SAP (Susunan Artike Pendidikan) Jurnal ilmiah bidang ilmu pendidikan (ISSN 2549-2845 for electronic version and ISSN 2527-967X for print version) First published in Agustus 2016 is a peer-reviewed scientific open access journal. The journal is dedicated to publishing articles concerned with research, theory development, or program applications related to education. The journal is published by Program Studi Informatika, Universitas Indraprasta PGRI. Jurnal SAP published three times a year (April, Agustus, and Desember).

<![CDATA[Students often have problems when choosing a career. This will hinder students from achieving an optimal career selection. Senior High School (SMA) students often carry outcareer exploration and decision-making with indecision, uncertainty and stress. The research is conducted at State Senior High School (SMAN) in Depok. The population of the study is students of class XII, with 358 sample of students randomly selected from 12 schools. The research uses a quantitative approach with one way anova. Data are collected through literature review and questionnaire. Hypothesis of research to be tested is there are significant differences of career readiness between students with a supportive family environment and those with a less-supportive family environment. The result of anova calculation has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be interpreted that there are differences in the readiness of career selection between students with a supportive family environment and those with a less-supportive family environment.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how much influence of supervision by supervisor and teachers’ self-confidence in teachers to job satisfaction. The sample of research is 230 teachers from 571 people with civil servant teacher status, with simple random sampling technique, thus representing teacher population at 14 SMKN in East Jakarta administration area. The type of data used is cross section data obtained by using questionnaire. Result of calculation of path analysis obtained result: (1). supervision affects the direct job satisfaction increase of 32.5%, and through self-confidence of 6.1%. This means the influence of supervision and self-confidence together to increase job satisfaction by 38.6%. (2). Self confidence directly affects the increase in job satisfaction by 8.8%, and indirectly through supervision of 6.1%, which means the amount of influence sel-confidence and supervision to increase job satisfaction of 14.9%. (3). Supervision has a direct effect to increase self-confidence by 12.8%. Thus, the three results of the above analysis can be concluded that: (a). Increased supervision leads to increased job satisfaction, (b). Increased self-confidence leads to increased work satisfaction, and (c). Increased supervision leads to increased self-confidence.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this research is to comprehensively understand the effect of empowerment and job satisfaction on the job performance of lecturer in Universitas Majalengka, West Java. The research uses a survey method with path analysis technique by distributing questionnaires as a research instrument. 80 respondents are involved by writing their feedback on the questionnaires. Those respondents are selected applying Simple Random Sampling among all lecturers working at Universitas Majalengka. The results of research, analysis and interpretation reveal that (1) empowerment has a direct positive effect on job performance, (2) job satisfaction has a direct positive effect on job performance, (3) empowerment has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research are to: (1) produce a Physics Calculator application for Junior High School (SMP) based on Adobe Flash with study of material of Electromagnetic Induction and (2) to know the feasibility of the Physics Calculator application. This application has a model of physics formula based on basic competence, with animation on each material and exerciseand the model referring to the UN CBT standard. Besides, the completion output on this application provides the solution. The research and development method used refers to the concept of ADDIE. Menus and features of the application have been adjusted to the design, so it can work well on Windows Operating System. The feasibility test of Physics Calculator application is carried out by distributing the assessment sheets to the media experts and to 9th grade students at SMPN 251 Jakarta and SMPN 203 Jakarta, with the result of 88.63%, 93.83%, and 93.38% respectively. The average validation percentage is 91.94%.So, it can be concluded that this physics calculator app is categorized valid. This application is expected to optimize the 9th grade students’ understanding of subject materials through animated media based on Adobe Flash Pro CS6.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning process in institutions that organize courses in the field of computer office applications using a competency-based curriculum. This research was conducted by evaluating 8 institutions of course in Banten region with discrepancy model, that is by looking at the gap that happened in the process of learning conducted in the field. Data collection technique is by using questionnaire. The results of the evaluation show that in the learning process through the competency-based curriculum that includes the preparation of learning tools, the use of learning methods, the use of instructional media, and the implementation of the evaluation of learning, running effectively. While the implementation of internship programs with the business and industry has not run effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[Managing a team independently or called as a self-managed team and job satisfaction are factorsimportant for an institution to achieve its goal, such as to improve and produce quality human resource performance. