Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of the Tanjungbalai City Land Office to reduce and prevent disputes/conflicts and what factors are obstacles in reducing and preventing disputes/conflicts. This type of research is normative legal research. The approach method used is the statute approach. Based on the research, the legal regulation regarding PTSL in Indonesia is Permen ATR/Head of BPN Number 6 of 2018 concerning PTSL contained in Presidential Instruction No. 2 of 2018 concerning Acceleration of PTSL throughout the Republic of Indonesia. The role of the Tanjungbalai City Land Office to reduce and prevent disputes/conflicts is as a mediator in land disputes that occur, carrying out studies and handling problems, disputes, land cases, through non-litigation methods: first, the Land Office takes a persuasive approach to the community, seeking information related disputes. Second, outreach to the community regarding this dispute. Third, deliberation is carried out with the disputing parties with community leaders. Then the object of the dispute is merged and land registration is carried out through PTSL. After the certificate is issued, the Land Office distributes the land parcels to the entitled parties. Factors that become obstacles in reducing and preventing disputes/conflicts, namely: a) it is difficult to contact the disputing parties, b) the disputing parties do not want to budge, c) socialization and mediation are difficult, d) it is difficult to find common ground between the parties. in dispute, e) takes a long time.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of social networks on the households’ objective welfare in the slum areas of Makassar City. This research was a quantitative study with a survey method used to obtain data from 57 respondents using questionnaire located in Pattingalloang Village. The data collection was also conducted through observation and interview. The sample was determined using simple random sampling technique and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. To answer the questions, two leading hypotheses were used, i.e. (1) the effect of social network covarage on the level of households’ obejctive welfare in the slum areas, and (2) the effect of social network intensity on the level of households’ objective welfare in the slum areas. The results of the research indicate there is a significant effect of social networks on the level of households’ objective welfare in the slum areas. The effect of social network coverage on the level of households’ objective welfare is 87%, and the strength of the effect of social network intensity on the level of households’ objective welfare is 92%.

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship of Sister City cooperation between the city of Surabaya and Kitakyushu in realizing the Green City of Surabaya. The focus of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the relationship between the two countries in realizing the Green City of Surabaya. This study uses an analytical method based on secondary data obtained from books, journals, and news in accordance with the research analyzed by the author. A qualitative approach is used to see the phenomenon of research that focuses on the effectiveness of the relationship between the Sister City of Surabaya and Kitakyushu in realizing the Green City of Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that there are policies and programs of cooperation between the city of Surabaya and Kitakyushu in the Sister City relationship in order to realize a more effective relationship in realizing the Green City of Surabaya. The cooperation between the two cities is known to have existed since 1997 but encountered various obstacles, so that in 2012 a Sister City collaboration was established with various policies and programs that were more effective in realizing the Green City of Surabaya. The collaboration between the two cities focuses on overcoming environmental problems that are often experienced by industrial cities in the world.

