Abstract

The focus of the problems in this study refers to the problems that occur in the lives of Medan Area University students ranging from physical, psychological, and sexual violence. Respondents of this study amounted to 150 people consisting of undergraduate and postgraduate students. The sampling technique used in this research is Quota Sampling. The age of this population ranges from 18-40 years. The measuring instrument in this study consisted of three instrumentals that had been modified by the researcher including the family support scale, goal commitment scale, and resilience scale. The calculation result for the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test is 0.200 which means the data is normally distributed. The results of the multiple regression test stated that there was a significant effect of family support and goal commitment on resilience in students at the University of Medan Area. For the partial regression test, it states that there is no significant effect of goal commitment on resilience in Medan Area University students. The results state that there is a significant effect of family support on resilience in Medan Area University students. The importance of the role of support that comes from family members as a positive reinforcement of behavior in the learning process so that learning methods can run optimally for students.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred has resulted in changes in people's daily routines, including shopping behavior. This study aims to provide a descriptive description of consumer behavior in online shopping activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive observational research. The sample in this study were users of online shopping sites during the COVID-19 pandemic in East Java, Indonesia. Samples were taken using nonprobability sampling technique with a total sample of 384 respondents. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The result of this study is that consumer behavior in online shopping activities has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic and this behavior is influenced by the perceived benefit factor. respondents prefer shopping online as a place to shop both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The reason for shopping at e-commerce during the COVID-19 pandemic is because it is safer than COVID-19 distribution, saves time and provides many discount offers.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the implementation of the Child Identity Card (KIA) service policy in Kotapinang District at the Department of Population and Civil Registration, South Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province and to identify and analyze the factors that influence it. The form of this research belongs to descriptive research that uses qualitative data analysis, namely this research is investigated by observation or observation, interviews, and describes the state of the object of research based on the facts. There were 18 informants in this study. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Child Identity Card (KIA) service policy in Kotapinang District at the Population and Civil Registration Office of South Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province has not gone well. This is due to a lack of knowledge, perception, physical condition, gender and community living environment, lack of human resources in charge of services, lack of a special budget allocated for service equipment, frequent network disturbances so that the Standard Operational Service (SOP) is set. has been determined for 3 days sometimes not fulfilled.

Abstract

This article aims to develop innovative and creative accounting learning for teachers as future educators in facing the industrial revolution 5.0 based on case studies and problem-based learning. The problem is focused on elaborating and exploring in depth the ideal contemporary accounting learning approaches, models and strategies and the preparation of future learning models as prototypes. To approach this problem, theoretical references from case studies and problem-based learning are used. questionnaire and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the application of the case study method and problem-based learning model can be applied as a digitalization-based learning model at SMK in North Sumatra. This is evidenced from research data which shows that most teachers, schools and students have readiness in applying case study methods and problem-based learning. Learning activities are indicated by an increase in positive activity and a decrease in negative activity in each cycle. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes are indicated by an increase in the average grade value and student learning completeness in each cycle

