Abstract

Flavonoid and saponins can remove black spots on the skin. Jicama (pachyrhizus erosus.L) contains high enough phenolic substances. The aim of this research is formulatied peel off gel mask from the right jicama starch which produced peel off gel mask product effectively, stable, safe, in use. Formulation of peel off gel mask was made with a PVA base with different concentrations of 10%, 15%, 20%. Evaluation of peel off gel mask preparation includes observation of homogeneity test, organoleptic test, pH test, dry time test, adhesion test, for 2 weeks at room temperature ie 25⁰-30⁰C. The results of the evaluation test showed that all gel preparations of peel off gel masks are stable in the consistency, color and odor aspects. The peel off gel mask has a stable pH. The results of the evaluation test showed that gel preparation peel off gel of formula 3 is the most homogeneous and stable and faster drying time.

Abstract

Gargarisma a cleaning solution used as a mouth or treatment of diseases of the oral mucous membrane. Has done research of gargarisma formulation with active substanc extract berambibul wuluh fruit (averrhoa bilimbi L) as anti kandidiasis. The extraction used to obtain the extract of star fruit starfruit is a maceration exstract with 96% ethanol solvent with 4 times the replacement of solvent, then steamed with water bath, extracts obtained 90 grams and made 3 gargarisma formulations extract of starfruit berries with different concentrations of 6%, 8%, 10%. Based on the organoleptic have a distinctive liquid and odor shape, then based on homogenous test of homogeneous preparations, from pH test results of formula 1, 2 and 3 with pH 3 while the 3rd formulation of pH change occurred on days 21 and 28 with pH 2. Stability test results for 28 days at room temoerature (25o – 300c) showed that formula 1 remained stable while formulas 2 and 3 changed color.

Abstract

Flu and cough illness is a disease that is often experienced by everyone. Drug flu and cough planning or control is urgently needed so that the management of each drug is easier. Pareto analysis or 80/20 pareto law is one of the methods used in logistics management to divede groups of goods into three namely A, B, and C. This research is aimed at identifying cold medicine and solid cough according to usage value and investment value so that effective managemen can concentrate ond cold medicine and solid cough preparation which is small but has big investment value. This research is a non-experimental study through a propective study by observing drug sales for 2 months. The subjects of this study are flu drug sales and solid cough sales data from January 2017 – February 2017. From the result of this study found that flu drugs and solid cough preparations that enter into group A amounted to 7 items, while the entry into group B amounted to 8 items, and that included into group C there are are 14 items.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to know the level of knowledge of patients in the pharmacy benefits to the use of Amoxicillin. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by questionnaire. The questionnaire used was a closed questionnaire in patients prescribing amoxicillin. Data analysis technique used is using percentage formula. Data collected data can be concluded that the level of knowledge of patients in the pharmacy benefits to the use of amoxicillin categorized quite well with an average yield of 66.85%.

Abstract

The onions Dayak (Eleutherine palmifolia L. Merr) is the kind of nutritious plants that are empirically for used health. The part that can be used in this plant is tubers whichi has red light and green leaves form of ribbon and flowers are white. The research onions dayak as coloring, to get the color of the isolation of the onions dayak done by the tubers onions dayak still fresh in pieces and bleender, the conducted screening with filter paper that aims to get of red viscous. Previously carried out first optimasi its cera alba three formule its different 3%, 6%, 9%, and formule 3% that generates its efficiency. Formulation was made by using paraffin liquid, vaselin album, emulsyfying wax, butil hidroksi toluen (BHT), nipagin, gliserin, and oleum ricini. The isolation of the onions dayak with three different formulasion 20% rose, 35% red brick, 50% nude. The results of the hedonic test on formule 2 as much as 44% of respondents choose “really like”. While based on the scale numerical and that just formule 2 with a concentration 35% more preferred respondents with the judgment of 76%.
