<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the attention of parents to students at TPQ Al-muasyarah Jorong Hulu Banda, Malalak District. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study were 75 students of TPQ Al-muasyarah Jorong Hulu Banda, Malalak District. The sample in this study amounted to 38 (50%) people using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Quantitative data analysis used descriptive analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate 1) The attention of parents to students is classified as high enough, 2) The motivation to learn students is classified as high. Research suggestions are: 1) Parents should be able to provide learning motivation to children in order to improve understanding and learning achievement of students, 2) It is hoped that other researchers can look for other variables that affect students' learning motivation.Keywords: Al-Qur'an Education Park, Parents' Attention, Learning Motivation]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of the citizens of learning package C at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera, Padang City. The low learning motivation of the learning citizens is thought to be due to the lack of this approach, presumably due to the lack of approach given by the tutor to the learning community at the time of learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the learning approach of the Program Paket C in PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera, to describe the learning motivation of the learning citizens of the Program Paket C at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera, and to examine the relationship between the two. Â This research uses quantitative research with correlational descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 89 citizens who participated in the Program Paket C for IPA and Social Studies classes at PKBM Suka Maju Sejahtera, Padang City with a sample of 45 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire, with data analysis using the percentage formula and the product moment. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The learning approach applied by the tutor in the Program Paket C at PKMB Suka Maju Sejahtera Padang City is still not right; (2) The learning motivation of the citizens to learn in the Program Paket C in PKMB Suka Maju Sejahtera, Padang City is still low; (3) there is a relationship between the learning approach and the learning motivation of learning citizens in the Program Paket C at PKMB Suka Maju Sejahtera, Padang City.Keywords: learning approach, learning motivation]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low interest in learning of the members of learning the package C program at SPNF SKB Sijunjung, this is thought to be due to the negative influence exerted by peers. This study aims to: 1) describe peer influence; 2) describe the learning interest of the learning community; and 3) looking at the relationship between peer influence and the learning interest of citizens in the Paket C program at SPNF SKB Sijunjung. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive techniques. The population of this research is all citizens studying the Paket C Program at SPNF SKB Sijunjung totaling 19 people and all of them are used as research samples. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results showed that: (1) peer influence was categorized as bad, (2) learning interest in learning citizens was categorized as low, (3) there was a significant relationship between peer influence and learning interest in learning citizens in the package C program at SPNF SKB Sijunjung. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in Nagari Koto Taratak, Sutera District, Pesisir Selatan, namely the low interest in learning from the community. This is evidenced by the large number of students who have dropped out of school, both formal and non-formal education. The cause of the low interest in learning in the community is thought to be due to parents who do not pay enough attention, then it has a negative impact on the development of their education. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the attention of parents, describe the interest in community learning and the significant relationship between parents' attention and community learning interest in Kenagarian Koto Taratak, Sutera District, Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is correlational quantitative. The population in this study were people who dropped out of school in Kenagarian Koto Taratak, Sutera District, Pesisir Selatan. The sampling technique in this study was cluster random sampling. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data collection tool is a list of statements. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and rho spearman. The results of this study are low parental attention, low community interest in learning and there is a significant relationship between parental attention and community learning interest in Kenagarian Koto Taratak, Sutera District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. Suggestions in this study are expected that parents pay more attention to children's learning activities because high attention is needed by children in the learning process so that children's learning interests will grow well, it is hoped that parents can create good relationships with children to communicate children's learning activities at school. So that parents can continue to provide motivational encouragement, meet student learning needs, and find out about children's learning progress.Keywords: parental attention, interest in learning]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is the lack of motivation of the elderly to participate in the  posyandu for the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1. The lack of knowledge of the elderly is thought to be due to the lack of knowledge about the existence of the posyandu for the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang1. This study aims to: 1) describe the knowledge of the elderly about the posyandu for the elderly  2) describe the motivation of the elderly to follow the posyandu for the elderly; 3) looking at the relationship between knowledge and motivation in the elderly to follow the posyandu for the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1. This type of this research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study was taken by the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1, totaling 58 people, aged 60-70 years, who did not attend the elderly posyandu. The sample was taken as much as 52% with a total of 30 peoples, the technique of this research is using random sampling. