Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove whether ease of use, perceived usefulness, and computer self efficacy influence the interest in using e-SPT for micro-entrepreneurs in the city of Madiun. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. To test the hypothesis multiple regression analysis techniques are used. From the results of data processing through SPSS Version 22, namely through the t test obtained a significant value for ease of use: 0.755, perceptions of use 0.000, and computer self efficacy 0.038. Based on these results it can be said that the perception variables of use and computer self efficacy influence the interest in using e-SPT in the City of Madiun, while the ease of use has no effect on the interest in using e-SPT in the City of Madiun.

Abstract

The rise of culinary business in angkringan creates its own polemic at food and beverage industry in Surabaya. As the number of angkringan increases, the level of competition among these businesses increases as well. The founder of angkringan also faces hard competition to achieve sustainability in its business. A comprehensive strategy in competing is needed to stay afloat, one of them is a marketing strategy. Hence, qualitative phenomenology research on angkringan in Surabaya is needed to capture the real experience of the founder so as to conclude the appropriate marketing strategy for the angkringan. This research is aimed at SME food and beverage business in angkringan that provides effective marketing strategies for angkringan in Surabaya. This research conclude that the angkringan has few constraints such as minimal working capital, high level of business competition, low level of HR education, and HR hijacking by competitors. Few solutions of this constraints are comprehensive training, supply chain quality improvement, and making SOPs

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test emprically whether the size of the company influences the disclosure of intellectual capital. In this study variables, the size of company is proxies by market capitalization, whereas the disclosure of intellectual capital is measured by the ICD Index which amounts to 25 items. The sample of this study is manufacturing companies listed on yhe Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2017. This study uses simple regression analysis and uses SPSS 22 tools. The results of this study are the size of the company influences the disclosure of intellectual capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Fintech on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) capital with the P2P Lending model. The formulation of the problem is What is the impact of Fintech on MSME capital with the P2P Lending model? Research locations in the Banyumas Regency area with a concentration of 110 MSME as a research sample, with the criterion that ever or currently lending with P2P Lending system. Primary data were obtained from the results of questionnaire processing and interviews with respondents, namely MSME, while secondary data was sought from OJK, BPS, the Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, BI, articles, and textbooks relevant to research. Data analysis methods are descriptive analysis methods, paired difference analysis and ordinary least square (OLS). The conclusion obtained in this study is a tendency to increase in the Number of Workers, Turnover, Product Sales, Profits and Business Costs after the use of Fintech with the Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending model in MSME. So venture capital loans obtained through FinTech with the P2P Lending model have a positive effect on the improvement and development of the MSME business.

Abstract

Humans as one of the components of the organization are the determinants of achieving the organization's vision and mission. For productivity to be maximally achieved an organization must pay attention to the physical environment, non-physical environment and skills. The condition of the work environment that is owned by a company will affect the success or failure of a job that is indicated by the ability of employees to complete work to achieve company goals. The availability of a physical work environment (cleanliness, lighting, air exchange, security, equipment, and or work equipment, and noise) that supports can affect the level of work productivity of employees. Partially the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Partially the non-physical work environment calculation shows that the non-physical work environment has a negative influence on employee work productivity. Partially Skills for Employee Productivity of CV. Semeru Jaya Teknik Palembang obtained showed that the non-physical work environment had a negative influence on employee work productivity. It was concluded that the non-physical work environment was felt to be able to support employees in completing the work so the employees would feel satisfied at work, and vice versa.

Abstract

This research was made to identify the effect of Marketing Capability, Customer Engagement, Customer  Perception toward Purchase Intention on Bihun Jagung ?Padamu? Products in Surabaya. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to  75  respondents who knew the corn vermicelli ?Padamu? product. The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative with a non- probability sampling method that is purposive sampling. The results of this  study indicate that Marketing Capability, Customer Engagement, Customer  Perception have a strong influence toward Purchase intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Lazada's website quality on Shophaholic teenagers' online purchasing decisions in Palembang and analyze the differences between male and female participants in online purchasing decisions in Palembang. Shopaholic is defined as a tendency to shop compulsively with a high enough frequency. Shopaholic lifestyle teenagers spend a lot of time shopping as a saturation remover, as their own satisfaction and more hanging out with people who have the same hobby in shopping. Shopping becomes a picture of consumptive behavior that is difficult to change. The positive impact as a stress reliever and to keep up with the times. While the negative impact is the formation of consumptive, wasteful, and addictive behavior. This study uses a combination of exploratory research and explanatory research. Exploratory research aims to explore the phenomenon of male and female differences in shophaholic teenagers' online purchasing decisions in Palembang. Explanatory research to explain the relationship between research variables in this case the influence of Lazada's website quality on online shophaholic teen purchasing decisions in Palembang. This type of research is survey research. The data collection technique is a survey by distributing questionnaires developed from previous research. Population is Teenagers who live in Palembang and have shop online through the Lazada website. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 138 respondents. Regression analysis is used to test the effect of Lazada's website quality on online purchasing decisions. The results showed that the influence of website quality lazada on shopaholic teenagers' online purchasing decisions was 73.6%, while 26.4% of purchasing decision variables were influenced by other variables outside of this study, including government policy variables, advertising socialization, and so on.

Abstract

This study was to analyze the queuing system, analyze patient satisfaction and test the effect of the queuing system on patient satisfaction at the Pakjo Public Health Center in Palembang. The sample in this study were 375 respondents. The type of data used is primary data which is carried out through questionnaires. While the analysis technique used is Simple Regression and Community Satisfaction Index. The results showed that the magnitude of the influence of the queuing system on patient satisfaction was 83.8%, and the results of the Community Satisfaction Survey Index value obtained were 3.19 and SKM value was 79.78. Of the 3 indicators there is only 1 indicator whose value is lower, that is queuing discipline because the service system design has not been maximized such as the number of registration counters and the number of service stages in treatment. This means that the overall service system implemented by the Palembang Pakjo Community Health Center is included in category B, so that the service performance can be said to be good.
