Abstract

This research aims to know the description of model parent implemented character education at home. Research methods using R development model D with & ADDIE. The population of the research was the parents in Kindergarten of Aisyiyah at Padang city. Sampling techniques using cluster random sampling that is the center of the city, the suburbs and the city centre and suburbs. The instruments used are a test of the validity of using with cheklist construct and content validity. The results showed that generally how committed parents in educating children character is by way of conditioning, then followed by the rules. While other ways such as giving advice, and less is done by the parents. It is very possible because more parents emulating what has been done to his parents during this time.

Abstract

This research is motivated by scouting education in Racana Dang Tuanku dan Bundo Kanduang which is inseparable from the values of character education. Allegedly there are a number of Racana Dang Tuanku dan Bundo Kanduang Scout Members, who are classified as still productive, when they were prospective members, they did not have any practice about scouting education. Therefore the purpose of this study is to describe the role of scouting education in instilling character values for the Racana Dang Tuanku dan Bundo Kanduang Scout Members. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was Racana Dang Tuanku dan Bundo Kanduang Scout Members in 2020 starting from the 34th generation to the 37th generation, amounting to 80 people. Samples were taken as much as 75%. The number of samples is 60 people. The data collection technique was a questionnaire. Data collection tool in the form of a list of statements. The analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of this study can be seen that: (1) The role of scouting education in instilling character values for Racana Dang Tuanku dan Bundo Kanduang Scouts Members is very high in the aspect of comprehension and practice of scout values reaching 61%; (2) The role of scouting education in instilling character values for Racana Dang Tuanku dan Bundo Kanduang Scout Members is very high in the aspect of developing character education based on religious, cultural, environmental-based and self-potential reaching 68%. The suggestions in this study are (1) Racana Dang Tuanku dan Bundo Kanduang should better utilize the existing facilities and infrastructure so that scouting education is always in demand by Scout Members so that with Scouting education it can shape the character of Scout Members as humans who have noble personalities; (2) Always maintain and improve the character values that have been obtained in Racana Dang Tuanku dan Bundo Kanduang, and implemented in daily life.Keywords: Scouting Education, Character Education

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberhasilan Balai Latihan Kerja Padang dalam mengelola program pelatihan Pengelola Administrasi Perkantoran. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah peminat yang meningkat dari tahun 2018. Tahun 2019 jumlah peserta mencai 128 orang. Prestasi ini tidak lepas dari pengelola program yang sangat berkompeten di bidang pengelolaan pelatihan di Balai Latihan Kerja Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran pengelolaan Program Pelatihan Pengelola Administrasi Perkantoran berdasarkan aspek fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan, pembinaan, penilaian, dan pengembangan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta Diklat di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang yang berjumlah 32 orang. Tenik penarikan sampel adalah stratified random sampling, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 21 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Sedangkan alat penggumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) pengelolaan Pelatihan Pengelola Administrasi Perkantoran di Balai Latihan Kerja Padang pada aspek perencanaan sudah baik , (2) pengelolaan Pelatihan Pengelola Administrasi Perkantoran di Balai Latihan Kerja Padang pada aspek pengorganisasian sudah sangat baik, (3) pengelolaan Pelatihan Pengelola Administrasi Perkantoran di Balai Latihan Kerja Padang pada aspek penggerakkan sudah sangat baik, (4) pengelolaan Pelatihan Pengelola Administrasi Perkantoran di Balai Latihan Kerja Padang pada aspek pembinaan sudah sangat baik, (5) pengelolaan Pelatihan Pengelola Administrasi Perkantoran di Balai Latihan Kerja Padang pada aspek penilaian sudah sangat baik, dan (6) pengelolaan Pelatihan Pengelola Administrasi Perkantoran di Balai Latihan Kerja Padang sudah sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya keberhasilan warga belajar pada program pelatihan keterampilan tata boga. Hal ini diduga karena penggunaan strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh instruktur kepada warga belajar di SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman. tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah ingin memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi pembelajaran yang dijabarkan dari segi manusia, bahan, peralatan dan lingkungan yang digunakan oleh instruktur menurut pendapat warga belajar dalam kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan tata boga. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskripstif. Penelitian ini memiliki populasi ialah warga belajar program pelatihan tata boga di SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman yang berjumlah 20 orang. Sampel diambil sebanyak 75%. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 15 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, sedangkan alat pengumpul data berupa daftar pernyataan. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan persentase. Dari hasil peneltian dapat dilihat bahwa strategi sumber belajar pada aspek manusia, bahan, peralatan, lingkungan yang digunakan oleh instruktur menurut pendapat warga belajar pelatihan keterampilan tata boga baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya inovasi yang cukup tinggi yang menyebabkan banyaknya warga belajar mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran Paket C-IPS. Inovasi tersebut dilihat dari kemajuan di bidang teknologi yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Secara umum inovasi tersebut meliputi inovasi instrumen. Wujud inovasi instrumen yaitu (1) peralatan pembelajaran baru berupa LCD proyektor; dan (2) pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis online dan offline. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada pemanafaatan aplikasi dalam pengembangan pembelajaran. Informasi lain yang diperoleh adalah bahwa pada tahun 2019 PKBM Yayasan Bhakti Ibu Nusantara telah meningkatkan intensitas pemanfaatan inovasi di bidang teknologi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Salah satu wujud inovasi yang digunakan adalah kelompok diskusi mata pelajaran melalui online yang memanfaatkan aplikasi Whatsapp. Pemanfaatan aplikasi dalam pembelajaran Program Paket C merupakan inovasi pembelajaran yang mendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan kesetaraan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif karena ingin menggambarkan seluruh variabel dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan warga belajar Paket C-IPS di PKBM Yayasan Bhakti Ibu Nusantara yang berjumlah 34 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil secara acak dengan subyek sebanyak 24 orang. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tahap pengenalan inovasi pembelajaran sudah berjalan baik; (2) tahap persuasi inovasi pembelajaran sudah berjalan sangat baik; (3) tahap keputusan inovasi pembelajaran sudah berjalan baik; (4) tahap implementasi inovasi pembelajaran sudah berjalan sangat baik; (5) tahap konfirmasi inovasi pembelajaran sudah berjalan sangat baik.

