Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and understand the application of Community Based Correction in the Correctional System in Indonesia according to the concept of Communty Based Correctional which is a concept that is in line with the goal of correctional, namely social reintegration. This research method is descriptive using qualitative methods and a sociological approach. This research is an attempt to describe social phenomena that become a problem in community-based WBP development without performing a hypothesis and descriptive statistical calculations, not in a narrow sense. The results of the research after being identified, constructed, compiled and analyzed using qualitative methods based on theories, principles and legal norms related to the subject matter. The results show that alternative philosophies have developed, namely community-based corrections and restorative justice. These two philosophies are closely related to the goals expected in correctional facilities, namely to seek the reintegration of the WBP with the community. Community-based corrections are a type of coaching program for WBP at the end of their criminal period where they are given the opportunity to return to the midst of society with certain supervision or supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of financial assistance provided to political parties in order to realize party independence in Jambi Province. The presence of political parties is a consequence of the choice of the political system and form of government adopted by a country. Political parties have a central function as components in a democratic country like Indonesia. Political party financial assistance is deemed necessary to be given to political parties to carry out their functions, so that they are independent and free from personal interests. This research is a qualitative research conducted through in-depth interviews and described descriptively. The results showed that although the organizer of the aid in this case was the national and political unitary body of the Jambi Province, it had implemented regulations in accordance with the procedures, but the distribution of financial assistance was hampered due to the presence of parties that did not follow the procedures. Collective disbursement of aid is the cause of delays in the distribution of financial aid and leads to the ineffective use of financial aid funds by political parties as an effort to realize the independence of their parties.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of village assets in South Konawe Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method approach where data collection is carried out in a natural setting with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative analysis of the interactive model from Miles, Huberman & Saldaña which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions/verification. The results of the study indicate that the optimization of village assets in Konawe Selatan Regency has not been carried out systematically as can be seen from the legal status determination of all village assets; not yet optimal use of all village assets to support governance, development, community development, and empowerment of village communities; and the utilization of village assets has not been carried out in the context of carrying out village government tasks.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing competitive advantage strategies in improving marketing performance implemented by UD. Baqoroh Joyo during the covid-19 pandemic, to find out and analyze marketing performance during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with SWOT analysis method and data collection techniques through deep interviews, surveys, observations, questionnaires, and documentation in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats at UD. Baqoroh Joyo. Based on the calculation of the results of IFAS EFAS shows that UD. Baqoroh Joyo has IFAS results with a strength score of 2.87 and a weakness score of 0.28, while the EFAS results show an opportunity score of 2.63 and a threat score of 0.43. Based on the diagram, the results of the SWOT analysis show that UD. Baqoroh Joyo is in Quadrant I with a SO (Strength Opportunity) strategy. In this situation it means UD. Baqoroh Joyo The company must maximize and use its strengths and opportunities to strengthen its position. So that the strategy that can be applied can support an aggressive growth policy (growth-oriented strategy) in improving marketing performance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study uses the tourism development theory by Cooper in Sunaryo 2013, with the indicators, namely institutions, accessibility, amenities, public facilities and tourist attraction objects. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with qualitative research and the necessary data such as primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of this study indicate that tourism development based on predetermined indicators is still not optimal, as evidenced by accessibility and public facilities that do not meet. Then the supporting factors for this tourism development are the existence of institutions or organizations involved in tourism development in Central Tapanuli Regency, tourist objects in Central Tapanuli Regency have local artistic characteristics, and community participation is considered quite high. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are limited funds and land ownership status.

