Abstract

Information technology greatly affects the academic activities in particular and is currently one of the resources at the College to manage data integration, improving the effectiveness, efficiency in the academic process. This study aims to measure the level of maturity (maturity level) of academic information systems governance particularly domain Delivery and Support, and Monitor and Evaluate this measurement Method, using Cobit (Control Obejctive for Information and Related Technology). The calculation of the maturity level of the selected processes based on Renstra Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is done by analyzing the berdasrkan importance of akadamik information in data integration for academic reports, identification of the questionnaire is carried out using the Raci Chart. With this research in mind the level of maturity of the academic information system governance is on the level of maturity of 2, for the proposed increase in adjustments to the rekomndasi level 3. Keywords: Governance, Cobit, Maturity Models.

Abstract

In the world of data and information security, there are two techniques that can be used to secure data and information, namely cryptography and steganography. In this study developed applications for the implementation of steganography techniques. Application of steganography by inserting a text message into a medium image or image file. Abstract

Measurement of Inventory Information System Asset University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu conducted to measure the quality of asset inventory information system application of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu based on user perception using McCall method. The measurement process of asset inventory information system of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is done by several stages of measurement using several quality factors on the McCall method namely; correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity and usability to know how far the quality and level of user utilization of the current asset inventory information system. The measurement process using the McCall method involves 18 respondents, where the results of this application measurement get the percentage of total quality of 68.4% and included in the good category. However, further development is needed to improve user utilization and the quality of the inventory asset information system itself better. Keywords : Pengukuran, Kualitas, McCall, Inventaris Aset

Abstract

With this computerized information system technology, it is expected to be able to bridge communication and interaction between students with teachers and vice versa. One use of computerized information systems in the school environment that is considered very appropriate for the problems above is the E-Learning Information System. The design of e-learning information system in the State Junior High School 12 Yogyakarta is intended to make it easier for students to manage materials and problems in a systematic and coherent manner, it is expected that manghandle tasks are systematized and structured, plays a role in setting student value, helping students to work on deadline this is related to discipline), facilitating communication between students and teachers and many other important benefits.From this research can be concluded that E-Learning Web Based Information System is a multifunctional information system that is able to help the process of learning and teaching in SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta which includes accessing the material, accessing news, giving feedback to the task and also the automatic assessment process. E-Learning Web Based Information System is also equipped with an online quiz that perfectly suits the needs of students in doing UAS and UAN which in fact has been based online interactivity. Keywords: system, informasi, e-learning, website, technology.

Abstract

Web-based public services has become an important part in supporting the success of a university, but from the web-based service is still a lot that was difficult to use and does not function properly. This study was conducted to evaluate whether Janabadra University website has had the acceptability criteria of usability testing. The study was conducted using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Questionnaires distributed research consisted of 19 questions grouped into five variables usability. Based on the data processing result that the mean score of overall usability testing to measure website usage Janabadra University Yogyakarta to Learnability aspects of 3.42, efficiency of 3.39, memorability of 3.32, an error of 3.66 and 3.27 for satisfaction by respondents. From these results indicate that the website of University of Yogyakarta Janabadara already Quite Easy to use, but there are still some things that need to be improved especially in terms of memorability for a typical animated images and aspects of Satisfaction in finding other equipment that support as share files and chat.Keyword :  Evaluation, Usability testing , Website Universitas Janabadra

Abstract

Communication is one of the most important things humans need in life. In this case chat is used to communicate directly to fellow internet users who are online. With the chat application we can send messages to others who are online, then the intended person will reply to the message, and so on. The current growing technology can be used for various things, especially in solving problems to convey information. One such technology is to use Node JS and Socket.IO technology to implement chat application required for AKAKOM Career Center to convey information about career services as well as to be used for media discussion of AKAKOM Career Center with alumni. The results of this research are implemented into a web application that can be used to convey information by sending and receiving messages within the provided chat page. Keyword: Node JS, Chatting, Socket.IO, MongoDB.

Abstract

BPPTPM regency lamandau is a public service agency in the field of licensing, non-licensing and investment, is required to provide excellent service, trusted and transparent to the community. To achieve these objectives required appropriate strategies and utilization of information technology as a supporter in the work process. The objectives of this research are to identify the needs of services and business processes and to build an integrated information system architecture to support business activities at BPPTPM Lamandau District. Limitations of variables in this study are: This study uses input data from interviews, and document analysis in the form of renstra and renja BPPTPM and other documents required. The creation of a licensing information system architecture adopts the TOGAF ADM framework from the vision architecture phase to the technology architecture, as well as other methods such as PIECES Analysis, Value Cahin, SWOT, CSF, CUR Matrix, and SOA. The output of this research is blueprint information system without making application or prototype. The result of design of information system architecture using TOGAF ADM framework on business architecture using value chain analysis obtained 10 (ten) business functional areas, 5 (five) main business functions and 5 (five) supporting business functions. While the results of application portfolio mapping based on Mc Farlan obtained 9 (Nine) future information system which contains a collection of applications as a proposal to implement. As a guide in describing blueprint of licensing information system architecture at BPPTPM regency lamandau as a whole this research using TOGAF Foundation Architecture and SOA. Keywords :EnterpriseArchitecture, TOGAF,PIESCES, Value Chain.

Abstract

The title of this study was Retrieval Citra Batik Pesisir. The purpose of this study is how to measure the similarity between the query image to the image database on the image of a very diverse coastal batik influenced by the geographical location of the islands, the state of nature, and the structure of society, by implementing the transformation method curvelet fast discrete and HSV color space. And knowing the average yield precision image retrieval based coastal batik content using relative method manhatan. This research uses experimental analysis on coastal batik image dataset of the query image with the image in the database. Coastal batik image data taken are secondary data from the internet already results reproduk regardless of noise and shooting techniques. Applications are designed and built in stages as a test prototype image retrieval coastal batik using programming language Matlab R2014a. Based on the description of explanation and discussion on the overall chapter thesis for image retrieval batik to determine the extraction of the best features that the average value of precision curvelet scale of 4 to 85.17%, curvelet scale of 5 namely 88.62%, curvelet scale of 6 average precision value ie 90.73 %. For the average value of precision for HSV color space by 81.55%. As for the average value of precision curvelet scale 4 and HSV color space by 83.44%, to curvelet scale of 5 and HSV color space by 85.34% and to curvelet scale 6 and HSV color space by 87.71%. From this it can be deduced that the higher the measurement scale, the average precision is getting better at the time of image retrieval.Keywords: Content Based Image retrieval, Transformasi Curvelet Fast Discrete , Ruang Warna HSV , Relative Manhatan, Precision.

Abstract

In the grammar of Java is much to be learned include Javanese, Tembung, Ater-atr Seselan Panambangan, Homonin, antonyms, synonyms, Ukara, Proverb Java, Purwakanthi, Song, Gendhing and Karawitan, Fiber, Babad, puppets and much more. At this time only a few children who are familiar with the Java language's grammar. This is usually because the very basis of the delivery of material that is less attractive so that children feel bored quickly. Advances in technology today, perceived benefits in various fields, such as creating a media that can facilitate the child in learning something. In general, media that can be used to learn the language of children, visual media and audio media. Kids learn about the environment and absorbing knowledge through what is seen and heard, so that the sense of sight and hearing is the gateway entrance of science into the child. To more easily learn the Java language, can be made a apliksai to learn the Java language-based multimedia. One of the Java grammar that will be created apliksinya is Macapat song. The purpose of this study was to design and to design an instructional media to learn the song Macapat.
