Abstract

Appearance of Journal Issues RMS (Republik Maluku Selatan) and its influence In Ambon Conflict 1999 aims to explain how the RMS issue emerged and its influence on the conflict that occurred in Ambon. RMS issues never discussed and was never a dominant topic in political and social life in the community of Ambon since in military troops by depleted tumpas TNI in 1962. This lively start RMS issue became a major issue after the 1999 conflict events occur. The conflict which had occurred as a result of the two young men who come from different ethnic groups went on to develop into a conflict between religions. In the midst of the conflict appeared a statement from several parties who claimed that the RMS is the party that is responsible for killing Muslims and sectarian-based State wants to establish Christianity in the South Moluccas. The result of this framing mobilization appeared in large numbers by one religious organization to Ambon will be analyzed using the theory of social movements. The factors of a social movement Framing and mobilization is the process by which allows because of the Political Opportunity (opportunity politics) after the collapse of the authority of Government otoritarian under Suharto. The issue of the RMS developed media by quoting statements from some religious figures and State officials as the responsible party in the conflict. As a result of this issue leads to a wider realm by engaging groups like laskar jihad were sympathetic and moved by emotion because both religious and solidarity as well as nationalism. Abstract

European economic integration and unity of this currency leaves form a very significant ketegantungan among its members, so that a crisis was enough to shake the stability between the countries members of the other. Basically the single currency system seems to be double-edged blade for the European Union. On the one hand so profitable and increase the bargaining positions of European countries, but on the other hand is potentially detrimental. One reason is because of the level of adaptation of a State. Not all countries have a great economy to enter the euro zone. The existence of this single currency system to make the countries in the European Union will become vulnerable to a crisis. This is what led to the crisis that occurred since 2008 is so easily spread to countries in Europe.This research focuses on the policy decision taken by the third country in the European Union, namely Germany, France and the United Kingdom. Domestic political factors of history, and also the economic power of these countries also affect how the policy making process to rescue Greece from the crisis that is increasingly spreading to other European countries. The main purpose of the discussion of this paper is to provide new information concerning the handling of crisis from a process whereby policies domestic factors also gives countries a great influence, it also gives a view that Constructivist Theory is able to provide a view of the case.Keywords: EU, Euro, Greece, Germany, France, United Kingdom, crisis, policy.

Abstract

"Public Sphere", which now form the mass media, contributing significantly to the struggle of women. Aspirations of women who had been confined in the domestic realm, became more a place, after public sphere began to appear. At the time of the Republic of Indonesia into the world spotlight, because the lower level of the reader for the young, DetEksi rubric come up and amplifying the voices of youth. The emergence rubric DetEksi be interesting, seeing that the theme is being discussed, always involves respondents in large quantities, which consists of women and men, which can be freely as if expressing their aspirations. This study aimed to describe the discourse of subordination of women in the public sphere. Critical discourse analysis used in this study, as in the view of Sara Mills, the media has been very biased in presenting women. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, with a descriptive study. Abstract

Elections (elections) in addition to the circulation succession is understood as a five-yearly political as well as a means of popular sovereignty, and "judgment day." The day of the judgment in question is the decision of the electorate to choose or not choose a candidate and a certain party in the elections. Generra party in Salatiga is a newcomer to accept the consequences of judgment day in the 2009 election in the absence of prospective members that qualify as his legislative members of DPRD Salatiga. But the reality of defeat turned the elections in 2014, with 4 chairs of DPRD of Salatiga. "It's a victory strategy, candidates become relevant for the investigation. Researchers used the concept of habitus, capital, and the realm of actor Pierre Bourdieu as a tool of analysis. This research aims to answer how the strategy of winning candidate elected legislative members from the party of Generra, and factors that affect the winning strategy. research method used was qualitative research with the kind of descriptive and eksplanatory.  Based on the results of the analysis, some important findings in this study are: a). strategy of appeasement actors largely determined by the habitus and capital utilization of economic, social, cultural, and symbolic by the actors; b). capital-capital utilization in order to seize the capital in a field looks in two pattern (the actor uses the power of capital economic, cultural, and symbolic as the base form, build and exploit the network in order to gain recognition and legitimacy of the voters to add and accumulate capital-capital and c). dominant factors affecting the image of the actors is: victory party Gerindra and figure of Prabowo, the image of the actor, and a solid team to win. Keywords: Legislative Elections, Candidates Elected, Generra DPC, Winning Strategies, Habitus, Capital, The Realm Of The Actor

Abstract

Salatiga demographic situation shows that in a decade (2000-2010) the population growth rate has increased. Salatiga Religious Court said that there isa policy that caused the Marriage Dispensationof Marriage Relations, which one of the couple's age into the teen category. Hencethe need for a sociological study to examine the sexual behavior among adolescents. The purpose of this research is to describe the behavior of premarital sex among teenagers in dating, contributing factorsan dthe impact on social life. This research is adescriptive study with a qualitative approach. The unit of observation is dating the teen had premarital sex, while the unit of analysis is the premarital sexual behavior in dating, causes and effects of social life. The findings of this study are premarital sexual behaviorisasymptomatic and has been regarded asacommon practice when dating. The roots of this behavior is the existence of ataboothing that matters relating to sex. In addition, given the lack of sex education makes adolescents who have high curiosity was searching for information onminors and the mediaso that the confirmation has not been received correctly. This is what causes deviant behavior. The impact of premarital sexual behavior led to a shift in the value of the sanctity of the institution of marriage. Abstract

