Abstract

Information technology greatly affects the academic activities in particular and is currently one of the resources at the College to manage data integration, improving the effectiveness, efficiency in the academic process. This study aims to measure the level of maturity (maturity level) of academic information systems governance particularly domain Delivery and Support, and Monitor and Evaluate this measurement Method, using Cobit (Control Obejctive for Information and Related Technology). The calculation of the maturity level of the selected processes based on Renstra Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is done by analyzing the berdasrkan importance of akadamik information in data integration for academic reports, identification of the questionnaire is carried out using the Raci Chart. With this research in mind the level of maturity of the academic information system governance is on the level of maturity of 2, for the proposed increase in adjustments to the rekomndasi level 3. Keywords: Governance, Cobit, Maturity Models.

Abstract

Measurement of Inventory Information System Asset University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu conducted to measure the quality of asset inventory information system application of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu based on user perception using McCall method. The measurement process of asset inventory information system of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is done by several stages of measurement using several quality factors on the McCall method namely; correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity and usability to know how far the quality and level of user utilization of the current asset inventory information system. The measurement process using the McCall method involves 18 respondents, where the results of this application measurement get the percentage of total quality of 68.4% and included in the good category. However, further development is needed to improve user utilization and the quality of the inventory asset information system itself better. Keywords : Pengukuran, Kualitas, McCall, Inventaris Aset

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced visualization of 3D models. One method of visualization model 3 that is using close range photogrammetry. Starting from the number of digital cameras with high resolution, the authors are interested in doing research on optimization photgrammetry using techniques quality of the camera on a 3D model visualization. The purpose of this research is to optimize the quality of the camera for 3D models pembutan particular model of a human head. In per cent of research using methods of research and development. The results show to get a good result in this photogrammetry photograph obtained configuration beetwen 65 ° angle and the image is taken every 15 ° with setting shutter speed 1/60, aperture 6.3 and ISO 400. For taking pictures made outdoors when the weather is right - Right flat, in the sense not too dark and not too light. This is to anticipate the object is in backlight conditions. The impact of the quality of camera is very influential on the visualization of 3D shapes generated. If the quality of the camera is not guaranteed, the results visualization 3d models using close range photogrammetry method will not be formed. Less appropriate camera settings can cause picture to become unfocused, under exposure and over exposure. Objects to be imperfect and there is a hole or a hole issue. Over exposure can also cause a hole in the object. While under exposure will cause intersection on the object.Keyword: Photogrammetry, researh and development, quality of camera

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of judicial Information system at the Bureau of Academic Administration and Student Affairs Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Population in this research are employees of BAAK, Staff of Department, Head Of Departement and students who interact directly with the judicial information system Samples taken as many as 68 respondents using slovin techniques with employee details of 28 people and 40 students. This research was conducted by using Technology Acceptance Model method by distributing questionnaire, with the number of samples were 68 respondents. Data analysis technique is done by using SEM technique and Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the variable Perceived Complexity Using the System positively influenced Attitude Toward Using the System and Behavioral Intention to Use the System. This variable can affect the user acceptance rate of 49.9%. Based on the results of the research, the Administrative Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs (BAAK) and Integrated Service Unit of Computer Information Technology (UPT TIK) of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu should improve aspects of Perceived Complexity Using the System, to increase the acceptance level of the judicium information system. Keywords: TAM Method, Evaluation of acceptance level of Yudicium Information System, SIAKAD UMB

Abstract

E-learning is a new way in teaching and learning process that uses electronic media especially internet as a learning system .. E-learning University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu is an online learning for students of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. This study aims to analyze the level of user acceptance of the use of E-learning system using TAM method through SEM analysis and what recommendations can be given as input to the campus of the elearning system used. The research method used is descriptive analysis. Data analysis is done by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) software. The results showed the level of user acceptance in using the UMB Elearning is on a high scale but at a low level that is an average of below 3 (1-4 scale). Factors influencing user acceptance in using E-learning System of University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu by using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is Perceived Ease Of Use (PEOU) or ease of use and Attitude Toward Using (ATU) or user attitude in using E-learning system. From these results resulted in improved recommendations on the application of Elearning through User Interface approach which is expected to increase the usefulness of the application.Keywords: E-learning,  Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), SEM

Abstract

          Database is an important part of information system, one of the role of database system that is as source of information for information system. Information system alumni of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is a web-based application that uses MySQL as its database system. Evaluation is done to identify the errors that exist in the database SIAUMB, after the evaluation on the database there are some errors in the database SIAUMB, including errors in the relation, field, key, constraint, record, query, adding data (insert), change data (update) and deletion of data (delete). Future databases can produce an alumni information system capable of providing exploratory information quickly, easily and accurately and able to assist the parties concerned in making management decisions alumni Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Then can be done new database design with reference to result of evaluation which have been done. After that, data quality testing on aspects of accuracy and non-duplicate aspects, testing is done by executing query, each query that executed will generate record and result column then compared between new database with old database before evaluation. Keywords : Database, Alumnus, Evaluation

Abstract

University Muhammadiyah Bengkulu (UMB) in data processing lecturers and employees have a web-based information system known as Lecturer and Employee Information System (SIMDOSKAR). This research discusses about user behavior towards SIMDOSKAR UMB using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The purpose of this study is to determine the variables that affect user interest behavior and provide recommendations in the form of suggestions for improvement of the front system.This research was conducted by using descriptive qualitative method by distributing questionnaires, with 33 respondents. The data in the research were tested using SEM analysis technique and Partian Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and attitude towards using tecknology have positive effect on User Behavior Interest. This variable is able to influence behavioral intention to use the system equal to 85,1% obtained from value of R2, whereas the lowest influence is behavior interest toward interest of user behavior with t-statistic value 0, 135. Keywords: implementation analysis, behavioral intention to use, UTAUT, SIMDOSKAR UMB

Abstract

This study aims to design interactive multimedia for computer network courses with Android-based so that it can be accessed via smartphone. Computer Network course is one of compulsory subjects in Informatics Engineering course. With the realization of multimedia is expected to shorten the learning time of students, and students can more easily understand the material of computer networks rather than through the tutorial tutorial as usual, and is expected to improve learning achievement. This multimedia realization chose to use the Android operating system to be accessible memlaui smartphone that is currently widely used by the students. This interactive multimedia presents theories, simulations and problems as the evaluation of computer network learning. The results of this interactive multimedia will be tested through the test instrument to the students on the study program of Inormatika Technique of Janabadra University. Instrument test used to know student achievement. Test instrument used is a questionnaire instrument to determine the quality of interactive multimedia computer network courses. Multimedia is designed using the main software such as Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Director, and Macromedia Authorware and Eclipse 4.2 along with supporting applications. The material to be delivered on interactive multimedia is tailored to the syllabus of computer network courses on Strata 1 level. The expected research output is in the form of teaching materials for the enrichment of computer network subjects and multimedia technology. Abstract

The application of SI/TI in the Organization has three main objectives to improve work efficiency, effectiveness of management and competitive advantage. Planning of integrated information system strategy very important is done at the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, so can having a mechanism applying SI/TI to optimal achieve the vision, mission and purpose. Limitations of this research is variable (1) the research is limited to the scope of the integrated information system strategic planning carried out at UMB, (2) The methodology used is Ward and Peppard with the method of analysis is value chain, SWOT and McFarlan Stragic Grid, (3) Data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, (4)  This research will devise a strategic information system with the final results of the research in the form of recommendations and roadmap information system implementation of integrated information system of the future at UMB. Keywords : Planning, Strategic, Integrated informaton System, Ward and Peppard, Value Chain, SWOT, McFarlan Strategic Grid.
