The environment and humans have a reciprocal and interdependent relationship. There is a reciprocal relationship between the environment and humans resulting in environmental problems that will affect the environment and other living things. The main cause of environmental problems is the waning of one's concern and wise behavior towards the environment. This study aims to determine the effect of students environmental sensitivity on citizenship behavior mediated by students intention to act related to the environment. The research method used is a survey method through a causal study which is analyzed by path analysis. The research was conducted at SMAN 14 Jakarta in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The result of the calculation of the reliability coefficient of the citizenship behavior instrument is 0.896, environmental sensitivity is 0.909, and the intention to act is 0.916. The results of this study indicate that environmental sensitivity has a direct effect on intention to act significantly, intention to act has a significant direct effect on citizenship behavior, environmental sensitivity has a direct effect on citizenship behavior significantly, and environmental sensitivity has an indirect effect on citizenship behavior through intention to act. act. So that intention to act can mediate between environmental sensitivity and citizenship behavior of students.

Burgechill merupakan Salah satu UMKM di Kota Bandung, di didirikan oleh Dzaky Muhammad Abdullah Rahim dan Naufal Muhammad Abdullah Rahim. Burgerchill sendiri menjual makanan home made burger dan berkonsep burger yang berukuran mini. Sesuai dengan namanya, yaitu Burgerchill atau Burger kecil untuk chill, dengan taglinenya adalah â€œGak cukup satuâ€. Esensi dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sumber risiko yang ada pada perusahaan Burgerchill dan menganalisis penyebab dan cara penanggulangan risiko yang terjadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif dan identifikasi risiko menggunakan metode cause effect analysist (fishbone).

The available future jobs have become one of the main concerns especially for fresh graduate. This may be the case at times that there is still high unemployment in Indonesia which has dynamic geography, variety labour force, and diverse economy. As a form of experiential learning in higher education, internship program is held to meet the needs of a developing world. This article will focus on how the internship program can be beneficial to help the students in preparing to be ready to compete in labour market. In order to answer research question, the researcher used descriptive qualitative approach with data collection technique in the form of literature review. The result shows that internship program can significantly affect studentsâ€™ skill. An internship gives students with real-world experiences in a social learning setting. Considering the available future jobs have become one of the main concerns especially for fresh graduate, university should pay more attention on how their internship program can be more effective to help the intern to train their skill which cannot be learnt in classroom environment.

Rusa deer or Cervus timorensis or Rusa timorensis is an Indonesian endemic tropical deer. This species is protected by Indonesian regulations. Rusa deer are protected because the population is already scarce. This article was a literature review about one of the efforts to increase the population by captivity. Deer captive breeding is a form of sustainable use of deer as well as conservation to prevent the extinction of deer animals. The success of deer captive breeding efforts is supported by mastery of knowledge about deer biology and captive management. The deer captive breeding program will be supported by many parties if it can provide meat to meet the food needs of the community.

Environmental problems are always increasing every day where one of the contributing factors is humans. Counterproductive behavior towards environmental preservation occurs due to someone's ignorance about the important role of the environment for life. This study aims to determine the effect of school culture and procedural justice on students' counterproductive behaviour. This research was conducted at SMAN 21 Jakarta in August - December 2022 with a research sample of 75 students. The research method used is a causal survey method and is analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) school culture has a direct effect on procedural justice significantly by 0.762, (2) procedural justice has a direct effect on counterproductive behaviour significantly by 0.152, (3) school culture has a direct effect on counterproductive behaviour not significantly by 0.035, and (4) there is no indirect effect of school culture on counterproductive behaviour through procedural justice.