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests, while the data collection tools were a list of statements and questions. The technique used to analyze the data in this study are the percentage formula and product moment. The results showed that: (1) The knowledge of the elderly in  posyandu for the elderly is categorized as low, (2) the motivation of the elderly to follow the posyandu for the elderly is categorized as low, (3) there is a significant relationship between knowledge and motivation of the elderly to participate in posyandu for the elderly activities in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1. The  Suggestion of this study is the person in charge of the program and cadres should do more outreach to the community on the importance of posyandu for the elderly.Keywords: Knowledge, motivation, elderly]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this study is about the activity of scouting the students SMPN 40 Padang is a low category and very influential on the learning achievement of students obtained. The purpose of this research is to see the levels and relationship of scouting organizational effectiveness and learning outcomes of students SMPN 40 Padang. The type of this research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study consisted of 30 students in SMPN 40 Padang by using random sampling data collection. The instrument of this study used a questionnaire about scouting organizational activeness consisting of 17 questions and data about the learning achievement of students of SMPN 40 Padang. From this research, it can be concluded that the level of activity in the scouting organization with the learning achievement of students at SMPN 40 Padang is categorized as low, because it can be seen from the results of the questionnaire that students responded (48.50%) rarely and never (25.40%). Meanwhile, seen from the learning outcomes of students (36.7%) in the low category and very low (10%). This is evidenced by the calculation of the correlation using the moment product formula which shows the results that recount (0.548) is greater than rtable at the 95% confidence level (0.361) and rtabel for the 99% confidence level (0.463) so that the researchers get quite significant results. The relationship is quite significant with a significance level of 99% so that the low activity of scouting organizations followed by students can also affect the learning achievement of students at SMPN 40 Padang.Keywords: Scouting organizational activeness, learning outcomes]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the implementation of family planning programs by residents. This is allegedly due to maintaining the cleanliness of the extension services carried out by the Village Midwives. This study aims to describe: (1) extension services; (2) assistance services; and (3) health services for participants who take part in the family planning program in Korean Tembok. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was taken by all participants who took part in extension activities as much as 40 people and the sample was taken as much as 75% of the population, namely 30 people using cluster random sampling technique. The data technique used questionnaires while the data collection tools used questionnaire data which were analyzed using descriptive analysis of proportions. The results of this study indicate: 1) village midwife services in the aspect of extension services in driving the implementation of family planning programs look high; 2) village midwife services in the aspect of accompanying services in driving the implementation of family planning programs look high; And 3) village midwife services in the aspect of facility services in driving the implementation of family planning programs to appear higher. The suggestions are researching: 1) it is hoped that the health extension officers can improve the services provided in the implementation of counseling; 2) it is hoped that the members of the community will increase their awareness of health, especially in implementing family planning programs; And 3) it is hoped that other researchers will find and examine other variables related to health education.Keywords: extension services, family planning program, health]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of the Haus Public Speaking training participants in Padang City, this is presumably because it has something to do with the andragogical competence of the Trainer in the Haus Public speaking Training in Padang City. This study aims to see an overview of the andragogical competence of the trainer, the description of learning motivation, and the relationship between the andragogical competence of the trainer and the learning motivation of the participants in the Haus Public Speaking training in Padang City. The approach to this research is quantitative with descriptive correlational research. The population in this study was 25 participants in the Haus Public Speaking training in Padang City and a sample of 70%, namely 17 people. The sampling technique was random sampling. In this study, data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire guide. The data analysis technique in this study used a percentage formula and rank-order correlation. The results of this study indicate that the andragogical competence of the trainer is quite low, the learning motivation of the participants is still low, and there is a significant relationship between the andragogical competence of the trainer and the learning motivation of the public speaking training participants. Suggestions are to the managers of the public speaking training program to further improve the quality of learning in public speaking training. To trainers, so they can improve their competence as educators, especially andragogical competence in public speaking training. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the success of the community in the KB village in making recycled waste handicrafts into souvenirs so that these handicrafts can support the family economy and improve the community's economy. The success of this activity is the ability of the instructor and manager of PKBM Farilla Ilmi in empowering the community. In this activity, the residents of KB village can to get the proceeds from the sale of waste recycling crafts of approximately Rp. 500,000 a month. This study aims to describe community empowerment through PKW crafts to recycle waste into souvenirs seen from the aspects of knowledge, aspects of skills, and aspects of mental attitudes. The research approach is qualitative, with the type of research is a case study. Sources of data in this study consisted of mothers from the KB Bangau Putih village as research subjects and instructors and managers as research informants. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The data validity technique used source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment through PKW crafts for recycling waste into souvenirs is very good, this can be seen from: (1) Aspects of knowledge obtained from the results that community empowerment through PKW recycled crafts into souvenirs can be seen increasing public knowledge about processing waste into useful items. (2) In the aspect of skills, the results show that community empowerment through PKW crafts to recycle waste into souvenirs shows that people's skills in processing waste have increased. <![CDATA[This research is based on the lack of community participation in participating in community empowerment in the Sawahlunto, from this problem, the researchers resulted in the development of historical tourism is low. The purpose of this study is to see a picture of community empowerment, to see an overview of the development of historical tourism and the relationship between the two. This type of research is used in quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study is the people living around historical tourist objects in Sawahlunto City in 2020, amounting to 40 people. Respondents in this study amounted to 40 people.