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and school climate with bullying behavior at private high school Mamiyai Al-Ittyhadiyah Medan. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational method. The subjects in this study were students at Mamiyai Al-Ittihadiyah Medan with the results showing that: (1) There was a significant negative relationship between self-esteem and bullying behavior as indicated by the coefficient rx1y = -0.525; p = 0.001 p <0.05, the results show that self-esteem has a predictive power towards bullying behavior of 27.5%. (2) There is a significant negative relationship between school climate and bullying behavior in Mamiyai Al-Ittihadiyah Medan as indicated by rx2y = -0.546 ; p = 0.000 p <0.05, the result is that the school climate has a predictive power to the emergence of bullying behavior by 29.8%. (3) There is a significant relationship between self-esteem and school climate with bullying behavior as indicated by the coefficient F=12.039 R=-0.560 while R2=0.313 with p=0.000 P<0.05. Taken together, self-esteem and school climate have predictive power to the emergence of bullying behavior by 30.3%. From this result, it is known that there are still 69.7% contributions from other factors or variables to the formation of bullying behavior. From the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic brought a rapid flow of change to various lines of life including worship activities. Digital services in the form of Online Mass are present as a solution for Catholics. A big question arises whether the Online Mass is really a mass, and can bring a complete imagination to the people who are following the Eucharistic Celebration. The purpose of this study is: (1) to find out the form of ministry provided by the Parish Catholic Church of Saint Albert deTrapani to the people in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) Knowing the form of imagination experienced by Catholic Parishioners of Saint Albertus de Trapani in attending the Online Mass. This study uses the theory of social construction Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann by using qualitative research methods descriptively based on data findings in the field with purposive sampling techniques where informants are determined based on their role and association to the Online Mass there are 3 criteria, namely: (1) Father, (2) Youth Church, (3) Ummah.  The study was conducted from October to December. The result of this research is that in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic situation, St. Albert deTrapani Church is increasingly actively providing digital services to its people through some digital content. Mass Online became a solution in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic but could not replace the religious meaning of Mass directly.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the level of achievement of the performance of the Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) of Vocational High School in Sidoarjo Regency to improving the absorption of graduates in the working field. The problem focused on BKK's performance has not been effective in carrying out its duties as a work placement service organization and career guidance to students and vocational school graduates  in the same manner as the absorption of graduates in the working field, namely The World Business and Industry is still below 75% and vocational school graduates as the highest contributor of open unemployment in Sidoarjo Regency in August 2018-August 2020. To approach the problem used performance assessment theory from Dwiyanto (2018) there are; productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The results showed that the performance of BKK SMK Sidoarjo Regency obtained a percentage of 42.5% and the results of each sub-variable performance; (1) productivity dimension obtained 42.5% (2) dimension of service quality obtained 55% (3) dimension of responsiveness obtained 42.5%, (4) dimension responsibilities obtained 50%, and (5) dimension accountability obtained 37.5%.

Abstract

This article aims to answer questions about how young women in Cilacap Regency perceive early marriage and marriage in general. To approach this problem, emic and etic concept references are used. The data were collected in a qualitative way through in-depth interviews with 15 participants. The data obtained were then made in the form of a manuscript to obtain a general description of the object of research. The data from the interviews were analyzed using an emic perspective which was then juxtaposed with objective data using an etic perspective. The criteria for informants in this study were young women aged 15-19 years in Cimanggu District, never married or people who were not involved in marriage, had sufficient time and ability to provide information during the research process, and knew about marriage and early marriage. This study concludes that the negative perceptions of young women in Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency towards early marriage are (1) the quality of marriage, (2) the things that are sacrificed, (3) health risks, and (4) role responsibilities.

Abstract

The level of competition in the realm of online business is becoming increasingly fierce and makes each company's marketing strategy an aspect that determines the sales success of the company. Aspects of the marketing communication strategy of each company show the identity of the goods or services it sells, so that this becomes the identity of a brand that must be controlled by the company in order to meet the expectations of the targeted target market. This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy of Bloomka skin care products in attracting consumer buying Interest . This study used qualitative research methods. Data was collected by means of interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that the marketing communication strategy carried out for the target market of Generation Z in the field of beauty will have a greater impact if it involves continuous two-way interAction. However, it needs the support of other marketing strategies such as advertising to increase the number of customers and level of awareness, interactive digital marketing, attractive promotions, admins who can explain in detail person-to-person, and events that attract customers' attention.

Abstract

This paper aims to evaluate the implementation of the Jelita program (Extra Hours for Administrative Services) in Dringu District, Pobolinggo Regency. So that problems arise that are focused on How to Implement Jelita (Extra Hours of Administrative Services) in Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency and have advantages and disadvantages in implementing the Jelita Program (Extra Hours of Administrative Services) in Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency''. To solve this problem use the theory of William Dunn. So this research data obtained from observations, interviews, interviews. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach in Dringu District. The results of the study suggest that an evaluation of the implementation of the Jelita program (Extra Hours for Administrative Services) in Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency is carried out through 6 policy evaluation criteria including effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. Evaluation of program implementation has gone well from the 6 policy evaluation criteria. The supporting factors for the implementation of the Jelita Program are good communication and quality resources. While the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Jelita Program are internal factors in the form of internet network stability and system errors in the SIAK application.