Bekasi Varial Punk Community is one punk community which is still exsist until now located at bekasi. This community has an unique characteristic in doin communication, because they communicate with a slighty different language which is ‘return language’. In term of their communication, ‘return language become the primary language.This research is to know how the communication pattern of Bekasi Varial Punk Community when they use ‘return language’. The methode which is used is qualitative approximation with descriptive research.The end result of this research is that Bekasi Varial Punk Community has various pattern of interaction. This pattern of interaction always be related depends on the situation and topic they being discussed. Abstract

The title in this study is public perceptions of the Axe fallen angels advertisement in Indonesian version and the factors that influenced it. Axe is a perfume product that already has a name in the market, and its advertisement, it self a problem where the Ads of Axe angels version in Africa was banned because it is considered offensive of the Christianity in there. The ads of Axe also have Indonesian version, and according to a source who obtained the ads only appeared on the internet. Because of that the researcher are prompted to find out how public perceptions in Indonesia about that Ads as well as what factors are influencing the audience. The method used in this research is to interview the speakers who has religious backgrounds, Axe users and ordinary people or not the users of Axe products. After doing the research, researcher found that the interviewees tended to perceive the Ad as an ad that unfit for scenes contained and also most of the scenes are quite vulgar. So that the researcher found several factors that affected to their public perception are the Education, Culture, Religion, and sex.Keyword: Axe Advertising, Audience, Perception, Perception factor.

Abstract

Advertisement is one kind of communication. An advertisement will have no meaning without a message in it. The message which is delivered by advertisement could be verbal, non-verbal, even both verbal and non-verbal. One of the interesting things in this research is two TV advertisements about snacks, such as chocolate layered snack. Tim-Tam and Tango Crunch Cake, they are showing verbal and even non-verbal message, in which woman as a signed object that finally constructing a woman.This research aims to analyze the woman’s position in Tim-Tan and Tango Crunch Cake advertisement. This research uses critical analysis from Sara Mills, one of the discourses which  analyzes  about feminist see how is the position of  subject-object and the viewers on Tim-Tam and Tango Crunch Cake advertisement, then it will reveal the discourse which will be shown to public in order to know the woman’s construction and to explain the pattern of woman’s construction through some scenes on Tim-Tam and Tango Crunch Cake advertisement.The result of this research shows that Tim-Tam and Tango Crunch Cake advertisement still use woman’s construction as an object. Woman is still used as an object trough body and her position. Woman’s presence  though acts as subject and object position, still does not make advertisement support the existence of women but the influence in patriarchy ideology, feminism theory, resulting woman construction such as, woman construction through body, construction as perfect being, construction in dresses, and construction as object complement.            Keywords: Conctruction, Discourse Analysis, Feminism, Tim-Tam and Tango Crunch Cake advertisement.

Abstract

Coolant is new product of isotonic drink, but as the trading by, Coolant decided to withdraw from the isotonic market. Realizing the market of isotonic drink has already been competitive and full of market leader, Coolant chose to create new sub category; positions as “body cooling drink”. To introduce the positioning to the market place and audience, Coolant recruited a well-known advertising agency in Indonesia, Dwi Sapta IMC since 2011. To play the marketing communication strategy, Coolant and Dwi Sapta IMC have run some campaign strategies such as advertising, brand activation, direct selling, and social media activation that led to introduce it’s positioning to public. Based on the pre-research, there was tendency in which consumers haven’t known Coolant as body cooling drink yet. This research is about the marketing communication strategy while the analysis unit is the message content in television advertisement and social media activation as these two are the marketing communication strategy that reaches whole target of audience and market of Coolant in Indonesia. The result shows Coolant is already representing it’s positioning as the body cooling drink by television commercial and social media activation. Coolant use photogenes, trick effect, pose, and texts that build audience knowledge about Coolant’s positioning. Though indeed the messages which have delivered through the communication strategy couldn’t build well-known image of positioning as consumer thought about Coolant yet. Abstract

One of the sub-genre of Metal Underground music is Blackmetal. The depiction of music lovers Blacmetal is always using costumes with a dark color, and a depiction of the band players also use dark-colored costume. In addition they also use Corpsepaint (facial make up in black dan white), and also use a unique and whimsical accessories. In Boyolali, metal community thereby the name of PTH (Pengging Total Hitam), which is a band with the flow Blackmetal quite popular with the audience that is Siramandalem Legion. Siramandalem Legion has uniqueness, that is they add a little ritual in their performance on stage.  The study uses descriptive-exploratory, describe and explain the ritual performed Siramandalem Legioan, of ritual before they appeared on stage, on the stage until performing on stage. Rituals that they used were some ornaments like flowers, incense, etc. Winnowing tray, and each ornament that used to have a purpose and a goal in itself. Ritual they do aim to keep local culture, that is Javanese culture. They combine musical genres Blacmetal with Javanese culture. Additionally rituals that they use as a supplement in their appearance without leaving their believe values.