Abstract

This type of research is quasi-experimental, aiming to analyze the effectiveness of online learning for PNS Accountability training for CPNS class II latsar participants at BPSDM Prov. Southeast Sulawesi. The research sample, all participants of Latsar Group II amounted to 40 people. Collecting data using questionnaires and assignment sheets. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate, using paired T test. The results of the study found that the average pre-test 77.8 (satisfactory) and the post test 85.6 (satisfactory), there was an increase in the value of 10.02%.  The results of the paired T-test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, this means that there is a significant difference in the average value of respondents, before and after online learning. It can be concluded that online learning for PNS accountability training is considered effective in achieving learning objectives. Although the online learning method has several shortcomings, but the learning objectives are considered to be achieved effectively, the researchers suggest that the online learning method for the further PNS Accountability training can be carried out in both new normal and normal conditions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and know how  the political awareness of the community in the Election of Eelahaji Village Head in 2017. This research uses qualitative method, with data obtained from observations, interviews, and field documentation where informants are determined purposive sampling and using interactive data analysis methods by Miles and Huberman.The results showed that in terms of people's knowledge of Eelahaji village voters about politics, they tended to be enthusiastic to participate in the election of the village head but only follow other communities and didn’t know the importance of politics and rules in organizing elections. In terms of understanding politics, the results showed a low understanding of the electorate about politics due to the lack of willingness of the people themselves to know politics further and the lack of role of local government in providing education about politics. In terms of attitudes towards political phenomena, research shows the tendency of people to continue to accept the practice of Political Money and even view the phenomenon as commonplace and not a serious problem. Meanwhile, in terms of behavior patterns, Eelahaji villagers tend to obey all government directives. In addition, there’s also a polarizing phenomenon among the people of Eelahaji Village during the election

Abstract

Mount Sinabung is one of two mountains that have been designated as active in Karo Regency so far. When an eruption occurs, it will cause a lot of damage and loss. In restoring it, the provision of assistance to the community and community empowerment efforts after the eruption of Mount Sinabung were carried out in three ways, namely, creating an atmosphere or climate that allows the potential of the community to develop, strengthening the potential or power of the community (empowering), and protecting and defending the interests of the weak. so as not to get weaker. Efforts to empower the community after the eruption of Mount Sinabung were carried out in three methods, namely, creating an atmosphere or climate that allows the potential of the community to develop, strengthening the capabilities or potentials of the community (empowering), and protecting and defending the interests of the weak so as not to get weaker. This research uses a qualitative type of research with a descriptive case study approach in order to describe cases in the field and share answers to cases encountered. The results of this study found that community empowerment after the eruption of Mount Sinabung in the relocation of Siosar, Karo Regency had increased. This is due to the three stages of community empowerment that exist, the community in the Siosar relocation area has a large level of empowerment in the process of creating an atmosphere or climate that allows the potential of the community to develop and efforts to protect and defend the interests of the weak so as not to be weak, on the contrary in the process of strengthening the capacity of the community. or the potential of the community is still not maximized. In addition, there are factors that limit community empowerment, such as the low level of community understanding and the lack of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of basic training participants (Latsar) CPNS at the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research population of all participants of the CPNS group II latsar appointment in 2020 is 40 people, carried out in October - November 2021. The survey research method, total sampling of data is 40 respondents, data collection uses a questionnaire. Research variables, service facilities, evaluation of Widyaiswara, training methods, impact of learning and knowledge for participants as well as satisfaction and changes in participant behavior. Measurement scale, Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS program. The results of this study in general, respondents were satisfied with the services at the BPSDM of the Province of Southeast Sulawesi, on the contrary, a small proportion reported that they were still dissatisfied. The results of the linear regression test obtained the Adjusted R Square of 0.659 or 65, 9% of respondents' satisfaction level variables could be explained by independent variables and 34.1% was explained by other variables. Maximumservice delivery still needs attention.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality control and inventory of the business development strategy at PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama. The data used in this study is primary data taken using purposive where the data collection technique with certain considerations is the questionnaire method to 68 samples from 314 staff at PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama. The results of this study indicate that the variables of quality control, inventory have a significant effect on business development strategies. The result of the coefficient of determination in this study is 0.877 or 87% so that the variables of quality control and inventory can explain purchasing decisions of 87% and the remaining 13% are explained by other variables such as price and service quality.