Abstract

This research was written based on the existence of weaving activities in the community which aims to empower the community through skills activities so as to increase family income, improve welfare, create jobs reduce the level of urbanization. Indirectly can also preserve and maintain the Minangkabau culture to the next generation so that it does not become extinct. This is seen from the process of implementing community empowerment efforts through weaving training in Kampung Tenun. This study aims to illustrate how the effort of community empowerment through weaving training in the Batenggang Dibanang Nan Sahalai group that is being built in the village of Weaving Lintau. Community empowerment efforts start from the awareness process, mentoring process, evaluation process and follow-up process and its impacts. This type of research is research through a qualitative approach with the case study method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentary. Analysis of qualitative data used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The researcher findings relate to the object of research while the results of the study relate to research subjects related to planning training activities, implementing weaving training activities and evaluating as well as follow-up activities.

Abstract

Education had the important role for improving the quality of a nation, including non-formal education. One types of nonformal educational program that prepares the workforce that is expected to enter the world of work is LKP. This paper aims to describe self-efficacy, job readiness, and self-efficacy contribution to job readiness of PKH course participants. Based on data collected on 32 PKH trainees analyzed by using simple regression analysis technique, it is obtained the description of the low self-efficacy and the work preparedness of PKH. Thus, it can be concluded that the low self efficacy and job preparation of PKH course participants. Furthermore, self efficacy has a significant contribution to the readiness of training participants.

Abstract

The policy of Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) teaching in the frame of state language internationalisation is a new form of educational policy in Indonesia. BIPA teaching is an educational policy which has been integrated with policy on culture in the context of Ministry of Education and Culture’s organisational entity and its policy ecosystem. This article is written based on a research in accordance with theories in policy analysis. Research findings are: (1) explanation about the content of BIPA teaching policy and its supporting policies, (2) policy implementation which consists of: (a) upgrading the status of national language center, and (b) the program of BIPA teaching in foreign countries, and (3) positive impacts of the policy implementation, which are: (a) establishment of BIPA teachers’ new association (APPBIPA), and (b) ongoing efforts to enhance the management capacity of BIPA non formal education and training organisations (LKPs), such as making the BIPA trainees’ competency standard (SKL), forming the BIPA competency certification body (LSK) and the BIPA profession certification body (LSP).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya kegiatan desa wisata dalam masyarakat. Tujuannya untuk meningkat ekonomi masyarakat melalui kegiatan program desa wisata sehingga masyarakat menjadi lebih berdaya dan mensejahterakan masyarakat Nagari Limau Gadang Lumpo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan program desa wisata Limau Gadang Lumpo sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan memakai pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode penelitiannya yaitu studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengelola desa wisata Limau Gadang Lumpo sebagai subyek penelitian dan Wali Nagari sebagai informan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yaitu dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan desa wisata yaitu mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan evaluasi.

Abstract

Education is important for the progress of the nation. Education must be done in a person's life, including for early childhood. The problem is that there are still many early childhood education providers that have not met the expected quality standards. One of the reasons is that there are still limited Educative Game Tools (APE) used by education in the implementation of learning. Many educators claim that it is difficult to get an Educational Game Tool (APE). This problem solving can be done through various trainings, training, training, and the creation of environmental-based Educative Game Tools (APE) needs to be carried out. Training methods are carried out in the form of presentations of theories and practical exercises. The results of the training show that with training activities it was found that the insights and skills of PAUD educators in the procurement and manufacture of Educational Game Tools (APE) based on environmental materials.Keywords: Educational Game Tools (APE), Early Childhood Education (PAUD)
