.
