Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dari Panorama Bukik Siduali dan kemudian menyusun strategic planning aktivitas wisata di Panorama Bukik Siduali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dari penelitian ini adalah beberapa informan yang terdiri dari Dinas Kebudayaan, Pariwisata, Pemuda, dan Olahraga (3 orang), masyarakat di sekitar objek wisata (4 orang), serta pengunjung objek wisata (6 orang) dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Strategic planning untuk aktivitas wisata yang akan dikembangkan adalah:1) Memanfaatkan seluruh fasilitas yang telah ada untuk aktivitas wisata seperti lahan yang subur untuk wisata kunjungan kawasan pertanian, lapangan di puncak bukit untuk aktivitas pesta budaya dan camping, serta pemandangan alam yang indah untuk aktivitas photography. 2) Memberdayakan lembaga-lembaga/komunitas khusus seperti lembaga pembibitan tanaman produktif untuk wisata kawasan pertanian, komunitas photography untuk aktifitas photography, organisasi pencinta alam untuk aktivitas camping, serta sanggar-sanggar seni untuk aktivitas pesta budaya. 3) Memulai kerjasama dengan pemerintah daerah untuk bagian promosi setiap aktivitas wisata yang akan dikembangkan.4) Memanfaatkan dukungan pemerintah daerah untuk sosialisasi, pembinaan, pengarahan, dan pengawasan aktivitas wisata yang akan dikembangkan.Kata kunci: Strategic Planning, Aktivitas Wisata

Abstract

The lack of activity and the results of learning in students of SMK N 4 Padang in sewing technique learning applications caused by learning which is still centered on the teacher (Teacher Center) and the model of learning that has not varied. To increase business activity was conducted and the results of student learning on subjects of sewing Techniques application by using the learning model of Explicit Learning Instruction Cooperatif. The research is the research of class action is done in two cycles. Each cycle three times. Each cycle consists of four steps, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection which is used as the basis to conduct the repairs on the next cycle. The instruments used are observation sheets, tests the results of the study, and a note field. The collection of data through observation sheet is aided by an observer. The data obtained were analyzed in two ways namely qualitative data were analyzed with narration and provided arguments and quantitative data. Success criteria actions for the learning activities of students is 80%. The results of the research achievement of the learning activities of students reached 86%. Success criteria actions for student learning outcomes are 80% reached 75. The research results of student learning is 86%. The student has already obtained a value of 75. Thus it can be concluded that the use of model learning Cooperatif Learning Expicit Instruction can increase student learning outcomes and activities on subjects of sewing Techniques application of student SMK N 4 field.Keywords: Learning Activities, Learning Outcomes, Learning Cooperatif Learning Of Explicit Instruction

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the name of the color (hue), light and dark colors (Value) and flatness of color for silk dyeing results using crimson seed extract (Bixa Orellana l) with mordant sweet star fruit and starfruit. This research is an experimental research. The data used are primary data sourced from 15 panelists, then the collected data is processed and analyzed using ANOVA and Percentage. Dyeing silk with crimson seed extract (Bixa Orellana l) without mordant produce Mineral Orange color with a value reasonably bright and flatness of color is quite average. Mordan sweet star fruit is Peach with bright value and average color flatness and mordant starfruit is Light Peach with a value very bright and flatness of color is very flat. The results of the data analysis of light and dark colors (value) indicates F count> F table = 3.320> 3. 22 This means that there is a significant difference to the light and dark colors (value) due to differences mordant. At the flatness of the color indicates Fhitung> Ftable = 9599> 3.22 means that there is a significant difference to the flatness of color due to differences mordant. Abstract

The background of this research is not maximal thesis writing is measured from the time of completion of thesis students of the Faculty of Education of Family Welfare in Tourism and Hospitality, it is suspected because of the low reading interest of students of Education Studies Program of Family Welfare in the thesis. The purpose of this study was to describe the reading interests of students of Education Studies Program of Family Welfare in a thesis at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The study was conducted in the Department of Family Welfare. The population is students 150 person with a sample of 60 people were taken by random sampling technique. The data source is the students who have taken courses thesis.collecting using questionnaires (questionnaire) designed by Likert. scale data analysis was performed using SPSS version windows 19:00. The results of this study portray that (1) your reading interests of students of Education Studies Program of Family Welfare in a thesis at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality as a whole of 60 samples were included in both categories, (2) 2 (3%) of respondents expressed very well, ( 3) 44 (74%) respondents said that either, (4) 14 (23%) of respondents stated enough. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the preparation, the kind of food, how to prepare, Juadah and a tool to organize the meaning contained food Juadah l brought from the commencement of the event Manjalang Mintuo in Nagari Lubuk Pandan Padang Pariaman. This type of research is qualitative research, the research area is Nagari Lubuk Pandan. The informants were Niniak Mamak, Bundo Kanduang, members of the PKK and elder parents. data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and data analysis dokumentasi.Teknik data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. Abstract