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of self-managed team on teacher’s productivity, the effect of job satisfaction on teacher’s productivity and the effect of self-managed team on job satisfaction. The population of this research is Elementary School (SD) teachers at SD Cikedal Banten. The reachable population of this study is the teachers belonging to clusters IV and V. The sample of this study is 96 people taken using a simple random technique. The method used in this research is survey method, in which the data are collectedby distributing questionnaires. The data are then analyzed using path analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) self-managed team has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s productivity, (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s productivity and (3) self-managed team has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of and interaction between chemistry learning with web-based learning models using moodle and blog on the cognitive learning outcomes of students class grade X on chemical bond material in terms of the self-directed learning (SDL) ability of different students. This research uses a quasi-experimental research design, namely the posttest-only non equivalent control group. Sampling is conducted applying cluster random sampling technique. The research data are student’s learning outcomes collected using the instrument in the form of objective test consisting of 35 questions related to chemical bond material with the content validity of 81.8% (very high). The reliability coefficient calculated using the KR-21 is 0.88 (valid and reliable). Test of the hypothesis is conducted by using two-wayANOVA in SPSS16 statistics program for Windows. The results of the research show that: (1) there is no difference in cognitive learning outcomes of students learning with web-based learning models using either blog or moodle media; (2) there is a difference in cognitive learning outcomes of students in terms of the self-directed learning ability of students learning either with a blog or moodle media; (3) there is an interaction of the learning model and self-directed learning ability with cognitive learning outcomes of students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to describe the effect of education and training on the performance of PGRI Board in Parigi Moutong and Gunung Kidul districts. The research question is how the influence of education and training on the performance of PGRI Board in Parigi Moutong and Gunung Kidul Districts? Data from this research are the mid-term report and end semester report form the districts about the progress of 5 aspects of organizational strengthening after training and also the data from PGRI's Membership Information System and Financial Information System. Data were analyzed with data in table form using descriptive-qualitative method. Based on the data analysis, PGRI board performance in both districts increased marked by the increase of 5 aspects of organizational strengthening after education and training. Another result is the PGRI board at the branch level in the two districts are motivated to improve organization.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to know the effect of (1) trust, (2) job satisfaction, (3) turnover intention of teachers teaching at private Vocational High School (SMK) in North Cikarang District. Survey method with a quantitative-causal approach using path analyses is used to in this research. The survey was conducted from September to December 2017, involving 125 teachers in a District as randomly determined samples. The findings of this study show: first, there is a directly negative effect of trust on turnover intention. Second, there is a directly negative effect of job satisfaction on turn over intention. Third, there is a directly positive effect of trust on job satisfation. Based on the findings, it is suggested that the Principal whose position is also as a manager in the school be a good role model for the teachers in respecting and appreciating others.]]>

<![CDATA[A song lyric is a person's expression of something that he has seen, heard or experienced. In expressing his experience, poet or song writer play with words and languages to create attractive and unique lyrics or poems. This qualitative research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research is related to interpretation and description of data. The song lyric Jaran Goyang created by Andi Mbendol serves as the main object of this research. The research uses a purposive sampling technique and applies triangulation of data and theory. Data are analyzed using descriptive analysis technique, in which data are collected employing 2 techniques,namely reading and writing techniques. The purpose of this research is to know what type of code mixing contained in Jaran Goyang song lyrics, what kind of languages used, and what messages to be delivered. The result of this research shows there is code mixing in the song lyrics, namely inner mixing code of Javanese and outer mixing code of English.]]>