Abstract

This study aims to see: The relationship between perceptions of organizational climate and organizational support for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in ASN at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel (P4TK) Medan. This research was conducted on 150 ASN with total sampling technique. The results showed; 1. There is a very significant positive relationship between the perception of organizational climate and organizational support for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the State Civil Apparatus at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education (BBPPMPV) BBL Medan. 2. There is a very significant positive relationship between the perception of organizational climate and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the State Civil Apparatus, Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education (BBPPMPV) BBL Medan. 3. There is a significant positive relationship between organizational support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with a correlation coefficient of rx2y = 0.431; p < 0.001; and the effective contribution obtained was 18.6%. The total effective contribution of the two independent variables (perception of organizational climate and organizational support) on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is 48.3%. From these results it is known that there are still 51.7% of the influence of other factors on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) which was not seen in this study.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) adopt information technology if MSME users see perceived usefulness and perceived usefulness in utilizing high-quality IT-based accounting information systems. The aim is to analyze the effect of the quality of accounting information systems on perceived ease of use in the MSME sector in Medan Tuntungan; to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness in the Medan Tuntungan MSME sector, to analyze the effect of the quality of accounting information systems on perceived usefulness through perceived ease of use in the Medan Tuntungan MSME sector. The population is 50 people, and all of them are sampled in what is called a census or population study. Furthermore, the data collected from the respondents were evaluated descriptively using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) regression. The results of the study are (1) the quality of the information system affects the perceived ease of use at a significant level of 25,727; (2) the quality of the information system has an effect on perceived usefulness at a significant level of 25,630; (3) perceived ease of use has an effect on perceived usefulness at a significant level of 3,642.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between parental support and self-concept on self-confidence. The research method is quantitative descriptive correlative type. The research population is the XII grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Habinsaran. The sampling technique used is the Proportional Random Sampling technique with the number of selected samples as many as 57 people. The results obtained indicate that (1) there is a significant relationship between parental support and student self-confidence as indicated by the coefficient rx1y = 0.352 and p = 0.001, namely p < 0.05; (2) there is a significant relationship between students' self-concept and students' self-confidence, which is indicated by the coefficient rx2y = 0.177 and p = 0.008, namely p<0.05; (3) there is a significant relationship between parental support and students' self-concept with students' self-confidence as indicated by the coefficient F = 4.311 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.371 while R2 = 0.138 with p < 0.05 and Std. Error of the Estimate 12.25409 so that the conclusion produces a significant positive relationship between the three variables analyzed).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Ternate Mayor Regulation Number 21 of 2018 concerning the Use of Local Products Typical of Ternate City, and to determine the factors that influence the implementation of the policy, using a qualitative descriptive method according to the theory of Public Policy Implementation from Donald S. van Metter. and Carl E. van Horn. The results showed that in maximizing the use of local products typical of the Ternate City area as measured by the level of income from product sales at the Tara No Ate Supermarket, 80 percent of the use of local products was dominated by users from outside the City of Ternate, and the remaining 20 percent was utilized by the people of Ternate City. This is because the socialization and motivational activities to the government, namely OPD within the Ternate City Government, Vertical Agencies, BUMN, BUMD, Private, and the community to use local and regional superior products have not been carried out optimally and consistently.

Abstract

This research aims to predict financial distress in property and real estate sector companies, before and during the pandemic of Covid-19  using the Altman Z'-Score and Sprigate S-Score ratio analysis. The population of this research is all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2020, so the population of this study is 66 companies. The sample was selected based on predetermined purposive sampling criteria. Those selected according to the specified sample criteria were 44 companies. The data analysis technique used the Altman Z-Score and Springate S-Score discriminant analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate an increase in the number of companies in the distressed category (red zone) during the COVID-19 pandemic (in 2020) by 16%, which was twice as high as before the Covid-19 pandemic, which was 7%. This indicates that there are difficulties both financially and in liquidity as well as a decrease in the company's ability to grow, which may lead to bankruptcy.

Abstract

This article aims to find out about the misuse of social media to commit criminal acts of fraud. The problem is focused on how to avoid online buying and selling scams. Data were collected through secondary data sources. This scientific article aims to determine the regulation of forms of fraud in online transactions, especially on Instagram media. This research uses primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials research methods. The analytical technique used is to use deductive thinking patterns, namely a way of thinking on basic principles. This study concludes that Based on the foregoing description, the conclusion is that legal arrangements regarding criminal acts of fraud are generally regulated in Article 378 of the Criminal Code, namely regarding acts of benefiting oneself or others by violating the law by using a false name or false dignity by deceit or by using false names. a series of lies that move other people to hand over something to him or to give debts or write off receivables is different from online fraud which is specifically regulated in article 28 paragraph (1) of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions as amended into Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE), namely the act of intentionally and without rights spreading false and misleading news that results in consumer losses in Electronic Transactions onic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between prosocial attitudes and peer interaction with the learning interest of the Medan Gereja Protestan Indonesia Barat (GPIB) Catechization students in 2020/2021. The research method is a quantitative descriptive correlative type with a correlative study pattern by placing the research variables in two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research population is the Medan GPIB Catechization students in 2020/2021. The sampling technique used was Proportional Random Sampling with a selected sample size of 100 people, the data collection method used prosocial attitude instruments, peer interaction instruments, and students' interest in learning instruments. Analysis of research data shows that (1) the relationship between prosocial attitudes and student interest in learning is indicated by the coefficient rx1y = 0.557 and p = 0.000 with p <0.05; (2) the relationship between peer interaction and student interest in learning is shown by the coefficient rx2y = 0.628 and p = 0.000 with p <0.05; (3) the relationship between prosocial attitudes and peer interaction with student interest in learning is shown by the coefficient coefficient F = 44.166 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.557 while R2 = 0.311 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.01).