This research is based on the problem shows that the low employee motivation beauty salon in the District of West Padang that cannot to motivate them self both from the internal and external motivation in the work so that the performance obtained has not reached the standard a beauty salon. This research is aims to show the influence of work motivation on employee’s performance beauty salon Madya classification in work at salon. This research is descriptive-quantitative correlation. The population was the employee beauty salon madya classification of total 47 peoples, the sample of technique is total sampling so that amount same is 47 peoples. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire in the form of Likert scale.Based on analysis, the result of the data is obtained that the work motivation score percentage in the low category of total 61,31%, performance of employees beauty salon in low category of total 64,31%. Both of variables correlate solidly with total 0,743. Ha hypothesis explains that the influence a positive and significance between work motivation on performance beauty salon of employees to college are accepted on significance level of total 95%. The look for result of analysis level determination of given by contribution the work variable motivations is 55,2% to beauty salon employees performance, whereas there are is 44,8% other factor which can not known its contribution to employees performance.Key words: motivation, employees performance, beauty salon

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari mahasiswa D4 Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan yang terkait dalam penyelesaian skripsi, hal ini disebabkan karena adanya hambatan yang di alami mahasiswa, diantaranya berasal dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hambatan dalam menyelesaikan skripsi mahasiswa di Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa D4 Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 45 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan angket (kuesioner) dengan mengunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh skor rata-rata presentasi faktor internal berada pada kategori rendah dengan presentase 64,18%, dari masing-masing sub indikatornya yaitu tekun menghadapi tugas dalam penyelesaian skripsi berada pada kategori rendah dengan presentase sebesar 61,85%, ulet menghadapi kesulitan dalam penyelesaian skripsi berada pada kategori rendah dengan presentase 62,71%, dan minat terhadap bermacam-macam masalah dalam penyelesaian skripsi berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentase sebesar 69,05%. Pada indikator eksternal berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentase 67,63%, pada sub indikator eksternal yaitu mecari ide/masalah yang akan dijadikan judul skripsi berada pada kategori rendah dengan presentase 63,32%, pada sub indikator mengembangkan komunikasi dengan pembimbing berada pada kategori sedang diperoleh presentase sebesar 72,22%.

Abstract

The aim this study is to describe of students’ perceptions about the quality of the sewing machines in terms of their damage and maintenance for worskshop in fashion boutiques laboratorium of SMKN 8 Padang. The typr of this research is quantitative descriptive, with 25% population from each local of dressmaking class at SMKN 8 Padang. Amount of sample total are 30 students. Taking sample used random sampling technique, mixed sample. The data processing was done by specifying and categorizing the percentage of observed items. The results of this study indicated that students’ prceptions about the quality of sewing machines reviewed from their damage is in the low category (59%) and the maintenance is in th good enough category (77,16%). For that reason, need to inprove the quality of sewing machines and their maintenance in order quality of them can support pactice learning at the clothing boutique of dressmaking programs at SMKN 8 Padang.

Abstract

The background of this research as an effort of finding new colors in the use ofnatural dyes for the textile industry. This study aims to reveal the color (hue ) ,dark-light color ( value) , the flatness of color and light and dark color differenceand color flatness of the difference mordant Tamarind and Kaffir Lime. Thisstudy was an experimental study. This type of data is a primary data sourced fromthe 15 panelists. The object is a silk cloth dipped with fruit extracts Sendudukwith mordant Tamarind and Kaffir Lime. Where the data analysis done by teknikanalysis of varianceone (one-way ANOVA). From the results of dyeing withoutmordant produce color Dark Purple # 5C4150, light dark color (value) is in thecategory of less bright and less flatness of color on the category average. Whilethe dyeing with mordant Tamarind generate color Red Violet # 7F4861 Popstardark light color (value) is in the category is quite bright and flatness of prettycolors on the category average. And dyeing with mordant Kaffir Lime generatecolor Red Violet # 904F6C Popstar dark light color (value) are in the category ofvery bright and flatness of color on the category average. The results ofhypothesis testing data obtained from the results showed differences in light anddark color ( value) ) with F count > F table = 38 176 > 3:22 Then Ho is rejected ,meaning that there are significant differences . As for the color flatness flatnessresults showed differences in color . Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the tourism products in Padang beach which is seen from the four elements of the tourist attraction, food and beverage services, souvenir services, amusement and recreational services. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. These results indicate that the tourism products in Padang not managed properly, results showed that the analysis of tourism products in Padang beach can be described from the indicators, are: 1) tourist attraction, in terms of beauty is good enough but not all neatly arranged only partially and the persistence of the garbage that littered the roadside, uniqueness in the beach of Padang are monuments IORA and maelo pukek that can be called with catching the fish and any culture values embodied in Padang beach but very minimal only theater in the cultural park 2) eating and drinking services, in terms of the price of lack of standardization of food prices, any menu variations, the cleanliness of the food is not very clean because of its location in a side street 3) services souvenirs unfound of locations that sell souvenirs coast of Padang. 4) amusement and recreational services, games duck water and dragon boat, but the water is dirty and there is rubbish strewn and entertainment arts festival held in the department of tourism and for children's games used to be in Muaro restless but now extinct, and there are games vw cycle but he rental price does not correspond with the facility, and other types of recreational sports but that is not well-organized.Keywords: Travel Products, Padang Beach
